...ACE pov's...

...----------------...

Upon my return home, time had already shown at half-nine p.m. Not that I spent my day living next to Indira, but I still did a lot of things after coming home from there. Work was one of them, making a report about Indira's information to Jack's uncle, and oh. I also went to the cafe to buy Fawn macaron.

I've been outside all day until I thought I smelled like sun and sweat.

"I will rest now" I said to Carcel who had done his job well.

"Good, boss." Carcel responded to me before bowing politely. I continued to step into the room and on the way, I was at odds with the casual-looking Vera. Black jeans, red flannel shirt and black hair unraveled shoulder to shoulder.

"Boss Ace," Vera greets me clumsy.

"Vera, are you off today?" I remember David was back. Vera's definitely getting her holiday allotment back.

"More precisely tomorrow, Ace's boss." Vera gave a thin grin.

"Good work" I praised him. "Rest enough."

In the last two weeks, Vera has done his job as head of bodyguard while Margot is very good. I have no regrets about appointing him as David's replacement. If he continues to work competently, I will probably elevate his position.

After parting ways with Vera, I reached my room which Ozan was guarding from the outside. My bodyguard who had a sideburn on half of his face bowed politely after seeing my arrival.

"How's Fawn doing today?" my many. As usual, I will evaluate and monitor every Fawn activity every time I go home.

"Miss Fawn's been lying down all day, eating and playing with a cat."

"Cat?" I don't remember ever letting an animal into my room.

"No-nona Fawn found a cat on the balcony of Ace's boss's room this afternoon. We're trying to figure out who the owner is but there's none. I thought it was a stray cat."

"Do I seem to care about the cat's identity?" The only thing I care about is the dirt and pests attached to the cat. He can spread the disease to Fawn and make my room a nest of feathers.

"We tried to persuade Ms. Fawn to let the cat out, but..." I understand what Ozan is trying to say without me having to listen to his follow-up.

Oh, Fawn... Why does he always act?

Lazily debating Ozan again, I also left the topic of the cat until there and passed open the door.

Cklek!

I stepped into the room and my eyes immediately looked for Fawn's whereabouts. On the sofa-stool of a grey-colored hairy animal, Fawn greeted me with nervous eyes. Damn it, he knew he had made a mistake by keeping the beast, and he still challenged my authority!

"Aces..." Fawn greets me. "Before you get angry..."

"Dispose him!" I said without further ado.

"N-no."

"Fawn?"

"I love cats."

"That adds to the reason why you should throw it away." If there's anything Fawn deserves to like, I'd rather it's me than a cat. I don't like to have his attention split on anything else.

"I don't want to..." Fawn. "Butter I've taken it like my own son."

"Butter?!" Wow, he had even given the cat a name. "I can give you a child if you want a child, Fawn. Anything but that cat."

I approached and was about to snatch the gray cat that was now lying comfortably on Fawn's lap. That's my place!

"No, no, no!!!" Fawn panicked and shouted. She covered the cat with her body. "I don't want to!!!"

"Fawnia!" I stopped walking and immediately took a massage at my temple due to the stress of seeing Fawn's attitude. "He could have carried a disease in his body!"

"Butter doesn't have any disease. She..., I've bathed her.., she's fine."

"Fawn, just clean is not enough. Also, do you think I want to take care of her?"

"I'll take care of him. You don't have to do anything!" Fawn fought me while being protective of the demon that was spoiled in her lap. She's like that mother cat.

Now I understand why Ozan couldn't get the cat out of our room.

"All right.." I sighed. I don't want to fight with Fawn just because of stupid shit. We just made up recently, I don't want to stretch our distance back. "At least let the cat be vaccinated."

I'm negotiating.

"You're letting Butter stay?"

"You're the one who won't throw it away, are you?" I let out a huffed breath. While my aggravation was piled up by the gray cat, Fawn performed a celebration by showering the cat with kisses and words of praise.

"Then give me a thank you." I approached the sofa, but did not join them. I just stood there while my back was leaning on the arm of the sofa. My arms are crossed in my chest, eyes are charging Fawn.

"Thank you." Fawn said those words with sincerity. A faint pink color burst out on his pale skin.

How can I be angry when she's so adorable. God fucking.

"Come," I stretched my hand out to her.

"Yes?"

"Fawny."

Understanding the tone of my words, he finally forced himself to stand up. The fucking cat that was in his lap was carrying on his arm.

"Put the cat on the couch if you don't want me to break his neck."

"Heii--"

"I'm serious" I said, although I didn't. I just love seeing Fawn's frowning look. "Dry!" call me again and Fawn complies with me while puffing her cheeks. The gray fur of the damn cat was stuck in the black shirt Fawn was wearing, really adding to my irritation.

"What do you want?"

When Fawn was a step near me, I pulled her waist tightly towards me. Our bodies were stuck together, and it made his face meet again.

"I just left you for a little while and you've turned away from me," I haven't forgotten how he got me so excited this morning, and I was about to charge for what I missed because of a very fucking situation.

"Have you eaten?" I asked very close to his face. My eyes stared fixedly into his pair of brown pupils.

"I've eaten." He responded in a low voice.

"I haven't."

"Then eat it."

"Guide me eat..." I pinched his cheek before moving to pull his wrist. I took her out, but her heavy steps made me stop. "What's wrong?"

"Butter will stay alone..."

"He's not something you should worry about."

"But he's new here" Fawn was worried about the cat.

"Why do you eat by yourself..." Fawn took my hand off her wrist forcefully. I stared at Fawn's attitude with patience that had reached its limit.

"As far as you go!" I turned around and left without a word. I've been so tired all day and five minutes of dealing with Fawn has worn me out all day is nothing compared to my current mental exhaustion.

"Ace, are you angry?"

"No."

"Aces..."

The tip of my suit was pulled from behind, making my steps pause. I turned my head and saw Fawn grasping the end of my suit with her adorable fist.

"Ma-sorry" he said, with a nervous smile etched on his face. I don't understand Fawn's behavior like this at all.

She was a girl who cursed me and never felt guilty for her actions because she felt that what I received was karma for locking her up. He even hit me once with a bowl and acted like he saved the earth. Fawn wasn't the type to apologize for leaving me to eat alone.

What is it about the confusing change?

Why did he become so gentle? Does he not know, his behavior like that only makes me more and more obsessed with making it mine, just for me?

Even that damn cat makes me jealous!!!

"I'll accompany you to your meal next time" he promised. I felt the irritation piled up on my shoulders overflow into the air.

Cheating, he took advantage of my weakness with his sweet words!

But I can't do anything. I have fallen far in charm. It's hazardous. My greed is blowing in my chest.

What do I do to make that heart feel the same way I do now?

Having Fawn physically is not enough, I want him and every personality. I want him who is spoiled, scowling, angry, happy, happy and wrathful, I want everything for me. I want his heart to catch me as big as I want it...

This desire is like a fog covering my eyes. Makes me feel scared.

I want to have her, her black and white personality, her red passion and her ambition, I want her from toe to head.
