Magical Adventure Book
[Chapter 11-1] Me and Woofy

I really can't understand what's on the old man's mind. A shiny sword like that of King Arthur, or simply the ultimate arrow that has been filled with power, might still make sense to defeat the dragon. A monster that has the ability to spout fire as far as 7 meters, with skin as hard as diamonds.

But what did he give?

Just a stone knife with a wooden handle wrapped around a shabby cloth. Just like the stone age goa man tools.

Once I tried to throw the stone knife into a big tree. What the hell's going on? The tree remained unmoved with a little chipped, and the stone knife successfully made my hand hurt. Unlike my initial expectations, where the huge tree was split, or this stone blade had suddenly changed like a ray sword in the Star Gelut movie.

Then what's the point? I sanctioned this weapon capable of penetrating the dragon's hard skin. In fact, it could even be destroyed first when trying to stab him.

One thing to be grateful for is, Woofy's on my way now. Cute little dog that can turn into a giant silver wolf. Makes me not too concerned about the strange weapons Artapatu gave me. It's because I don't want to argue with him either.

In addition to food supplies, before we left, Artapatu again gave directions for the path to be taken. Get out of the cave, follow the river to the North, then climb the mountain to the top, pass through the forest to arrive at the suspension bridge that connects to the Rangdal area, where the dragon castle is located.

It was confusing at first, because as I recall, the place he described was very much different from the area around the Lonely Valley. All were answered as soon as we came out of the craggy cave, which at once became Woofy's lair.

We're in the middle of nowhere. In the meadow where a rock mount stands.

Not far in front of us, a clear watery river was flowing. As Artapatu had told me, I was with Woofy walking along the edge. Only then did I know, in her cute mode, the dog was so excited and jolly. There was something going on along the way.

Deliberately plunged into the river, swimming after the fish, until deliberately wagging his body until the rest of the water splashed me. Not to mention when he was chasing the dragonfly as we started to climb the mountain. Making the trip a little hampered because of his behavior.

However, this long journey did not feel so tiring. There are only her actions that make me laugh. In the middle of the afternoon, we reached the top of the mountain. Fatigue, but not heavy.

After making a bonfire and eating the provisions given Artapatu, we took a break stretching. Under the lush trees, while stroking the sleeping Woofy first, I looked at the stars while thinking again about the old man's words.

"This is just the beginning of your journey. The long road still contains heavy obstacles ahead. Up ahead, you will meet monsters and enemies who do not hesitate to kill you. Stay afloat, and rest assured there's hope when you fight."

It seemed to imply that my journey was still long. It wasn't just about killing the dragon that kidnapped Princess Asaru. Is it possible that I will still have to live in this world until the end?

Why was Sam chosen? A question that was only answered with a smile by him, before disappearing from sight.

Habits!

How long am I supposed to be here? Trapped in the world of stories in books, and the bodies of others, with no certainty of getting out. I've been in this world for days. Mama and Dad must be worried now about losing me. I miss them.

Even so, what choice do I have? I can only keep going with the story. Even if I have to get stuck here, at least I don't have to be a poor farmer living next to a fishy fish market. Getting a big reward after completing the mission, it is good if you can marry Princess Asaru. Become a king, and live a good life until the end of the story in this book.

Still misses. The feeling that I kept carrying until I was sleepy and asleep. In the open, in a blanket, accompanied by little Woofy who had begun to snore in his sleep.
