Raising the Dead

Alena was still lurking because the two black-robed men who had entered the prison had not come out yet. He guessed they were going to take the body of the spy they had killed. The followers of the heretic sect still read the incantation, the man was not only alive but he also spoke and walked like nothing had happened. The man cheered and thanked the queen who he thought had brought him back to life.

"How, Agnes? You've seen it so come with us and you'll have eternal life. Take care of the queen and work with us to get rid of Ernest, so you'll have a much better life. Your choice is twofold, to die with Ernest or to live forever with the queen?"

"I will follow the queen to gain eternal life!" said Agnes.
