Arriving at the hospital, the doctor treated Caca. Arvan and Elsa wait in the waiting room, the Doctor comes out and tells Arvan that emotional or excessive stress in young pregnant women is very vulnerable to miscarriage. Now, the fetus in the womb can not survive right. Arvan was also very bad. Arvan went straight inside to meet his wife, He hugged Caca with a very broken feeling. Caca fell silent without letting out the slightest tear and sound. The sorrow he felt was deep, crying was not able to paint any more how the pain he was currently feeling.

"Get out!!" at the end of his Elsa left the room, Arvan again approached his wife he hugged and kissed Caca with tears. Now, Caca was just silent with her blank look. Which mother is not devastated to lose her child.

"We lost our baby, Pa" Arvan cried sobbing, he was devastated to lose his child let alone the condition of Caca who was so hit like this. Brian was very sad.

"The woman is not a human being" Brian said furiously. No wonder Elsa is not human.

It's been three days since the incident, now Arvan brings Caca home. He took care of Caca, nothing changes. Caca did not want to talk or eat even a little, his gaze was so empty. Caca's condition was getting weaker, his lips were so pale. Even doctors suggested that Caca be taken to a psychologist. Doctors fear Caca's psyche is disturbed but Arvan wants to treat and make Caca smile again like he used to. This morning, Arvan called Shinta. He told me everything, Arvan hoped. With the presence of syifa, can make Caca smile and want to talk.

"Darling, you eat first." Caca nodded.

"Darling, I need you. Please don't do this" Arvan hugged Caca and spoke in her ear sobbing.

"Just go in, yeah," Arvan let go of his embrace, he wiped away his tears. The waiter tells Shinta, Revan and Syifa to come in.

"Mama," Syifa immediately hugged Caca, crying and sad to see the state of the mother. Likewise with Shinta and Revan, they are very happy to see the condition of Caca. Syifa looked at Caca's bowl of porridge food that was still intact.

"Daddy, don't you want to eat?"

"Mama won't eat, honey. Daddy persuaded him. Please, Syifa persuaded mama to eat yes son" Pinta Arvan. Syifa took the bowl from Arvan's hand.

"Mama, eat it!" Syifa feeds Caca but Caca does not want to. Syifa gave the bowl to Arvan. She hugged her mother back in tears.

"Mama, eat! Syifa still needs a mom. We all need mama, Mama must heal so that the sister in heaven is happy," Caca also shed his tears, He heard all the words that Syifa said right.

He cried in Caca's embrace, Caca also remembered Syifa and a little conscious, he was crying so he was in the embrace of the princess. Shinta is grateful to have a child as good and as smart as Syifa. He smiled with amazement.
