The Rise Of The Queen Ernest

The Rise Of The Queen Ernest
Invitation to Drink Tea

Lucius already had to go back a few more days, a very short time in the Kent kingdom of Arsia gave him many new experiences but as long as he was in that palace, it was very short, he found out that the bad news about Ernest was just an issue.

Originally believing the issue and regarding Ernest as a loser, he was even reluctant when his father sent him to come to the Kent kingdom of Arsia but now, he is, he had become reluctant to return even though he had promised to help Ernest. A considerable distance away, he could somehow help Ernest to catch the perpetrator but he had to come back later because the dance would not be possible without him.

Lucius was walking in the palace. The few days he had should not be wasted in enjoying his time in the kingdom. It was possible that he could meet with Ernest and talk to him but the one he met was precisely the daughter of Arabella who indeed coincidentally wanted to talk to him.

"Prince, it just so happened to meet the prince here" Arabella said.

"Are you looking for me, princess Arabella?" ask Lucius the stale base.

"Yes, prince. I'd like to invite you to tea tonight while enjoying the moonlight, is the Prince willing?"

"Only the two of us, what about Ernest?"

"Ernest's? Does Prince want Ernest to come?" ask Arabella. He was very upset that Prince Lucius was thinking of Ernest.

"I don't think both men and women are alone in the night of the heart, princess. You're the future queen candidate and I'll soon be crowned crown prince so it's good we keep our good name from becoming the gossip of the people," it is only an excuse because no one can talk about them.

"Well, what you said is very true, prince. What if we go to Ernest, he's in training right now, "though upset but what Prince Lucius said is very true. Let no one speak ill of them both.

"He's practicing?" Lucius was very surprised, what happened? Why would Arabella know if Ernest was practicing?

"Ayahanda had just issued an edict if she should practice swords from now on. If the Prince doesn't want to, I'll visit him alone."

"No, of course I don't mind!" it's a good opportunity, he does want to meet Ernest.

Arabella took Lucius to the training ground that was reserved for Ernest. The sound of the sword was already heard, Ernest looked serious with the training he was going through. A war general appointed by King Leon to train his daughter, the king and queen was even there to witness the training undertaken by his daughter and her two servants.

Alena thought it was just ordinary training but in fact, the training she was going through was quite strenuous. Amy and Agnes are tired of being amazing but they can't stop. Alena was even so tired but the general appointed by king Leon did not stop swinging his sword.

"Have you given up, Princess? If you're already overwhelmed by me, how can you deal with an enemy that attacks in groups?" ask the General.

"I can survive, General. If I can't hold on anymore then I'll faint."

"Good, princess. Even if you first wield a sword, it's not bad for you!" the General again swung his sword, Alena tried to fend off the general's attack so quickly. He is indeed a firearm expert but for the sword he is still an amateur who has a lot to learn and this opportunity, he should not be wasted.

"Oh, we're not strong!" yell Amy and Agnes.

"You're the princess' servant, so don't give up!" shouted the soldier who trained them.

"Daughter!" they again shouted and looked towards Alena who was still trying to fend off any attacks from the general. Alena even fell down and rolled onto the ground and then she returned to fend off the sword that the general was swinging nonstop.

The queen was very anxious to see him, but the king wanted Ernest to get through it. The newly arrived Arabella did not take her eyes off Ernest who was relentlessly trying to fend off every attack of the General. Prince Lucius stopped his steps, amazingly. King Leon seriously wanted to educate Ernest to the extent that the general was deployed to teach Ernest. He was sure that after this Ernest would get smarter.

"Enough!" king Leon raised his hand, so the general stopped swinging his sword.

Alena gasped for breath, her clothes already soaked with sweat. Amy and Agnes looked so tired, it was quite a strenuous exercise for her.

"Your swordplay is quite good even for the first time, princess," said the general, extending his hand.

"Thank you, general. I hope I didn't disappoint you!" said Alena.

"Of course not, it's an honor to train Ernest's daughter!" the general reached out his hand to help Alena stand up, for a beginner the result was quite satisfying but in fact it was not a beginner like Alena.

The queen mother rushed towards the training arena while bringing drinks for her daughter. The king got up from his seat, the princess Arabella followed .The king looked satisfied, his second daughter was quite satisfying and did not disappoint him.

"Thank you, Mother," Alena was about to grab a glass but her hands trembled.

"Let you help!" the queen mother could not bear to see her daughter's trembling hands.

"How, general. Is it hard to teach Ernest?" ask king Leon.

"Of course not, your honor. The princess learned quickly, "the general replied.

"Good, I hope you can patiently teach him. Now come with me, I have something to talk about!" king Leon stepped away, followed by the general.

"How's Ernest, is it heavy?" ask Arabella.

"It's hard enough, brother. But I'll try."

"Good, listen. I want to invite Prince Lucius to tea and he wants you to attend, you don't mind, do you?" ask Arabella.

Ernest looked towards Lucius who was looking at him. Why should he come? She did not want to disturb her brother's togetherness with the man but she could not refuse his brother's invitation.

"I'll try, brother. But I didn't promise."

"Alright, I'm not forcing either" Arabella said.

"Once, we'll talk about it later. Now Ernest needs a break. Waiter, go make some medicine for Ernest's daughter!" the queen's orders.

"Okay, queen" answered the servant.

"I took a moment to talk to the prince" Arabella said.

"Go, there's something you're going to talk to your sister about."

Arabella nodded and walked away, at which point the queen mother gave a gesture to a soldier who was there. The soldier immediately moved after getting the order from the queen.

"What do you want to talk about?" ask Alena.

"Mother is making a scheme to catch the perpetrator who put poison in your medicine so Mommy needs cooperation from you, Ernest," said his mother.

"What can I do?"

The queen mother approached her daughter then whispered to say what Ernest should do. He didn't want anyone to hear what he was up to so the enemy who knows who knows what he's doing.

"I'll do it, Mother. I'll help Mommy catch the culprit."

"Mother was so happy to hear that. Maybe that way we can catch the real mastermind and maybe we can find a clue to someone who's spreading rumors if you're a witch."

"Mother is right, slowly but surely we can find the culprit."

"You're right, honey. Now rest, Mother must see your father."

"Thank you, Mother," Alena saluted before her mother left.

Arabella approached Alena with Prince Lucius. The man desperately wanted to praise Alena but his speech was held back because there was Arabella. Later on, he would give Ernest a compliment in person. Perhaps at tea or at other occasions and before returning to his palace, he wanted to meet Ernest personally without anyone knowing if he could invite Ernest to meet him secretly during the dance party in his palace.
