He opened his eyes slowly. Blinked his eyes many times. Then our eyes met, he got up and took a sitting position while looking at me in wonder. His eyes were a little swollen, as he had finished a long sleep and continued to cry immediately. I helped clean his face from a few hairs and tucked them behind his ears. The smile on my face still lingered. I can't help the happy outbursts I feel. And he looked at me with a annoyed expression.

"We've had that meeting and it's over. Everything is arranged. Don't worry." I try to reduce her sadness.

"Couldn't you? Am I sleeping?" She's confused.

"Gaia sent all the files you prepared yesterday. He forwarded all the emails you sent to him to my email address. So I know. And that's enough to start the coordination that has to be done today. So, your task today is done. We just need to compile a meeting minutes for you to take home and report to Gaia. So, don't worry..." His expression changed, slowly his nose wrinkled and smiled. I closed my eyes and tried to throw the thought away. I shifted my focus by moving around the dining table and kitchen area. "Can we start eating?" He said, waking me up from daydreaming. Still smiling.

"Ah, yes. We have to eat." He laughed giggling. I'm stunned again. Turns out he can act so cool. Just incredible!

"Cocke see that? Why?" She asked. But it's just pretend. He knows why. I have to be frank. Pretending it won't help me get it.

"You know why..." My answer.

"Am I that pretty?" I laughed out. He even dared to be that arrogant.

"Can you? Should I turn into the closed girl I was before?" He challenged, turning his facial expression into seriousness. Looks like he's getting ready to switch as he meant. Yes, it is not. I don't want to face a girl who can't be guessed at all.

"Really?" He made sure his eyes were shining.

"Yes. Show me the real you. Now, you are Jade. Not an officer sent by Gaia Wear. Because your work is done for today..." He grinned happily. Nose wrinkled. The lunch became more fun.
