Apparently, what Abraha expected did not happen. The Arabs loved the ancient house of the Kaaba so much that they could not turn to another holy house, no matter how beautifully it was built. The Arabs felt their pilgrimage was invalid if they did not visit the Kaaba. In fact, Yemenis themselves have paid no heed to the new holy house. As usual, they continued their pilgrimage to Mecca.

"There's no other way!" geram Abraha's.

"Get our elephant army! Attack and destroy the Kaaba! I will lead myself! If the old building were destroyed and razed to the ground, the Arabs would have no choice but to come to our place!"

The ruler of Yemen is indeed feared by people because of the elephant troops he has. Abraha himself climbed on top of the largest and most powerful elephant.

"Forward!" his orders.

The trumpets were blaring and the earth seemed to be broken by the roar of the advancing troops into the battlefield.

Hearing the departure of this army to destroy the Kaaba, the inhabitants of the Arabian Peninsula were shocked. Despite knowing Abraha's army was so strong, the heroic spirit of the Arabs loomed high before the enemy.

Abraha shook his head, "No."

"Then we hand over the safekeeping of the Kaaba to the Lord of the Kaaba!" abdul Muttalib answered, and he left.

The city of Mecca is empty. The inhabitants have been displaced. A wide road opened for Abraha to destroy the Kaaba which was in sight.

No one was able to block such a huge force

Abraha Al-Asyram is not a native of Yemen. He came from the Habash country in Africa, then occupied Yemen.

70,000 Habash forces led by Aryath defeated Yemen. Aryath was later killed by Abraha. Abraha has ruled Yemen since then.
