The Decision to Go

Kendrick, that name is being remembered by Alena. Ernest's meager memory left him blind to the man named Kendrick and he had no memory of the Holy Order. He really got a pr that he had to solve immediately and sure enough, he had to go see Kendrick in two more days in the village of Wesstrink that he didn't know where it was.

After taking her sister's departure to Kenneth's kingdom, Alena locked herself in a room and tried to find the memory of the man named Kendrick but she did not find it at all. Strange, he should have gotten all of Ernest's memories because he was already inside his body but why didn't he get all of Ernest's memories?

It's weird, what's all that because of the curse he got the night he was on duty? He who does not believe in the curse must now believe it.

Amy who brought snacks into the room, looked surprised to see the princess who like many thoughts. Agnes who had been massaging the princess's legs only shrugged her shoulders because she also did not know what happened to Ernest's daughter.

"Do you know the village of Wesstrink?" ask Alena.

"That's a pretty far village, princess. What's up?"

"I just want to know and I also want to know, what am I going to do when that fateful night hits us? Why do we leave the palace at night when it's so unsafe."

"Do you really not remember, princess?" ask Agnes.

"If I remember, then I won't ask."

"Actually we did not know either but that night the princess said she wanted to go to meet someone very important for that reason, we leave at night so that no one knows but our journey has been discovered!"

"Am I going to see Kendrick?" alena asked on purpose, it's possible that both of her servants knew who Kendrick was.

"The princess didn't say it but who is Kendrick?" ask Amy.

"So you don't know?" Alena looked at the two maidservants in full search.

"No, Princess. We don't know" answered the two servants.

"What about the holy order? Do you guys know?"

"The Holy Order is where great people gather, Princess. Surely those people have tasks that they have to complete usually in dealing with crime cases that are difficult to uncover or so on." explains Agnes.

Alena thinks, the group that upholds justice? Was Ernest involved with the group? Or was Ernest one of them? It seemed like he did have to go look for Kendrick so that he would know what Ernest and the Holy Order were related to. Perhaps in doing so he could get a hint of a witch that unsettled many.

"I have to go to the village of Wesstrink" Alena said.

"For what, Princess?" Amy and Agnes seemed to not understand.

"I want to talk to the queen mother and father," Ernest has moved on, if he wants the case to be resolved quickly and clear Ernest's name then he must go see Kendrick and find out Ernest's involvement in the Holy Order.

"Wait, Princess. The King and Queen are resting so it's best not to disturb!"

"I can't delay because it's so important!" Alena is out of the room, it's a good time to move because everyone is busy with the dance that will be held in Kenneth's kingdom. At least the event diverted their attention from the heretical sect that had always sacrificed young women.

As Amy said, the king and queen were resting in a room but she was welcome to enter because she was a princess.

"I'm sorry to interrupt the rest of Mother and Father" said Alena.

"Come, Ernest. Mommy's glad you came."

"Has something happened, Mother?" ask Alena.

"Obviously, the ministers are having a headache" his father replied.

"What's going on?" ask Alena.

"Your sister is a future queen candidate and now she's going to Kenneth's kingdom to attend the dance, the, the ministers urged us to immediately meet with King James to discuss the matter of arranged marriage between your brother and prince Lucius, so we tried to explain to them, let alone the issue if at the dance later, The prince will choose his own future wife."

"Mother and Father are still healthy, why would they fuss about something like this?

"Of course, their request is good but we can't take any decisions. We should see how the dance progresses."

"Of course, Mother. I came to ask permission from Mother and Father but may we speak in private?" pinta Alena because she doesn't want anyone to know.

"Of course, get all of you out!" the queen mother orders all the servants in the room.

"Now tell me, what do you want to ask permission for?" ask the king.

"Tomorrow, Ernest wanted to travel for one week so Ernest wanted to ask permission from mother and father."

"Journey? Where are you going, Ernest?" ask father.

"There are important things Ernest must do, father. Agnes will replace Ernest so no one will know I'm gone."

"No, I won't allow it!" said the Queen Mother.

"Mother, I have to leave if I want to uncover who the real witch is that is troubling the people!" said Alena.

"What do you mean?" ask father.

"Someone who may know of this matter, I must go to see him, therefore I must go."

"Who, Ernest? Do not just trust others," said his mother.

"I know, Mother. But I'm sure this guy can help. We have to find information so that this problem does not drag on. After all Ernest was tired of all the more widespread bad issues so it was time for Ernest to defend himself and prove that the witch was not Ernest."

"But it's very dangerous, Ernest," his mother seemed unwilling to let go of her daughter.

"Trust Ernest, mother. Let Ernest prove to you that Ernest is capable."

"But this isn't a show of ability, Ernest. You know a lot of people hate you, how can you prove to them that you're not the witch?" ask the king.

"For that we need to catch the mastermind, father. Followers must be many, we can't possibly uncover them one by one but if we catch the mastermind, I'm pretty sure we can catch his followers. The fifteenth date is no longer long, it's good that I went to avoid something unwanted but I went to find out who is really the mastermind behind all this. If the culprit is in the Palace, then it's safer that I'm outside because all of our movements in the palace will be easily discovered so let me go!" pinta Ernest, now she's kneeling under her father's feet.

"What do you really want, Ernest? It's dangerous for you to be out there!" said mother.

"I'll be fine, Mother. If we just sit quietly in the palace, then all this evil will not end therefore we must make a breakthrough without the enemy knowing."

"What Ernest said is very true" said King Leon.

"Baginda," the queen mother still disagreed.

"Go, Ernest. You're an adult and I'm sure you can take care of yourself and I'm sure you can't go wrong."

"I won't let you down, Father, I'll prove if I can solve this case even if I still need your father's help."

"We will definitely help you Ernest and I swear to you, whoever is involved in that heretical sect, I will punish their fists in the square!"

"Thank you, Father. Ernest needs your support."

"But, Sire," the queen mother still could not allow her daughter to leave.

"Ernest is an adult, so let him go. We must believe in his abilities and we must still look for the mastermind as well as the allies involved in that heretical sect!"

"I promise to take care of myself, Mother," said Alena. He tried to convince his mother to let him go.

"Mother really doesn't like you to go" said the queen mother. He did not want to let go of his daughter because it was very dangerous but what his daughter said was very true, they had to make a breakthrough and what the king said was also true if Ernest was not a child anymore so they had to trust him.
