Ila Died
Adhan shubuh began to sound, all the residents of the house began to wake up and immediately take ablution as well as Jay he also began to open both eyes.
But when Jay turned his head to his side, he could not find Ila beside him. Jay soon woke up from his sleep. Jay looked for the bathroom but nothing, Jay searched all the rooms but there was nothing.
"Honey, where are you?" call Jay.
"Yank.I replied, where are you?" jay shouted in her high tone. Because there is no room, Jay was looking in the kitchen but there is nothing.
"Yank, where are you?" jay shouted in an even higher voice to make everyone in the house go straight out.
"What's up, son?" ask Love.
"She's not in the bun room" Jay replied frustratedly.
"There's no way, he said earlier you guys have slept then how can Ila be lost?" ask Elsa to panic.
"So malem, after Ila slept, I went to bed next to her. And this morning when I woke up, Ila was no longer beside her ma." replied Jay. I don't know why Jay feels so bad.
"Already, we are looking for. I'm sure Ila's still around here" Taufiq said.
They scattered with each other, Pram and Ila went to the back. But how shocked they saw the body of Ila hanging on a tree with a rope attached to her neck.
"Aaaaaaaaaaaaa." cried Ica in a very loud voice, she saw the lifeless Ila with her tongue sticking out even her eyes until they bulged upwards. Ica cried hysterically until she fell unconscious.

Suicide Sin
Suicide is a very big sin, because the perpetrator was threatened by the Prophet Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam to be tortured in hell in the way he killed himself. But the one who commits suicide until death has no chance of repenting for him.
From Abu Hurairah radhiallahu ’anhu, Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda,
“Who throws himself from the mountain to death then in hell he will plunge himself, abiding in it forever. Whoever upstarts poison to death, it will be given in his hand, then he drinks in hell, abiding in it forever. Who kills himself with a sharp weapon then the weapon will be given in his hand then he stabs his stomach in hell, eternal forever.” (CHR. Bukhari 5778 and Muslim 109)
However, suicide is not punished out of Islam. So that his body remains must be addressed as like the body of a Muslim. He must be bathed, pardoned, shalati, and buried in the cemetery of the Muslims.
Social Punishment for Suicide Bodies
Only, there is one that distinguishes, it is recommended for religious leaders and the community, such as local clerics or the local village government, so as not to salute this corpse openly, as social punishment and valuable lessons for society.
In the hadith of Jabir bin Samurah radhiallahu ’anhu, he recounts,
Once brought to the Prophet Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam a corpse of a suicide victim with arrows, and he was not willing to salahinya. (CHR. 978 Muslims).
An-Nawawi said,
Imam Malik and others argued that public leaders should not salute the dead because they were punished, and religious leaders should not salute the wicked, as a warning to the public. While Az-Zuhri argued, the community leaders did not salute the dead stoned, but saluted the dead as qishas. (Sharh Shahih Muslim, 7/47 – 48)
Shaykhul Islam also explains that
“People who do not want to salute the dead bodies due to corruption, qishas, and debt, as a form of warning for others not to do that, including a good attitude. And if he does not want to salute openly, but still pray secretly, so as to combine the two most noble attitudes, of course it is the best choice than to leave one.” (al-Ikhtiyarat al-Fiqhiyah, p. 78)
His point with “he does not want to salute the corpse of the wicked blatantly” is in order to remind the public of the danger of the deed and “stay pray secretly”, in order to fulfill the rights of fellow Muslims.
Conclusions
Bodies that commit suicide are entitled to social punishments, such as not being saluted by local community leaders or religious leaders. But he still gets the right as a Muslim corpse, which is bathed, pardoned, saluted by the general Muslims, and buried in the cemetery of the Muslims.
Social punishment may be given, but it must not hinder the basic rights of every Muslim who is protected by the Shari'a. And there must be no agreement that aborts the rules of Sharia.
So that the bodies of people who die by suicide, still must be forgiven, but community leaders, may not participate in salahati.
