Chapter 51: Amazing Results

Alex spent quite a long time reading the two talismans and managed to remember them all. At the same time, he had also recovered most of his spiritual sea.

He realized that right now, his spiritual sea was actually very small, even though his spiritual sea was very large that he could see inside his head. If he allowed his spiritual senses to be used normally, his spiritual senses would recover quickly enough that he felt he had many spiritual senses. But if it must be used excessively, it disappears in less than half an hour.

This also meant that it did not take long for his spiritual sea to recover as well.

He had decided to concoct the pill once more, so he cleared the cauldron of the remaining by-products from the previous pill. He then waited for the cauldron to reach the right temperature and poured its first ingredients.

Once again, he could feel the energy released from the first ingredient.

'So, this is what the water element energy feels like, ' he thought.

After a while, he put in the second ingredient. When the material started burning into powder and the energy was released, he realized that the energy behind it was actually weaker when compared to the first energy.

He watched as the water energy quickly enveloped the fire energy, and destroyed it completely— or so he thought that was the case.

'Wait a moment, while the water energy became weaker after suppressing the fire energy, no energy was reduced at all.' She's surprised.

He could sense that after coming into contact, water and fire tried to attack simultaneously, which he thought would destroy each other and only the remaining water energy was left.

But now that he could distinguish those energies from feelings, he, he could see that neither the water energy nor the fire energy he thought had destroyed each other was actually hidden within the remaining neutral energy.

The new energy is in the balance between the two energies. Almost as if they had—

Harmony.When the elemental energy mixes, they create harmony with each other.Is that what exactly is meant by pill making? he couldn't help but scream out loud.

He took out another ingredient and put it in it. Soon the material was producing different energies as well. Based on the talisman his master gave him, this material produced metallic elemental energy.

Now the remaining bit of water elemental energy was mixed with mental energy, and suddenly the water energy started to become even stronger. The metal energy has now been aligned with the water energy so that the metal energy 'Powering' the water energy.

Similar things continue to happen, some elements empower other elements. Some elements defeat other elements. Some weaken other elements, while some only control other elements.

He also began to recognize the elements of his energy. The more energy is mixed, the harmony between the elements becomes more and more complicated.

After the last material is inserted, it controls the elemental energy remaining in the cauldron and the entire energy becomes a neutral state with many elemental energies aligned with each other within that neutral energy.

Finally, it was time to turn the powder into a pill. Following his recipe, he slowly began to gather the powder to form it. Suddenly, his Qi started moving on its own.

Slowly Qi moved through his entire meridian system and out of his palm. It was moved into the cauldron and started to separate the powder into two halves. Separate sections somehow begin to shape it into a ball of the same size as the original ball.

‘Wouldn't the energy in the pill be lower this way? After all, it was one pill that was broken into two, right?’ he thinks.

From his logical point of view, he should be right. So he began to wonder how the pill would solve that problem. That's when he realized the answer.

Suddenly, his Qi worked by itself creating a vortex that began to suck up the energy that was in the air.

'What kind of technique is this?' he wonders. He did not know how it worked, or how his Qi was able to manipulate the energy to enter into the pill.

It took about 2 minutes for the pill to completely suck up the energy in the air and finally, the 2 pills were ready. He took the two pills out of the cauldron and looked at them.

He first focused on the one on the left.

She's surprised. The pill had already separated into two different parts and was still above 20%. He then checked the second pill.

[Qi Increase Pill: 28%

"Holy S**T," he couldn't help but curse. He had somehow managed to concoct two pills, both of which had a harmony of over 20%, and one of them even came close to 30% harmony.

He began to think, 'If I ignore the energy coming out of the mouth of the cauldron, does that mean the total harmony I can obtain if this becomes one pill. Is it more than 60%?'

He was stunned thinking about that.

‘What if I save the lost energy as well? But I can't control his energy.’ thought. Suddenly, he got an idea.

He looked at the side of the cauldron, where he kept the cauldron lid, and thought, 'I may not be able to stop the energy from escaping, but the lid definitely can. And now that I have spiritual awareness, I don't even need to open the cauldron to look inside.'

He became excited once and decided to immediately try out this new technique.
