Chapter 46: The Old Enemy

A woman was walking firmly into a magnificent house. He and his two men were greeted by one of the men in a neat dress, wearing a bow tie.

Then, the man immediately led the woman up to the second floor towards a meeting room. Arriving in front of the large door, the man immediately opened it for the woman.

The woman entered on her own, and the door closed again. He walked over to a man standing by the window holding a glass of wine.

"I've done my job, Jasper. Now, it's your turn" said the woman who was none other than Rose. He smiled as he looked at the man who had now turned his body.

The man approached while gulping down the wine and then he placed the glass on the table. He gently rubbed Rose's black mane and stroked her cheeks and said, "Thanks you, Rose. You are my good cousin. Now I'm ready to take my revenge on Josh. But... There's one question I want to ask you. Do you really not love her?"

Rose took a step back, avoiding the man. Then for a split second he looked back at Jasper, his cousin. "My acquaintance with him was indeed because of your ambition to seek revenge on the Dexter family. I tried to get close to him until he was caught in my grasp. But, since this is all your plan, I don't want to get caught further and further because I have time to love her" Rose said.

Jasper laughed. He did not expect that his cousin would love his own enemy. Then Jasper looked back at his cousin. "You can't love her, Rose! Now you can leave the country. Don't let me see you seeing Josh again and foiling all my plans!" firmly Jasper.

"I'm going to leave this country. But please release me. I don't want you watching me anymore with those fucking bodyguards!"

Jasper smiled and nodded slowly. "You take it easy, Rose. I won't be watching you again this time, as long as you don't mess with me!"

After that, Rose immediately left with her upset face. Jasper had even prepared everything for Rose to quickly leave the country. Because he was worried that love would be burdensome for Rose to leave Josh.

"My master just got information about Mrs Evelyn's whereabouts. But, it seems like something is wrong, sir," Eric said when he just arrived at Josh's study.

"What do you mean, Eric? Not quite right how?" ask Josh with a frown.

"There was a car following the car that Miss Evelyn and Nina were riding in. They walked to the countryside. But, after the two cars turned left, suddenly everything disappeared. There's no trace of the car there anymore" Eric explained.

Josh stood up immediately. He squeezed his phone firmly and kicked the table. Suddenly someone knocked on the door. Eric opened the door and found his men carrying a box.

The man immediately walked over and approached Josh who still looked very emotional.

"Someone sent this, sir. This mysterious box was thrown by a biker. After he left," said the man as he placed the box on the table.

Josh glanced at Eric with an eyebrow raised next to him. "Let's open! Check what's in it!" josh's orders were firm.

"Okay, sir," said Eric as he immediately grabbed the box and slowly opened it. Then, his bead was rounded when he saw the contents in the contact.

Eric immediately turned the box upside down and handed it to Josh. And the man was shocked to see pictures of Evelyn and Nina being held captive in a warehouse.

"Bad! Who would dare to hold my wife?!"

Josh kicked the table with all his might, then threw all the stuff on it. He looked so angry that he squeezed the pictures.

"Prepare all our people, Eric! I'm gonna call Daddy, ask Mark to come with us!" Josh's orders.

Eric nodded and immediately went out to call. Meanwhile, Josh, look in his eyes that began to turn red. He immediately grabbed his phone to call his father.

"Hello, Dad. I need Markus' help and all Daddy's men. Evelyn and Nina seem to be kidnapped! I'll find out who dares to intrude on my life!"

"Bad. Okay, Daddy's going to send all Daddy's men to help you. Bring back my son-in-law with no scuffles, Josh! If you have to, you kill that brash punk!" resolute Master Luise who is no less wrathful.

Josh nodded and immediately turned off his phone. Then, he tries to call someone to track down a trusted hacker to track Evelyn's whereabouts.

After that, Josh grabbed the suit and immediately put it on. Before leaving the room, he walked towards the closet full of books and small ornaments. Then, press a small button located between the mini-sculptures. Then, the closet shifted and showed a path to the room.

Josh walks in and immediately sticks his thumb to open the locked door with the security of the biometric system. The room filled with weapons opened. Josh picked up and brought a gun.

Then, after feeling ready, Josh again closed the secret door and walked out of the room following Eric.

Eric who was waiting near the car immediately nodded, and Josh threw one of his pistols at Eric. Then, they entered and the car immediately walked away from the yard.

"What's going on?" ask Mrs Irish when she finds out her husband got a call from the child.

"Evelyn and Nina are kidnapped. I'm sure, it looks like that person is the same person who tried to harm me" said Mr. Luise.

The Irish mistress held onto her aching-looking chest, upon hearing that her daughter-in-law had been kidnapped. The healthy Mr. Luise immediately helped the wife to sit down.

"Take it easy, honey. You have to take care of your health. I'm sure Josh can solve this problem" said Mr. Luise.

"You rest first. I'm going to get Markus and all my– boys to catch up with Josh" he continued.

After that, Master Luise immediately walked over and approached Mark who was outside.

"Markus. Give up all my men and follow Josh. He's looking for Evelyn's abductee!" lord Luise's orders.

Markus immediately nodded and ran into the car while calling his troops. Then he followed Josh and called Eric.
