That night, Ernest's body awoke from his brief coma. Both hands were on his face, and the hand was busy touching his own face as if he wanted to find out if it was his face and whether he had returned or not.
Both eyes looked around, as if they were recognizing where he was. The moonlight coming in from the window drew attention so that the body went out of bed and then both feet stepped towards the window. It was both his legs, and it was his body.
The sleeping Amy awoke and was surprised to see someone standing in front of the window. Amy screamed because she thought she was seeing a ghost because the room was only illuminated by a pelita. His shout even made Agnes startled and woke up from her sleep.
"What's up, Amy?" ask Agnes.
"That's" Amy pointed towards Ernest's daughter. Agnes looked at Amy's hand and looked at the empty bed.
"Daughter!" they screech and run towards the princess whom Amy thinks is a ghost.
Amy and Agnes hugged Ernest's daughter who had been silent and did not turn her eyes away from the darkness of the night.
"You finally realize, Princess," said Amy. Due to being too happy for her and Amy to cry, they were already very worried about the situation of Ernest's daughter and thought the princess would not be aware but their fear did not occur at all.
"We're really worried about you, Princess. Are you all right?" agnes asked as she wiped away her flowing tears.
"I'm fine, now can you make me food? I feel so hungry."
"Alright, princess. I'll make some food for you soon!" agens.
"I will inform your majesty if the princess is conscious!" said Amy.
Amy is not prevented, she comes out of the room with Agnes but they are separated because Agnes goes to the kitchen to make food while Amy goes to the king and queen's room. After telling the news to the king and queen, he would tell the news to Prince Lucius who was always worried about the state of Ernest's daughter.
The news given by Amy certainly surprised the king and queen. They rush to their daughter's room to see if what Amy says is true. The news was conveyed Amy to Prince Lucius so that made the man rush to Ernest's room.
King Leon and Queen Hana who arrived first, they were very happy to find Ernest sitting in front of the window and when they saw their arrival, Ernest went to pay their respects.
"Honor the Father and Mother" said Ernest, bowing.
Queen Hana had already run towards her daughter and hugged her tightly. Queen Hana was crying because she was so happy that her daughter was conscious. He was so afraid that Ernest would leave him that he would have no more daughters.
"Mother is very worried about you, Ernest. Mommy's really worried you're not coming back with us."
"Pardon Ernest who has made Mother worried" said Ernest.
"No need to apologize, Mother is so happy that you're finally back with us!" Queen Hana hugged him tightly, as did king Leon who was already afraid that their daughter would not come back to them. Ernest hugged them. Yeah, he's back and this time he's not going anywhere.
Lucius who was already inside the room just stood in front of the door and looked at Ernest with a feeling of relief, Other than the king and queen, he said, he was one of the people who was most afraid that Ernest would not come to his senses again but after seeing him sober up tonight, his fear became a bliss.
King Leon and Queen Hana hugged Ernest for so long, they were like three people who had not met for a long time. Ernest's eyes were fixed on the prince Lucius who was not far from him. His expression was flat, there was no smile at all he showed.
"Come here, sit with us" Queen Hana invited her daughter to sit down with her.
Ernest followed what his mother said, king Leon stood by them and watched his daughter who already looked fine with a feeling of happiness.
"How do you feel, are you okay?" queen Hana asked while rubbing her daughter's face and tidying Ernest's hair a little messy.
"I've never been this good, Mother. Sorry for making you worry."
"Don't say that again. We're all so glad you're back with us."
"You're hit by a poisoned arrow, honey. You're not even conscious when the poison in the arrow's been dealt but you're not so conscious that it scares us all."
"How long have I been unconscious?"
"Two days, are you sure you're okay?" ask the queen mother.
"I'm totally fine. I just want to know, Mother. Now tell me what happened while I was unconscious?"
"It's all over, Ernest. There is no need to worry because the traitor has received the appropriate punishment" replied King Leon.
"What happened to him?" Ernest looked at King Leon and looked curious.
"The people punished him and he has received the appropriate punishment" replied King Leon.
Ernest did not ask, his eyes turned to look at Lucius. They both look at each other. King Leon and Queen Hana know if they need to provide privacy for both of them.
"We will be back tomorrow morning, after this rest immediately but do not wake up again" said Queen Hana while landing a kiss on her daughter's forehead.
"No way, Mother. I told you I wouldn't go anywhere."
"Mother was very happy to hear it," Queen Hana went on a trip with Ernest. The queen hugged her daughter before exiting the room.
Ernest escorted his father and mother away and at that moment, Agnes returned with the red bean soup that Ernest's daughter wanted.
"Your favorite soup, Princess," said Agnes as she placed the soup on the table.
"Thank you, Agnes. Please leave us and go get some rest."
"Well, Princess," Amy and Agnes retreat. The prince had already stepped closer to Ernest who was waiting for him and did not turn his eyes away. The sound of the door closing and at that very instant, Lucius pulled Ernest over and hugged him tightly.
"I don't think you want to come back and leave me!" said it.
"I also thought not!" both hands were already coiled and hugged Lucius tightly.
"Is this you, Ernest?" ask prince. Suddenly he was worried that the one before him right now was not the Ernest he knew let alone that he remembered Ernest's request to still love himself if he changed.
"What do you think, Prince? Am I Ernest?"
Prince Lucius let go of his embrace and looked at Ernest in full search. The two of them looked back at each other for quite a while, as if prince Lucius was trying to recognize him until finally a smile adorned his handsome face.
"I'm so glad my heart-lover is back again" Lucius hugged Ernest again and kissed his lips.
He couldn't have mistaken the woman he loved. The two of them kissed to let go of the longing but not for long as Ernest's already hungry stomach rang. Lucius carried Ernest to the table, and Lucius fed Ernest red bean soup and blew the soup on Ernest for it. Lucius did it patiently until the soup was gone.
"I hope you don't leave me again, Ernest," said Lucius, who had moved in and hugged Ernest, who was on his lap.
"I'm not going anywhere anymore!" Yeah, he's not going anywhere anymore because he's Ernest.
Lucius hugged Ernest tightly, after this he would take good care of the woman he loved even he would express his intention to propose to Ernest. He was sure that his father and mother would not mind let alone the issue of Ernest being a witch no longer existed.
