Laura woke up feeling refreshed, stretching her body satisfied with her long sleep. Move to pick up the alarm clock that is on the bedside nightstand.
"Gee ! it's nine in the morning." His comments were so at what time it was.
Return the clock to its place then move down from the bed and step towards the window.
Sunlight instantly shone on the room that had once been darkened into light.
"Akh !!" Laura screamed in shock, covered her mouth in disbelief with her vision, blinked a few times and rubbed her eyes to make sure that she did not see wrong.
"I'm not dreaming, am I ?" Laura muttered in disbelief.
"You're not dreaming." Prince Albert assured with a heavy voice.
"Aaakh Hopp !!" Laura shouted but immediately smothered her own mouth.
Why is he in my room ? in Laura's heart she asked.
"It looks like you're shocked to see me in your room." Prince Albert comments casually, closes the book he reads and puts it on the table with another book.
Laura lowered her hand. "I'm sorry for my rude attitude, Your Majesty, but honestly, I'm very surprised by your presence here." Laura spoke in an awkward tone, the situation that was going on really made her not know how to behave.
"Has Your Majesty been here a long time ?" Laura asked adding.
"What time is it ?" Prince Albert asked back.
"Now nine o'clock in the morning."
"That means I'm sitting here for less than an hour." Prince Albert said as he stood up
Hearing the words of Prince Albert really made Laura go awry.
"I'm sorry I accidentally made you wait that way." Laura said in a regretful tone.
"The house people should wake me up and not make you wait long." Laura added.
"They didn't say you were still sleeping. I asked your parents to let me knock on the door myself and I came in because there was no reply from you that you were still sleeping." Prince Albert explained, walking up to Laura who was still standing in front of the bedroom window.
"I slept very late all night because of the fun of reading books so I woke up late." Laura explained why she woke up late.
Prince Albert turned his head for a moment to the sofa table full of piles of books.
"It's no wonder to see so many books on the table."
Prince Albert stopped right in front of Laura.
"I'd better go to the bathroom to clean myself up, it's not polite to be dealing with Prince Albert under these circumstances."
"It's too late to say that." Prince Albert stretched out his hand, rubbing Laura's open shoulder as she only wore a nightgown with one strap.
Laura froze, squeezed between the window and Prince Albert.
"If you may know what exactly was going on until His Majesty came here ?" Laura is trying to get out of a situation that she thinks is putting her at risk.
"I came to pick you up." Prince Albert replied, still busy stroking Laura's smooth shoulder.
"Where are we going, Your Majesty ?" Laura is still trying to distract Prince Albert.
"You must enter the palace today." Prince Albert began to not concentrate on speaking.
"For ?"
"Introduction to the teachers who will teach you manners, this is a direct order from the Queen Mother."
Prince Albert lowered his head, lightly touching his lips on Laura's shoulder.
Laura gasped between fear and shock at Prince Albert's sudden actions.
"You know, then we should leave now, it's not good to make the teachers have to wait a long time." Laura said nervously, her heart racing.
Prince Albert straightened his body, looking at Laura.
"There's no meaning to my heart like that Your Majesty, I just don't want to make a bad impression on the initial introduction with them."
Prince Albert anxiously tinkering with Laura's eyed plan.
"Alright, get ready. I'll wait for you downstairs."
"Your Majesty."
Downstairs, in the living room were the other members of George's family. They stood together as soon as they saw Prince Albert descending the stairs down from above.
"Where is Laura Your Majesty ?" Papa boldly asked because he saw only Prince Albert coming down the stairs.
"Laura is getting ready, she just woke up. I just came out because I was waiting for him to wake up." Prince Albert replied as he looked at those who looked guilty.
"Sorry if you may know, what do you want to drink, Your Majesty ?" Mom asked to switch the conversation.
"Don't bother Mrs George, we'll leave as soon as Laura gets off." Reject Prince Albert.
"Then, please sit down and wait for Laura to get Her Majesty ready." Papa.
Prince Albert walked towards the seat that Papa meant.
"Who is he ?" prince Albert looked at Bella.
"He's our oldest son, Laura's sister. Her name is Bella, she's also at Laura's engagement." Mama replied with a nod of respect and a smile from Bella.
"I didn't pay much attention to him at the time." Prince Albert said. "If according to the will of the late King before should I be engaged to you, right ?" he looked at Laura.
"Remember His Majesty." Answer Bella.
"Bella was so physically weak that we often got sick that we didn't pair her with Prince Albert who should have a healthy future wife." Papa explained.
Prince Albert understood. "Hopefully it doesn't upset you or hurt Laura because your parents' actions are like robbing you of your first child's rights." Prince Albert looked at Bella.
"I understand that and am aware of my shortcomings, Your Majesty." Bella's words were convincing.
"Good, you are a good brother." Praise Prince Albert.
"Thank you Your Majesty."
Not long after, Laura was seen descending the stairs approaching them.
"Sorry to make you wait too long, Your Majesty." Laura said as soon as she joined them.
Prince Albert stands up. "We have to go now."
The others stood up too. "Your Majesty." Papa said, they then drove Prince Albert and Laura to the car.
Once at the palace, they headed straight for Prince Albert's private library room.
Once inside they immediately found the teachers who had been waiting.
The teachers immediately stood up as soon as they saw the arrival of Prince Albert.
Prince Albert nodded and allowed them to sit back while he walked to his desk. Laura chose to sit in an empty chair near the teachers.
"Sorry to have kept you waiting." Prince Albert said.
"No problem, Your Majesty." A male teacher replied, smiling.
"Let's introduce you to my fiance, Laura George." Prince Albert introduced them.
Laura smilingly nodded at the three teachers who were about to teach her, one man and two women.
"Your lessons will be conducted in the palace, in my room from tomorrow morning." Prince Albert explained.
"Your Majesty." Laura said obediently.
