[Chapter 48-2] Cadas Beach Escape

With no choice, I followed Leo through the chaos, which turned out to lead to the office and residence of the governor of Velbar. I guess, Yenz must have been there.

The thing is, how do we get in now? The front door was filled with guards, who were on standby with cocked weapons. Dispelling chaos to get in, breaking into the three-story building.

The dark shooter screamed in pain as hot lead pierced his right arm. The gun slipped off, and he fell down while groaning in pain.

My revolver was raised in front of my chest. Continuing the actions I should have done earlier, with Leo's assault. Shoot fast like a bullet, to subvert the guards who are still able to fight.

Completely blow me out, from behind the smoke curtain at the door, out Yenz who ran limped holding a bloody wound on his shoulder. Hurry up to turn behind the wall to avoid the bullets. Approaching Leo who has finished dealing with the guards.

A group of men - some in uniforms - led by Captain Sando, came out of the building still covered in smoke. Secretion blast.

"Margo, come!" Yenz shouted, while taking out dynamite from inside his bag.

I approached him while refilling the bullets, while some of the mules and officers, were cocked with guns whose muzzles were pointed at me.

Weapons erupted, spewing bullets that shot out loud. Once I escaped a hail of bullets, which fortunately was without any aftershocks. Stopped by a dynamite blast belonging to Yenz.

My cup holder for it. Just be careful if you become a bolot. I'll get her red lips!

Uncommanded, the three of us ran around to the back of the governor's residence which was still burning.

Breaking through the tree bars lay lush grass. Trying not to lower the speed, because it is aware there are a group of people who are chasing with anger.

Yenz fell tumbling down on the slippery ramps. Missed for not getting a solid footing.

Seeing that, I rushed ahead of Leo. Help the skinny man to stand up.
