ACTS OF APOSTLE
chapter 20

*Transcendence of Khadijah*

After a few months, the Meccan caravan returned. At the rest stop of Marr Al Zahran, a day's journey from Mecca, agents usually precede coming to Mecca to report trade. Muhammad was too. He first arrived in Mecca. However, before meeting Khadijah, he met seven circumferences around the Kaaba.

From the top of his magnificent balcony, Khadija rushed to welcome and Muhammad also reported the results of sales, purchased goods, and various small experiences on the way. At that time, Khadijah was very impressed with the results obtained by Muhammad, but that was not how much. After Muhammad returned home, Maisarh recounted his own impressions of Muhammad.

"Really, I've never seen such a perfect young man look to the future. His decisions are always right and his estimates are never wrong. He is also very honest and polite, "so in part the story of Maisarh.

Khadijah was very impressed with his new agent. Waraqah bin Naufal came and heard the story of Maisarah about Muhammad. There is something strange about Maisarah. Usually, he places great emphasis on his reports on business matters. However, now the trade issue seems to be a small thing. What Maisarah talked about this time was only about Muhammad, Muhammad, and Muhammad. In fact, the profit they got this time was truly incredible. If it is said that Khadija had a "Golden Touch", it is precisely when Muhammad is said to have a "Blessed Touch".

When Waraqah had heard all that, he was immersed in earnest thinking. After a long silence, he said to Khadijah,

"Hearing from you and from Maisarah concerning Muhammad and also from what I saw myself, I hold that he has all the qualities and abilities of being a messenger of God. Perhaps he is destined to be one of the apostles in the future."

*Great Wedding*

Khadijah had a friend of a noblewoman named Nafisah bint Munyah. Nafisah found out after Khadijah's second husband died, many Quraysh nobles proposed to him, but Khadija refused. Nafisah knew that Khadijah was afraid that all proposals were only aimed at targeting his property. More than that, Nafisah also knew that what Khadijah wanted was a man of great character. Nafisah also knew that there was one such man in Mecca, he was Muhammad.

Therefore, once Khadijah opened up to him about Muhammad, Nafisah was not surprised anymore. Khadijah asked Nafisah to find a way to find out how Muhammad thought about him. So, when Muhammad was on his way home from the Kaaba, Nafisah stopped him. The breath asked, too,

"O Muhammad, you have become a young man. Many men younger than you have married and some have even had children. Why aren't you married?"

"I can't get married, Nafisah. I don't have enough wealth to get married."

"What is your answer if a beautiful, rich, and honorable woman wants to marry you even if you can't afford it?"

Muhammad asked a little, a little surprised,

"Who is that woman?"

Muhammad's eyebrows are raised, too,

"Khadija? How could Khadijah marry me? Didn't you know that many of these wealthy nobles and tribal chiefs in Arabia have proposed to him and he has rejected them all?"

"If you want to marry her, just say it and leave it all to me. I'll take care of everything."

When Abu Talib agreed, Muhammad accepted Nafisah. So, the wedding was held.

As a bride, Muhammad came with his happy uncles.

*Muhammad's Stature*

There is rarely a marriage so grand. In the event, all the leaders of the Quraysh and the dignitaries of Mecca were invited. The bridegroom rode on a gallant horse accompanied by the young men of Bani Hashim who drew swords. Meanwhile, the women of Bani Hashim went ahead and were received in the house of the bride.

The magnificent Khadijah house at that time was lit by candlelight in lanterns hung with gold chains. Each lantern consists of 7 candles.

All of Khadijah's attendants were given special uniforms to welcome guests who arrived in the afternoon. The bridal room is really special. Silk and brocade fabrics were hung so harmoniously. The floor is covered in a white carpet and is filled with incense from a silver urn.

Khadija himself was so graceful that it seemed to glow like the rising sun. She was wearing very beautiful bridal clothes and was rarely second to none at the time. Abu Talib was the representative of the bridegroom in giving a speech, while Waraqah bin Naufal was the representative of the bride.

There was no man like Muhammad. His face is handsome and beautiful. His stature was moderate, not too high, nor was it short. Her hair was black and wavy. His forehead was wide and flat over a pair of arched, bushy and clutched eyebrows. His pair of eyes was wide and black, on the white edge of his eyes was somewhat reddish, looking more attractive and powerful. His gaze was sharp with pitch-black eyelashes. The nose is smooth with rows of teeth that are split.

The whip is wide, tiered, and beautiful. His chest was wide with both shoulders being fielded. The skin color is bright and clear with both thick palms and feet. If walking, his body is slightly leaning forward, stepping quickly, and surely. His tears imagined contemplation and full of thought, his eyes showing dignity, making people obedient to him.
