Jay is officially married to Nadia, they are married religiously and nationally.

They get married without a party or anything. From this, we can know that the judge cannot marry a woman, while the woman's guardian is still there.

Subsequently, it should also be known that when the guardian is not present in the marriage assembly of the woman he becomes his guardian to another person who can marry him or to the government officer who is entitled and able to marry the woman.

As for the extent of the guardian, it is not as a reason for a woman to be allowed to marry through a guardian with no permission of her parents or with no parental representation to the judge or officer of the government, although accompanied by reasons of fear of falling into slander or other reasons. This is because the judge is the guardian for women who do not have a guardian or guardian does not want to marry him without a clear reason.
