Chapter 7.
“What time's it home tonight?” Beren asked in the morning when he found out Ustaz Salman was already in the mosque early. “By the house I accidentally unlocked. But Ustaz didn't even enter.”
“I want to sleep here,” replied Haikal hose some time. “My time is three days away, Bang. After that I really left this place,” he said while staring at a glance.
Beren was aware of this man's change in tone which was heavier and very different from usual. Makes it even more difficult to approach.
“We will definitely miss you, Taz. We wish Ustaz could stay here longer, but we also can't possibly hold you back. Ustaz also has a family.”
Haikal. The man refocused his eyes forward. Think about where it's headed after you leave. And the plan, he will return to education in boarding school like his friends in order to become a better and useful human being, especially for himself.
In the afternoon, the study resumed. This time, Haikal teaches other obligatory worship that must be done in everyday life. He also answered a lot of questions from a number of people who happened to be not too difficult to pin down. It was only after that that he regrouped with the people there. Talk about any kind of business that suits them, in this fertile land.
Haikal can only sleep at twelve. That also only counts for a few minutes. He woke up again to perform two rakaat prayers in the third of the night. Begging Him for all the wrongs he has done.
He welcomed the morning at the mosque again until dawn broke. That's when—ia accidentally met with Rosyadah who was sweeping the page. The difference is still clearly felt. The girl still silenced him like she had never been there.
“You want me to help you, Ros?” Haikal tried to make small talk, but only responded with a headband. “You why rarely come out now? Is it unhealthy?”
Again, he replied with a headband.
“Are you having a toothache?”
He shook his head again making Haikal scratch his confused head.
Beren who was passing by, followed when he heard the interaction of the two of them, “Yesterday when Ustaz went you run, ask Om: where Ustaz Salman, Om?” he imitated his nephew's style of speech like yesterday.
Finally Ros is sounding, “Om!”
“Lah, it has its voice. I asked you to be quiet. Do I have any fault?” haikal said Inexhaustible, “if it were like that, I'm sorry, yes.”
“Not so ... Ustaz Salman is not wrong,” ogled Ros then dropped his tongue broom to the ground.
“Then?”
Too many pleasantries make Beren feel anxious, so the man in his almost forties again said, “Ros was embarrassed, because yesterday his father said so the same, Ustaz Salman. So he doesn't want to be in..”.
“Yes Allah, Om... Why is Om so bucket?” sela Ros stopped Beren from speaking. He seemed to mind if the man opened the case again yesterday.
How bad Ros is now cannot be measured. Suddenly he cried in that place when he saw the face of Ustaz Salman like holding his laughter.
Oh, so this is the cause? Haikal said without a sound. But then he invited the girl to sit in front of his Omnya house, wanting to talk about something.
"It's okay, there's nothing to be ashamed of" Haikal said to make Ros' usual attitude towards him again.
"But still! This father is evil."
"Not evil, that's a sign that I care, love you. Because he just wants his daughter to be in the right man and feel that I am the one. Although that's not necessarily true."
Rosyadah is getting down.
“Stop teasing me, Om. You better busy yourself looking for a wife than to be an old bachelor!”
“I've got a wife in heaven, 40,” Beren replied.
“Ngarang, ugly just don't want the same Om, let alone angel?” Ros rolled his eyes lazily.
“Speak you guys, but there's me watching. Because if I leave it could be slander.”
“Usually if there is a male equal female together who are all three demons,” said Ros did not want to lose.
“Enak. Om this memorize verse chair.”
“If only verse seats, demons are even more memorized. Just say Om wants kepo, right?”
“That's the main reason hehehe..” Beren admitted his behavior.
“Already, already!” kekeh Haikal heard the conversation between the two of them. For a while, the man sounded more serious. "I want to ask. Do you have a boyfriend?" Haikal asked again even though he already knew the answer. This is done to dilute the atmosphere.
"Where's the boyfriend from? My father twenty-four hours nguntit his son wherever he goes."
“Oh, thank goodness. If you're still alone, would Ros be willing if I applied?”
“A-what?” Ros immediately stammered hearing the question addressed to him just now. Does this mean that the man in front of her is asking her to mean it?
“I want to propose to you, Ros. Is it still unclear?” I don't know where to push from, but at the time of seeing Ros today, he felt so sure he wanted to propose to her. 'Hopefully my decision is not wrong.'
Because not too sure, Ros back to make sure, “Do I not hear wrong? Ustaz want to propose to me?”
“You didn't hear wrong. I do want to propose to you, which I will also edit to be my wife.”
The girl cried even more because she did not know what to answer. It was the first time she was married to a man she liked.
“I like you too, Ros. If you're willing, you'll I'll apply after my assignment is done.”
“Ciyeee... until weeping,” long speech sounded from Beren's mouth. Ros thought, this omnya was indeed created to be a rioter at his romantic event. Duh, if there were no Beren beside him, surely the atmosphere would be more intimate. Honey, Beren doesn't want to leave them for a variety of reasons.
“So the answer?” Haikal asked again because he did not get an answer. But nodding his head afterwards, making Haikal then give thanks again and again. His father's blessing he has got, his daughter has also received it, now only stay honest about who he really is.
‘Hopefully things will stay the same after they find out who I really am. Initially maybe they will be angry and disappointed, but slowly, they will definitely forgive...’.
Ros finally came home with an unrelenting smile. Even in his room, his heart was still pounding. He looked forward to the day and hoped that the two would soon be united in a holy bond.
“At last only I had it. Yes, just me.”
