*To Habash*
The disturbance against Muslims is getting heavier by the day. In fact, some people died from being tortured too hard. According to Allah's revelation, the Prophet ordered them to emigrate.
"O Prophet, where shall we go?"
The Prophet advised them to go to Habashah, whose people follow Christianity.
"The place was ruled by a king and no one was persecuted there. It is an honest earth, until Allah opens the way for all of us" said the Prophet.
Obey the orders of the Prophet, the first group of Muslims went to Habash in the month of Rajab, the fifth year of Prophethood. The group consisted of 12 men and 4 women. By stealth, they left Mecca, crossed the sea to the African continent, and arrived at the Habash coast. As the Prophet, Najasyi, the King of Habash, said, gave them protection and a good place.
Later, when they heard that the Quraysh were no longer torturing the Muslims, they returned home. But the news is not true.
In Mecca, things got worse for the Muslims. They went back to Habash, this time with a larger group of 83 men and 18 women led by Ja'far ibn Abu Talib.
*Habash*
At that time Habashah was a country that included the southern parts of Egypt, Erytrea, Ethiopia, and Sudan. Habasyah means 'communion'. The Habash were allied with the kingdom of Saba or Himyar. The Muslims departed from the Gulf of Shu'aibah, south of Jeddah.
*Anger Umar*
Umar bin Khattab was sitting in his house. In all of Mecca, no one was able to soften Umar's heart. He was so quick to ride the apoplexy and fierce. He was never withered by the seduction of the comfort girls whenever he went to the khamr sellers.
He was never persuaded to join the night walkers who like to huddle in the courtyard of the house while listening to the tambourine.
Everything was unable to soften the hardness of his heart that liked to act fierce and scary.
But now, he is sitting alone.
"Hamzah, what happened to you? You conquered and humiliated Abu Jahl, your own friend! What makes you like this? In fact, you dare to abandon the religion of our ancestors and join Muhammad! This will obviously make the followers of this new religion so arrogant and big-headed!
Hamzah, have you, Abu Jahl, Khalid bin Walid and I together made the Quraysh the most respected tribe? All thanks to the hard work and tenacity of the four of us. The other tribes envied the Quraysh because the Quraysh had us. It's all because of Muhammad! Hamzah no longer wants to drink with me. How lonely are the nights without Hamzah!"
"Muhammad, you have made the heads of the poor, the slaves, the manual laborers, and the weak women! You made them dare to oppose the masters! What you say must be magic.
Muhammad, how can you see your followers leaving their homeland to Habash so far away?
After thinking so, Umar ibn Khattab drew his sword. His anger quickly rose to the crown. With steps that could not be hindered, Umar walked quickly towards Darul Arqam. His eyes contained fire and his sword was burning! No one can hinder Umar if he is already attached to the bawl!
*Umar*
Umm Abdillah was an old woman. He was also a neighbor of Umar bin Khattab. After his family embraced Islam, Umar liked to disturb him. And before that, Umar was quite respectful and even loved him.
At that time, Umm Abdillah was cleaning up items to bring hijrah to Habasyah. Suddenly, heart
new thumping. He saw Umar bin Khattab walking with a drawn sword! Since there was no time to run into the house, Umm Abdillah hid behind her belongings. His heart was pounding unbecoming. Unknowingly, he held his breath as Umar got closer.
But Umar saw it and stopped.
"So you will really go, O Umm Abdillah?"
Umm Abdillah came out of her hiding place. He was surprised that Umar's voice did not sound as angry as usual.
"Yes, for God's sake. You have hurt me and oppressed me. I will truly go to God's earth until Allah gives me a way out" said Umm Abdillah.
For a moment, Umar seemed to ponder, "Here are my neighbors, they will also leave Mecca."
Umar turned, looked at the old face of Umm Abdillah and said inwardly, "So far as this old man will go, so few things can he carry."
Finally Umar stepped away and said, "May Allah be with you."
Umm Abdillah was stunned. Umar has not been this gentle since they embraced Islam.
"Do you not see the tenderness and sorrow of Umar against us?" ''' Umm Abdillah asked her son.
"Does Mom expect that she will embrace Islam?" ask the son. "He would never have embraced Islam before his father's donkey also converted to Islam!"
