Chapter 16: Telling Master Luise

After last night Josh was kicked out by his own parents. He returned to his home with Sarah. Evelyn finds out in the morning and soon meets Eric to ask what happened.

"Why did your master take that woman again, Eric? Was he really not afraid of Madam Irish and Master Luise?"

"Sarah's pregnant, Miss."

Hearing Eric's reply, the 24-year-old woman was shocked. As well as Nina who had been listening earlier, she immediately approached. "You sure, Eric? Didn't that woman lie?" nina asked doubtfully.

Eric shrugged his shoulders and sighed. "I don't know and haven't investigated. Perhaps Mr. Josh will soon be taking the woman to the hospital to check her womb."

"Do Mrs Irish and Mrs Luise know?" Evelyn wanted to make sure whether or not they knew about Sarah's pregnancy.

Eric nodded with his breath, then replied, "all night I drove you to his parents' house. And yes, of course Madam Irish and Mr. Luise are wrathful. They even kicked out Mr. Josh."

Evelyn did not expect that Josh's parents' response would remain the same. He thought that if the woman was pregnant, they would accept it because there was already a child.

Evelyn's ears faintly heard the sound of footsteps walking down the stairs. He immediately confirmed his position standing firmly beside Eric as well as Nina. He could see, the man carefully led Sarah down the stairs.

Arriving below, Josh turned to look at Evelyn who was looking at him coldly. Then, immediately command Eric, "Prepare the car, Eric. I'll take Sarah to check the contents."

The man stared sinisterly at Evelyn. He increasingly tightly embraced the lover and invited him to walk past the woman who was his wife.

Then, after that, Mr. Luise called Eric to ask Josh. "Where are you? Are you still with Josh, Eric?"

"Yes, Sir. Mr. Josh asked me to drive him to the hospital. And I'm waiting for him in front of the gynecologist."

"Leave them, and immediately come to my company–! I have something to ask!" tell Master Luise firmly.

Hearing that Eric immediately obeyed the order. He completely left Josh, and slid towards the company.

Arriving there. Eric immediately headed to the master's room and went inside. Not to forget Master Luise ordered his assistant to lock the door and forbid anyone who wanted to come into his room an hour ahead.

"Then, what did my wife say?" asked Mr. Luise who already looked furious because she had just been told.

"Mrs Irish wanted to give Mr. Josh a chance to promise never to see her again. That's why Mrs Irish didn't let Me tell you, Sir," Eric replied regretfully and lowered his head.

"The woman is very cunning. He went to Bennet's house and told his wife to harm Evelyn! Goddamnit! You should have told me so I could give him the calculations right then and there!"

"Sorry, sir." That's all Eric can say. Because he feels scared and guilty right now.

"Then, did Josh and Sarah sleep in that house last night?

Eric nodded and replied, "yes, sir."

"Why should my wife give birth to such a foolish man, Joshi. Ah shit, I mean, he's too easy to put his heart on a woman."

"Sorry, Sir. Hasn't Mr Josh been traumatized by women?" asked Eric to make sure.

"Ah satu lagi, aku ingin memberimu perintah," ucap Tuan Luise sembari memberi isyarat agar Eric mendekat. Lalu, ia pun berbisik merencanakan sesuatu.

While in the hospital. Josh was looking for Eric here and there because it was difficult to contact.

He asked Sarah to call the manager. "Call your manager–, say pick us up now. Looks like Eric's been ordered by Daddy to come home and can't pick us up here."

"Where are we going?" ask Sarah with a frown.

"you reckon? We can't go back to my house, because Mommy and Daddy must be there. We better get to your apartment–."

Hearing that Sarah clucked, upset. "Why should I stay in my– apartment? How long are you gonna stay there?"

Josh looked at Sarah in confusion. "Aren't you going to lay me down, Sarah? This is certainly only temporary, until the atmosphere subsides. Because I'm sure, Mommy and Daddy are going to melt later."

Sarah took a breath. He immediately called his manager to pick him up at the hospital. But he still grumbled in his heart, being annoyed with Josh.
