Alena deliberately did not attend dinner on the grounds that she was not feeling well. He did so so that his father and mother would not see the wounds he had made on his face. He didn't want any commotion so stirred up a rumor let alone it was just a fake wound. There should be no rumors about it because lying to the king and queen is considered a crime.
That night, Alena decided to meet her father and mother. The book she had left to the prince had been given, Alena was just waiting for the right time to slip out. Arabella, who was worried about her sister, came to visit, but Amy said Ernest was sleeping. Because he didn't want to disturb his sister so he decided to visit Ernest the next morning. Actually not only wanted to see the state of Ernest but he was still curious about his brother's bodyguard who looked familiar.
"The Arabella wants to see you Princess, but I'm saying you're sleeping" said Amy, who had just entered the room.
"Good, for tonight I don't want to meet anyone so that no one is suspicious and so that no one knows what I'm going to do later."
"Good, Princess. I'll be outside" replied Amy, who was about to leave the room.
"Let me be outside" said Agnes.
"If so, go Agnes!" alena's orders.
"Daughter," Amy looked doubtful, she was afraid Agnes was doing something without their knowledge out there.
"It's okay, help me to take my coat!" alena's orders. If he wanted Agnes to infiltrate then he would have to leave Agnes alone so that the enemy could get close to Agnes and sure enough, when Agnes was outside, then he was alone, someone was already behind him and threatened him with a knife.
"Follow me, don't look around if you're not going to die!" said that man who was certainly a soldier.
Agnes did not resist, wasn't that what Ernest's daughter wanted? He must do his best and not betray the princess. Agnes was taken somewhere, to meet someone and she did not know where a certain someone wearing a cloak and mask was waiting. Agnes was forced to kneel and bow so that she could not see the person she was talking to at that moment.
"Why did you fail with that hard water?"
"Pardon me, the water hit her face accidentally" Agnes was frightened, but this time she should be of some use to the princess.
"Stupid, not stupid. Now tell me where's the spy who's always watching you?"
"I don't know, I really don't know" replied Agnes.
"lik! Kill him and then his brother!"
"Please don't do it, I'm willing to be your subordinate but don't kill me and my brother!" pinta Agnes pleads.
"Are you sure of what you're saying?"
"Of course, if you don't kill me and my brother then I'm willing to be your subordinate and do whatever you tell me to do!"
"Alright, I'm giving you a second chance. Now tell me, what Ernest did and what he planned. Everyone, I need to know everything and you have to say whatever he's doing and planning!"
"Okay, I'll do it. I'll do whatever it takes you don't kill me and my brother!" shouted Agnes.
"Good, now let him go. Watch out if you dare to betray, there will be someone watching your every move."
"I dare not, I promise!"
"Take him away!" the enemy really does not know if Agnes was deliberately used as an intruder and the charade performed by Alena managed to deceive the enemy even Agnes is still trusted by the enemy.
Agnes went back on guard, she would report to the princess but not now that the enemy could be suspicious. He couldn't say it so bluntly that he had to be careful that he didn't let down Ernest's daughter again.
The time has shown at nine pm and the time awaited by Alena has arrived. He did not come out the door so that no one would suspect him but he went out through the window aided by Lucius who was already waiting for him. Although quite tall and a little dark but they can go through a slightly difficult terrain and down.
King Leon and Queen Hana's room was on the other side but they did not need to climb. Alena and Lucius were already standing by the side of the window after passing through several guards who were guarding around the king and queen's room. Alena even looked around before knocking on the shutters because she really didn't want anyone to know.
"Mother," Alena called out while tapping on the shutters.
"Ernest?" the queen mother who had been lying down was shocked to hear the call from her daughter as well as the king Leon.
"Mother, Ernest wants to meet Mother," Alena called again.
King Leon moved in a hurry, as did Queen Hana. They hurried to the window and opened it. The King and Queen were shocked to find her daughter outside the window along with her new bodyguard.
"Ernest, what are you doing here? Aren't you feeling unwell and what's going on with your face?" queen Hana asked when she saw the bandage on Alena's face and this was the first time she saw the bandage on her daughter's face.
"Stts, I want to speak privately with Mother and Father without anyone knowing" Alena said.
"But what about you?"
"I'm fine, Mother. My face was slightly hurt, so I covered it with bandages."
"All right, come on in. It's cold outside" his mother ordered.
Alena went up the window to help Lucius who carried her up. The King and Queen help Alena from the inside so she can get inside without having any trouble.
"What were you going to talk to us about so you came over so late, Ernest?" ask king Leon.
"Something's important, Father. I'm sorry if Ernest interfered with my father and Mother's rest" replied Alena.
"Here you go" the queen mother took her daughter to sit down. King Leon followed his wife and daughter, while Lucius waited outside and closed the shutters. He could hear their conversation even outside.
"Drink tea first, Mother also has candied plums," Queen Hana poured tea and gave sweet plums to her daughter.
"Thank you, Mother," Ernest enjoyed the tea given by his mother first as well as the candied plum.
"What's important you're talking about, Ernest?" ask father.
"When I went to the village of Westtrink, I got this book from the Holy Order and it was left by someone. I have read all the writings in this book and therefore I want to know the truth of what is written in the book. I'm sure Mother and Father know the truth, so I came to ask you both" Alena said, putting the book on the table.
"What do you mean, Ernest?" ask mother.
"Mother, please answer me carefully. Am I not your daughter?" alena asked with a serious facial expression.
"What?" queen Hana was surprised, and so was king Leon.
"What do you mean by this question, Ernest?" king Leon looked unhappy.
"Please tell me, Father. Am I not your daughter and am I really Mauren's daughter?" the second question thrown by Alena really made king Leon and queen Hana surprised. Why did Ernest ask that and where did Ernest know Mauren was going?
Alena watched them closely, if she saw the expressions of king Leon and queen Hana, she was sure they did know something. Don't tell me if she really is the last descendant of Lady Lilya who was adopted by them.
