Hana Herbert who heard her second daughter had already returned from the trip rushed to meet Ernest because she wanted to see the state of her daughter. The long journey must have made Ernest tired. Do not let the situation of his daughter deteriorate due to the journey he took.
Alena who was lying down was getting nervous, how did she call Ernest's mother? Is it the Queen's mother? Queen Mother? Mammy? Or his highness? Woe, do not make a mistake so that the queen mother suspects that her daughter is dead.
"Good morning, Your Majesty?" greet Agnes and Amy.
The queen mother did not answer but she rushed to the bed where Ernest lay and looked weak. Alena performs according to the role, she is a weak princess so she has to play her best role in order for the Queen not to be suspicious.
"Ernest, are you okay?" the queen sat on the side of the bed and touched her daughter's hand.
"I-I'm fine, Your Majesty," replied Alena.
Amy and Agnes were terrified because the princess had never called the queen with such a call. The queen looked astonished, what happened to her youngest daughter?
"What's wrong with you, Ernest? Why are you calling me that?" ask mother.
"I'm sorry, Mom. I'm not feeling well" Alena replied.
Is her mother wondering, Mom? What's wrong with his daughter? Her mother's hand was already on her daughter's forehead. Ernest's body was indeed a little hot, as he had expected, Ernest must have been sick from traveling for several days.
"Have you given him any medicine?"
"Here you go, Queen" replied Agnes.
"You know Ernest's condition is so weak that you have to take good care of him!"
"I'm fine" said Alena because she didn't want her two servants to be blamed.
"Alright, but look at your situation. Why are you forcing yourself to leave at night and come back at night?" ask mother.
Alena is so overcast, she doesn't know what to answer. Amy and Agnes who saw the situation was not good so worried and afraid that the queen was suspicious of the situation of Ernest's daughter. Alena also turned her brain to find the right answer so that the Queen mother does not suspect.
"Why are you quiet, Ernest? You're not mad at me, are you?"
"No, of course not. I go and come back at night to avoid the unwanted. It's safer at night anyway so I think it's safer to travel at night!"
"Alright, forgive Mother who can not muffle the issue so you can not move freely," said his mother.
"It's okay, Mother," at least he already knew Ernest's call to his mother but he actually preferred to call her Mommy.
When his mother talked to his daughter, the king went into his daughter's room. Of course Leon Herbert wanted to see his daughter's frail state. Alena was seen seeing the appearance of the authoritative king was staring intently at the area. It was Ernest's father.
"Don't you know you're weak? Why did you come out in the middle of the night? Don't you know it's so dangerous out there for you?" said father.
"I'm sorry, I just want to find something" Ernest said.
"Searching for something? What are you looking for? So many waiters but why do you have to go?" the king looked angry.
"Had, Ernest must have been bored and wanted to go out to enjoy nature" Hana Herbert tried to calm her husband down.
Alena was silent, she pretended to feel guilty but what was said by the king was true and the thing that was worried had been done by Ernest. Therefore he was caught and tortured by a group of people even he almost burned to death.
Now he knows that the king and queen are not enemies in the blanket and he is also convinced that there is something covering up the issue of braking himself so that the king and queen do not know the tragic news. A little conclusion could help in the investigation but the mystery still feels so awkward.
"Have it, don't be angry like that. Is there no celebration tomorrow? Do not make the joy in the palace so destroyed because of your anger," said the queen again.
"You see your daughter? He was more stupid than his brother. With his circumstances like this, how could he be present in the celebration that was to be held tomorrow? I think he'll be lying here all day!"
"Don't compare Ernest and Arabella, they're both brothers but they're different."
"I'll be at the celebration tomorrow" Alena said. This was a golden opportunity that he should not waste. By attending the celebration, he can learn to adapt and he can get to know a lot of people. After all he had to immediately know who was inside the palace so that he could figure out which was the opponent and which was the friend.
"You don't have to push yourself, Ernest. We won't force you to attend" his mother said
"I'm fine, Mother. I'll rest today so that tomorrow I can attend the celebration, "maybe he didn't call me wrong.
"You must be present, Ernest. Let no one think ill of your absence!" said father.
"I will try to come, I promise and will not disappoint!"
"Good, don't make your father ashamed and disappointed!" the king stepped away, out of the room but the queen was still in her daughter's room.
"Rest, from today Mother will ask a servant to bring medicine for you every day. Do not let you not drink otherwise your condition will not improve quickly," said his mother.
"Thank you, Mother. I will definitely take the medicine so that I can get well soon" replied Ernest. He really plays like a submissive child.
"Good, now you have to go because of a lot of work. Rest and don't forget to eat."
Alena nodded, the mother who loved her daughter very much. He could also see the father who loved Ernest so much even a little hard. Both parents are loving so she feels she has to play the role of being the princess very well.
As the King and Queen leave with her servants, Alena seems relieved as well as Amy and Agnes. They immediately closed the door of the room and breathed a sigh of relief. Eventually things returned to normal and the strange state of the princess was unknown to the king and also the queen.
"What celebration should I attend tomorrow?" ask Alena.
"The celebration of enjoying tea together with the officials and the family" Amy replied.
"Will everyone be there?" ask Alena again.
"Of course, Princess. The girls will gather later also some sons of officials," explained Agnes.
His office and family? Doggone. One problem is over but now he has to deal with another problem but tomorrow, he cannot make a mess at the party later. Alena put away the blanket that covered her body, Agnes and Amy looked astonished as the princess got out of bed.
"It's time you taught me manners when meeting people and manners when enjoying a banquet" he said. Do not let him embarrass the king and queen especially when seeing good food. If he used his way, he would eat voraciously without any burden but if he used the way of a princess, he was sure the way would not be the same and it would definitely be difficult.
Amy and Agnes look at each other, they really do not understand but they follow the request of the princess who suddenly forgot the royal manners she had learned from childhood.
