Terrible Punishment

“Vita ... Where are you?” call him while looking for his wife in the remaining buildings of the fire. “Vita!”

That night, Yudha found herself in a group of passers-by saving their remaining possessions. From the blazing fire burned his dwelling.

I don't know which earth is next door, but the flames are terrible. Lick the sky and devour everything.

Not without Yudha being there. He was told that his wife had been one of the victims of the fire, which has not been found. Yes, that's what he knows, although it's not very clear.

“Vita!” I don't know how many times Yudha called, but it still doesn't sound legitimate. “It doesn't matter if I don't find you here. Because it means you survived and have left this place.”

What he said was very different from his heart. Verily Yudha was eager to see it with her own eyes, how Vita was now. Yeah, whatever the situation is.

“How, Sir? Has a victim named Vita Anggraeni been found?” yudha asked one of the SAR teams on duty.

“So far there is still none, Sir.”

“Please search continue until you meet, Sir.”

“That's for sure, Sir.” The person in the orange uniform patted his shoulder. “Pray, may there be a miracle for your wife.”

Yudha nodded with an increasingly unsettled feeling.

The man is still looking. Dispose of the remains of buildings that have been successfully extinguished by fire. His feeling said he had to find a different place that people had not yet come to.

“Vita!” call calling. Who could hear this call would surely know. How much he lost his wife. “Vita! It's me!”

In the midst of his searching uneasiness, there was a heartbreaking shrill voice. “Mas Yudha ...” the sound was heard several times. “Mas Yudha!” again, more clearly.

“Vita, where are you?” Yudha sharpened her hearing. “Give me a sign, throw things that are near you if any, if you are strong.”

Soon, Yuda heard plastic as it was in the cremation, followed by a soft sound. “I am here ...”

“Iya, I hear you.”

Yudha picked up her phone to highlight around as the sound became clearer. Before long, his eyes immediately caught a heartbreaking sight. His wife's small body lay weakly crushed by pieces of wood, while one hand held a plastic bag to mark her existence earlier.

“Yes Allah!” yudha's body was immediately shaken to see the state of his wife's wounds. He immediately lifted the large wood that hit his wife's body. Upset, he kicked the cursed things rough.

“Come, we're looking for help right now!” yudha's body trembled withstanding the deep sorrow.

Vita shook her head and held back her hand that was about to lift her up. “No need. I'm close,” he said in a soft tone.

“Near, what do you mean?”

Panic, regret, sadness, all Yudha felt mixed into one. How not? For months he searched for the whereabouts of his wife, but by the time he learned of her whereabouts he instead found her in such circumstances.

Vita did not answer, the eyes were soft, soft and longing. One hand stretched out to rub her husband's cheek very gently. “You're looking for me, Mom? I missed you ..”

“Of course I'm always looking for you, you're my wife. Until whenever you're my wife. Don't ask me if I miss you or not, because the answer is for sure!” yudha replied, saying nothing else. His hand reached under Vita's body to lift her up, but was again pushed aside.

“What are you talking about?” Yudha was inexhaustible with his wife's words that again sounded confusing. “Please don't punish me with even more terrible punishment. I've been quite tormented.”

“I'm glad you're worried about me, Mas. Because in this way, I can see the magnitude of your love.” Vita smiled, looking into her husband's eyes until he got lost there.

“How many times have I told you, I really love you, Vita. You are the one I love the most here. I've already noticed.” Yudha led Vita's hand so that she felt a loud thump in her chest. “You always misunderstood me. Somehow I explained it so you could believe.”

“Why when I'm around you, you're wasting me. Why do you regret everything now?” said Vita again with tears dripping from the corner of her eyes. Getting as excited. “You think too little of me. Now your regret is no use. Even if I come back, I will never feel comfortable again.”

“Please don't talk about it first. What matters now is your situation.”

Again Vita shook his head weakly. “Not ... stay here. I want to be with you always.”

“Vita, Vita ...” the man was stunned when the body was no longer moving. “I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Come back with me, Vita. You're all I want.” he's back to lower his wife's body again to make sure. Touching his pulse with his finger. But in fact, he was completely abandoned.

“I love you, Honey. Love you so much ..”

Yudha fell into darkness. The man hugged his wife's body with a heartbreaking cry. He shouted long calling out his wife's name in a scroll of regret.

Suddenly, the view turned dark. So dark. Through the confines of darkness, through the doors of dreams layered, through the veils of memory. Until he felt pushed so strong and darted like he was plunged into a deep abyss. Then soar to feel an incredible emptiness. Like a jerk, he suddenly opened his eyes forcibly—lantas found himself on the surface of the floor. Yudha was surprised to be surrounded by many strangers.

“Alhamdulillah, finally you realize as well,” said they were mutually unpretentious.

“Iya, finally you realize too.”

Yudha stared at the bewildered whole person who was staring at her with anxious faces. “What is my why?” tanyanya.

“Bapak has fainted for an hour in this Mosque,” replied one representative. “We almost took you to the hospital because we thought you were critical or ...."

"For we have made various efforts to wake the Father, but the Father did not come to his senses,” said the other.

Yudha closed her eyes for a moment, she exhaled deeply and deeply. ‘Alhamdulillah, it was just a dream. I don't know what I would be like if it was real.'

“We'd better postpone the next trip. It seems that Mr. Yudha's condition is not very good. We return to the Hotel and continue tomorrow,” said one of the representative staff.

“Good, Sir.”

All the travelers scattered, they returned to the rental bus that had dispatched them.

“Again conscious, there was one name that I shouted,” said the staff told him. Yudha did not have time to ask, she resumed, “Vita.”

“Yes, it seems like I am indeed being punished by because of that name,” he replied with a blank look.
