Chapter 17: More Exercise

Alex looked at the oval flame and thought, "Did I do it?" suddenly, he lost his concentration, and the oval flame turned back into a ball of fire.

"Awww.I guess that's it. Let's try one more time." He tried to do it again. He returned to his slowed time state and began to sense all the Qi within his body.

He moved the Qi according to the required technique until it emerged from his palm. The moment the invisible Qi touched the fire, he only needed to think about what he wanted to do with the fire and it would happen.

For now, he could only change the shape of his fire. The transformation also took about 5 seconds to complete. He slowly did it again and again, until he was able to change his shape within 2 seconds.

He trained for an hour. He began to master this technique.

He trained for another hour, he got better in his technique.

By the third hour, he could change shape and temperature to whatever he wanted in a matter of seconds. Although he could not do much with his form, he could still create many geometric shapes without any problems.

He tried to control the fire once again. He tried to move the Qi into his hand but realized that he could no longer. He had no Qi left.

He put up a lantern cover and hung the lantern back on the ceiling. He then sat on a bench to recharge his qi. He slowly focused on his breathing, and before he knew it, he was already asleep. He was once again unconsciously cultivating.

However, this time he did not immediately begin to gather Qi. He had to first fill his empty body before he could store his Qi for a breakthrough.

At 06:30 he woke up. He's still in the game, sitting on the bed.

She learns that Matt and Eric each share at least one course with her. All classes today are economics and business courses, so he's not particularly interested in those courses.

After class ended at 3pm, she went to the cafeteria for lunch and returned to her room. He changed his clothes back into his casual shirt and pants, and relentlessly, jumped back into the game.
