Chapters 13. Casual Conversation

The night weather was very beautiful, stars dotted the night sky. Laura decided to sit back and relax in a garden chair with a book in her hand.

"It's windy tonight, Miss Laura, you'd better put on a slightly thicker outfit." Edward said from behind.

Laura reflexes looked back. "You surprised me Edward." Laura said ketus after coming out of her shock.

Edward turned around the chair, stood in front of Laura and reached out to give Laura a knit sweater.

"Wear it, you'll catch a cold."

Laura took the sweater and put it on.

"Where did you get this sweater ?" Laura asked with a suspicious look at Edward.

"I asked the waiter to take in your room."

"O." Laura mangosteen understands.

Edward smiled wryly without Laura looking at Laura's innocent behavior.

"You think I took it from inside your room ?"

"No ! I didn't say that. Why can you say that ?" Laura was defensive.

"It's just my feeling, sorry if it offended you." Edward said with regret.

"It's okay, it's not something to be concerned about." Laura started reading the book again.

"I've noticed from the beginning that you've come to this house that you really like to read books." Edward's Comment.

"Yes I like to read but I prefer to read general knowledge that is not related to formulas such as mathematics or physics." Laura explained smiling.

"You read novels too ?"

"Of course, this book I'm reading is a romance novel." Laura answered and lifted the book from her lap and showed Edward the book cover.

"You Edward, like to read ?" Laura turned around to ask.

Edward smiled wryly. "I don't like it, I'm a hyperactive person who prefers something that moves actively like sports or martial arts."

"O....so that's why you work as the Prince's personal bodyguard ?"

"More or less so."

"My best friend I met yesterday praised you, he said you were handsome." Laura said smilingly.

Edward smiled back. "Thank you Miss Laura's best friend if you ever meet again."

"Charlotte." Said Laura.

"Yes ?" Edward said he didn't understand.

"My name is my best friend Charlotte."

Edward nodded. "Tell my thanks to Charlotte when you meet her again." Edward repeated his words.

"Just tell him straight away, he'll come and spend the night in this house tomorrow night."

"All right, I'll tell him directly."

Laura looked up. "Tonight is very beautiful, stars scattered to decorate the night sky, In our country we rarely can see night scenery like this." Laura changed the conversation.

Edward also looked up. "The bull you say." Edward agreed.

"I can still enjoy a good night like this if I'm married to your Master ?" asked Laura in a grim tone.

"Of course you can, why can't you ?" Edward asked back.

"I'm not sure Edward, even if you say that." Laura stood up from her chair. "I'm going in first." He added leaving Edward who was just silent to see him step into the house.

"Laura the date of your engagement to Prince Albert has been set." Papa said at the dinner table after breakfast.

The movement of Laura's hand that wanted to take the glass of water came to a halt.

"When was Papa's engagement ?" laura asked grimly, her spirit this morning disappeared upon hearing Papa's words.

"Tomorrow after seven o'clock in the evening, we do not invite others who come only to the royal nuclear family and our family alone."

"No Ara, your wedding will be made in a big way. All relatives of the royal family, state officials and other members of the royal family will be invited." Answer Mama.

"And you will be introduced as a new member of the royal family to all the people of our country after your wedding." Papa added.

They just fell silent. "Laura was always like that when she heard the news of her marriage." Bella said as soon as Laura had moved away up the stairs towards the second floor of her room.

As she said yesterday, that night Charlotte came and intended to stay the night.

"I thought you were just kidding to say you wanted to stay here." Laura said, opening the door to her room.

"I'm not kidding when it comes to handsome men dear." Charlotte said as she blinked her eyes next door, smiling jail walked into Laura's room.

Laura sat on the sofa, folded her legs and propped up her chin using a sofa cushion.

"What about the boyfriend you told me about yesterday ? have you broken up ?"

Charlotte joins Laura sitting on the couch.

"Udah broke up, lazy because he was boring and began to chat new so girlfriend only already so what if already a husband ?"

"What's the last road for how many months ?"

"Anneu." Charlotte answered briefly.

Laura shakes her head to hear the story of her best friend.

"How many months ?"

"What ?" Charlotte asked back no, confused by Laura's words.

"You're dating."

"Hmmm......" Charlotte muttered while thinking. "Three months." The answer was a few moments later.

"Three months only ?" Laura asked to confirm her hearing.

"He uh." Answer Charlotte casually.

Laura bobbles head. "Ck ck." Laura said she no longer knew what to say while Charlotte was just a yengir with an innocent face.

"Where are your guards ?" ask Charlotte.

"No idea, maybe in his room."

"Isn't he your bodyguard ? she should always be around you, dong."

"It's true, but it's Charlotte's house, there's no way she's in my room even if she's my personal bodyguard." Laura said ketus.

"He he he, right." Charlotte said.

"We'll sit in the garden chair if you want to see it."

"Is he in the garden now ?"

"No, he'll come out and be near me to stay up as soon as I'm outside the house." Laura explained.

"O." Charlotte understood.

Laura stood up from the sofa. "We're out now."

"Wait a minute, I'll finish my makeup and hair first." Charlotte stood up, walked over to Laura's dresser and began to tidy up her makeup.
