Chapter 10: Meeting the Governor's Son

2 Days later,

Today was the day that the entrance test of the Lightning Dragon sect was held. Everyone in Lightning City had been busy since this morning. In fact, people who do not register are also busy, because they prepare everything they will bring while watching the game and support their heroes.

Everyone was busy, except Rai. He was still casually training with Raiden in his Soul Room. After twenty-five minutes, Rai finally opened his eyes.

After everything was done, Rai immediately went down to the first floor for breakfast. However, how surprised he was when the restaurant in the inn was very crowded. In fact, almost the entire table has been filled.

"Well... Real crowded. I'd better eat out" Rai said then exited the inn.

After a few minutes of searching, Rai finally found a restaurant that was not too crowded. Soon Rai entered the restaurant and ordered food and drinks.

After which, Rai immediately ate it voraciously. However, only a few bribed food, a group of delinquents entered the restaurant and asked the owner of the restaurant who was a pair of grandparents.

"Hey, you! Give me some money today!" said with a tattoo filled the face.

But, when the punch stayed a few feet away from the grandfather's face, Rai immediately stopped him and beat back the man with the hood until it came out through the restaurant wall. Meanwhile, several other men who were members of the delinquent directly attacked Rai with various moves.

Rai only smiled for a moment before releasing the aura of a Senior stage Mortal King. That aura immediately suppressed everything there, except the grandparent pair earlier.

"Go or die!" said Rai.

The sound that Rai released could be said to be slow, but it contained an aura that was so strong that it made the eardrums of the hoodlums tremble violently. In fact, there were some members of the hood whose eardrums were ruptured and whose ears were bleeding.

"Oh, the strongest person in this city is the leader of the Lightning Dragon sect and the governor of this city. They are brothers and their cultivation levels are almost close together" replied the grandmother.

"That was the money my parents gave me and my savings back when I was a disciple of the Lightning Sacred Sect. The total is approximately 5,000 Golden Pearls, 10,000 Silver Pearls and 100,000 Bronze Pearls" Rai replied.

"Hm? Who're you?" tanya Rai relaxed.

"What?! You.." the burly man was about to attack Rai. However, his movements were stopped by the brown-haired handsome man.

"Calm down!" that person tried to calm down that burly person who seemed to be his subordinate, "You seem to be new here. My name is Adrian, the second son of the governor Abelard!"

"Oh, Adrian. All right, good-bye!" said Rai then went to the sect gate to meet the woman earlier.

"You... How dare you dump me! Accept i... Ouch, that brother is sick," Adrian who was about to attack Rai, suddenly cried out in pain.

"What?! You want to act as you please again, huh?!" snatch that guy.

"That's Aaron's brother. D-he..."

"He's what, huh?! I'm reporting this to dad and you're gonna be locked up in a room for a month. Do you want to?!" snapped at that guy named Aaron.

"My name is Rai. When you're done, please leave here. I'm a little dislike of people who utilize noble titles!" said Rai indifferently.

"Well... Looks like you're hard to talk to, huh? All right, sometime stop by my dad's mansion, huh? I'll meet you there. And as for Adrian, if you meet him in the cult test, you can beat him all out. I'm also pretty sick of his behavior" Aaron said with a grin.
