"Thank you for loving my son like your own." Caca peeked at Arvan's cheek.
"Your son is my son too. They're our kids."
Caca hugged her husband tightly
"I love you." said Caca with a feeling of sadness.
"I love you too." Arvan returned Caca's hug and kissed Caca's thin lips.

Elsewhere, there was Kaynara who was smiling herself, how could she not feel happy when Rangga just came and gave her a ring and flowers containing a letter containing WILL YOU MARRY ME?
Aye, right. Rangga proposed to her and has spoken about the wedding date that will be in person right away. Tomorrow Kaynara will return to Syafa's house. His adoptive parents, he will tell this good news tomorrow to everyone. Kaynara got off the bed and headed for the not-so-big mirror that was sticky in the room. He looked at his smiling face blushing, very clearly in his eyes shining happiness. He held his heart beating fast.
"Why this? do I like her?" said Kaynara who was standing looking at herself in front of the mirror. Everyone who sees themselves knows that this woman is happy.
"Are you so happy you didn't see me coming? let's tell me what makes you so happy." asked the nurse who had been taking care of Kaynara. His name is Aini. A beautiful girl who is the same age as Kaynara. It has white skin, long hair and a sharp nose. Since Kaynara in the care of Aini who always keep and take care of her. This makes them close and friendly.
"Hey, don't lie to me! I know you're very happy. Whoa what is this, flowers?" Aini looked at such a beautiful flower and read the letter that contained Will you marry me.
"That guy proposed to you? I'm happy for Kay. Congratulations." Aini who immediately hugged his new best friend.
"Come say how's the guy? is he handsome like a Korean artist? or an indian player? let's tell you how his face is."
"You're talking too much! How can I answer so many of your questions? you'll know for yourself how his face is." The two take off their hugs.
"Let's tell me how she looks like?"
"Later he will come, you just wait and see how his face is." replied Kaynara who again smiled considering Rangga. Aini hummed her mouth and grumbled indistinctly.
"You're not so cool. How can I see his face. It always comes late at night and I have to go home. And take care of my sick mother. I can't waste my time just waiting for your lover."
"Then just look at our wedding. You should come Ai. Ever since I was treated here we've been close. Even though it was so short, I found my friend. I didn't have a storytelling friend from a young age."
"That's it, Kay! don't be sad to remember the past. The most important thing is that I am here and will always be your best friend in times of joy and sorrow." replied Aini who re-hugged Kaynara
