Chapter 18: Rai VS Asmodeus

"Heh, welcome to my world!" welcome Rai.

"You... You caused all this, right? I'll reply you many times!" said the spirit of the woman.

"Oh, really? Then let's prove it! Who will reply many times over, Asmodeus!" rai said as he took out the Sky Lightning Sword from his storage ring.

Rai then darted forward to attack Asmodeus. Not staying silent, Asmodeus also darted towards Rai while making a sword in his hand.

The clink of iron rang out loud as the two swords from Rai and Asmodeus collided. They jumped back and attacked each other.

Rai attacked using the Sky Lightning Sword which was coated in sky lightning, while Asmodeus used a sword made from darkness energy.

Dark energy is energy that is the opposite of natural energy. When the two energies rub against or touch, there can be explosions or contractions that can make deep wounds.

Not only that, this energy was also very contrary to the energy of the dragon and god races. Especially if that dark energy had already evolved into demonic energy. That energy will have destructive properties that are very destructive when used.

Back to the fight, though,

Currently, Rai and Asmodeus are still clashing weapons with a very fast tempo. The fight had even become a spectacle for the sect soldiers who had underestimated Rai.

"Alright, everything's resolved! Just one fucking demon!" rai Gumam.

"The Nightning Dragon War Set! Come outside!" rai shouted loudly.

Suddenly, a set of tools of war appeared from within Rai's storage ring and instantly attached to his body. That set of battle tools also gave off an extremely powerful aura and made Rai's cultivation increase by 4 stages to become a Junior-stage Immortal King. But, the rise of this stage was only temporary and was only valid when Rai used the Lightning Dragon War Set in full.

After using his armor and other equipment, Rai immediately took a battle-ready position while tightening his grip on the Sky Lightning Sword.

"I think Asmodeus is a senseless demon. Because it was thought that there were only things that could make him satisfy his lust!" said Raiden.

"Yes, I understand! Continue on!" reply Rai.

After putting together a plan with Raiden, Rai steadied her heart to open the red curtain that covered her room. And when it opened...

Rai was surprised when he found a woman sleeping on a large mattress surrounded by a sprinkling of red rose petals.

The woman was wearing a mini dress that only covered part of her chest to half of her thigh area.

Rai who saw it was just silently staring while observing the woman's clinging. He scanned the woman's entire body from head to toe.

If there was someone else, maybe he would immediately take off his clothes and play all night with the mysterious woman.

However, it was different with Rai. He was not immediately tempted by the mysterious woman's sexy body. Instead of just silently observing while thinking of a way out of the illusionary world.

While Rai was still observing and thinking, suddenly there was a voice from the mysterious woman who woke up from her sleep.

Rai is hypnotized. His body moved unconsciously towards the woman. Meanwhile, the mysterious woman who was part of the spirit of Asmodeus increasingly widened her smile.

"Come, come! Make me happy!" bring the spirit of Asmodeus.

Rai's getting closer. He continued to walk towards Asmodeus until now he was on the edge of the big mattress. Asmodeus' spirit, which saw Rai stop walking, immediately got out of his sleep and crawled towards Rai.

"The sword.." Rai murmured softly to the point of barely being heard.

"Hm? Whahuh? What are you saying handsome?" ask the spirit of Asmodeus.

"Sword... Lightning Energy!" rai shouted loudly.

Suddenly, a purple-coloured lightning sword, appeared in Rai's hand. He directly thrust his sword right into the chest from the spirit of Asmodeus until it penetrated to the back.

"W-how did you escape my illusion?!" ask the spirit of Asmodeus.

"Hows it? Just ask your subordinates in hell!" said Rai while swinging his sword up to make the head of the spirit Asmodeus split into two. Simultaneously, Asmodeus' illusory world slowly faded away and made Rai free from illusions.

Meanwhile, outside of the illusionary world, Asmodeus suddenly coughed up blood. He was shocked to widen his eyes when he saw black blood coming out of his body.

"What'sthis? How did that boy get away from my illusion?" asmodeus muttered while observing the black blood in his hand.

Slashwas... Zrat... Tuk...

A slash followed the sound of falling objects, clearly heard in Asmodeus's ear. He came back surprised and tried to find the origin of the voice.

However, he felt a chill in his right arm. Asmodeus tried to examine his right arm. How surprised he was when he saw the black blood that continued to pour from the slash scar on his right arm.

"AARRGHHHH!!!!" shouts Asmodeus.

"WHO?! WHO DID THIS?!" continued.

"Who? Heh, of course your opponent!" said a man who was none other than Rai.

"You!!! I'll chop your body up!" asmodeus shouted and attacked Rai with his left hand.

Rai smiled a grin for a moment then uttered a stance, "Eightteen Lightning God Slashes!"

Rai swung the Sky Lightning Sword eighteen times. The slashes then created eighteen purple crescent lights that shot straight towards Asmodeus and managed to cut off the minutiae of his left hand.

"AARRGHHHH!!!" asmodeus cried out in pain.

"Light of Lightning Lifesaving!" said Rai.

The Sky Lightning Sword emitted an enormous amount of purple lightning elements to fill its entire blade. Rai then swung his sword horizontally towards the two legs of Asmodeus.

Slashwas... Slashwas...

Zrat... Zrat...

Tuk... Tuk...

"AARRGHHHH!!!" Asmodeus again cried out in pain when Rai managed to cut off both of his legs.

"Little Dragon Fierc! Level 1: Purple Dragon Slash!" said Rai.

The Sky Lightning Sword again emitted an overwhelming amount of purple lightning elements. However, the purple lightning that came out was, not directly enveloping the blade of the Sky Lightning Sword, but rather forming a purple-colored lightning dragon that wrapped around its blade.

Rai then swung his sword with all his might towards Asmodeus. The purple-coloured lightning dragon, instantly unleashed its twists and immediately flew towards Asmodeus as Rai swung the Sky Lightning Sword.

DUARR...

Asmodeus was thrown far away and hit the protector Rin had created and made the protector shake violently.

"Uhukis... Uhuk..." Asmodeus again coughed in blood as he tried to rise from the fall.

But unfortunately, because Rai has stood in front of him while raising his sword high and began to say a stance.

"Time to end! Lightning Dragon Slash! Level 2: Lightning Sky Dragon Slash!" said Rai.

The sky lightning that was previously there was slashed through the Sky Lightning Sword, turning into a sky lightning dragon that shot towards Asmodeus while bellowing furiously.

The explosion occurred when the dragon slammed into Asmodeus' body to shatter into pieces. Asmodeus' black blood pooled in front of Rai.

Not only that, the black blood of Asmodeus also splashed onto Rai's face making his face look terrible. Simultaneously, Rin opened her protector and walked towards Rai.

"Good fight, Rai! It's!" Rin thrust a piece of cloth at Rai.

Rai grabs the cloth and rubs the black blood on his face and returns the cloth to Rin, "Thank you!"
