Chapter 33: Invitation

"Huh? Where'd it go? It was here!!" he yelled.

"White cat monster. It was right there. The white cat's body." She said.

Everyone looks around. Although there were traces of other monsters that were here before, there were no corpses here. The leader of the tiger sect asked, "Are you sure the cat is dead? Maybe you mistakenly thought the cat was dead?"

"No way!! I killed the cat myself." He yelled.

Ma Rong's eyes furrowed as he frowned as he asked, "Don't you say you're protecting the mother and child? Why did you say you killed him now?"

"I was protecting him. But the cat's wound was too severe, and he asked me to kill him." She said.

Everyone who was listening suddenly gasped a little. The purple-robed man walked forward and asked, "Young man, you said the cat spoke to you? Can you tell us how the cat spoke to you?" She asked.

“Well, the cat actually doesn't talk. I only heard his voice in my mind.” She said.

Everyone's eyes were wide. The eyes of the sect leader also widened as he softly muttered, “Saint Realm”

"Umm. I did meet some people. That is Luo Mei and Meng Yun of the Tiger Sect." She said.

"So it was you. I've been looking for you all night on the east side. I didn't think you were here in the west" Wen Cheng said.
