The Happy Ending Love Story

The Happy Ending Love Story
Game of Hearts #11

Seokyung stared at her phone. He read the message he sent to Sora. Blue tick and sent notification visible. A few months ago the message had not been sent and today surprisingly the message has been sent. That means Sora has received the message she sent, the message about her pregnancy.

Seokyung's feelings were mixed. He was confused as to how. Finally Seokyung sent another message about her pregnancy and childbirth, Seokyung also stressed the rest of the money she would get after the agreement ended. No hypocrite. Seokyung really needs that money.

The message was sent, but Sora did not reply. A strange feeling filled his heart.

"Aah!" Seokyung's stomach churned. The two babies inside her stomach seemed to know how she felt. This is the first time the baby's two branches have shown their existence inside.

"Aah!" Kick back felt, this time on the right. Not just one but two at a time. Seokyung was made to moan about their liveliness in his stomach.

"Darling, do you guys understand mom's feelings? I'm sorry I didn't notice you."

Kick subsided. Seokyung stroked her stomach slowly. Heart hurts. Imagine her children growing up without her presence. They do not know who the mother gave birth to. They won't know Seokyung. Her tears are back. How a mother sells her child. His own flesh.

Seokyung's eyes were swollen and red. He did it all day crying. Heart's soft. Sensitive to small things. Hwan was on a business trip out of town. He's just coming back tomorrow. Seokyung was unwilling to show her crooked heart to Hwan. He was well taken care of and guarded by Hwan's chosen people.

But Hwan returned without prior notice. He came home early. As Seokyung was sobbing under her blanket, Hwan came in.

"Seokyung?" Hwan's voice echoed.

Seokyung pulled the blanket and looked around. Make sure his ears are not wrong. Hwan stood glued to his bedside. He immediately got up and with a shaky step approached Hwan. Her pregnancy entering the fifth month looks big.

"Hwans? Is that you?" Seokyung asked with a loud cry.

"What's going on?" Hwan returned Seokyung's embrace. His hand stroked his long ramp.

"I'm not wrong, am I? You're right Hwan aren't you?" Seokyung's hand was firmly attached to Hwan's neck.

"It's really me. What the hell's going on? You're crying, did anyone hurt you?"

Seokyung shook her head in Hwan's arms. "I miss you." He said in a muffled voice to Hwan's chest.

"me too. I miss you a lot too. I'm sorry I left you alone at home." Hwan lifts Seokyung's body then takes her to the sofa.

Two bodies clinging in a tight embrace. Like letting go of each other's misses. The two of them poured out hearts that could not be expressed in words.

"Aah!" Seokyung took off her embrace then held her stomach.

"What's going on?"

"The baby kicked."

"Yes?"

Seokyung pulled Hwan's hand and then placed it on his tummy in motion. They are shocked when their baby moves. Seokyung is not used to it either.

Hwan's eyes widened as he felt movement in Seokyung's stomach.

"Oh my God!" Peeking Hwan.

"Because there are two, their movements are very pronounced." Said Seokyung who smiled with her cheeks that were still wet.

"really. They're very active." Hwan's head lowered and then kissed Seokyung's stomach. "Dear not to be naughty. Don't bother me." His whisper was soft while stroking Seokyung's stomach.

Movement ceased.

"I'm his father, of course." Reply Hwan arrogantly. Smile rises. He looked up again as he wiped Seokyung's tears on his cheeks.

Seokyung replied with a bitter smile. "Myan..." Call slowly.

"Whatis that? Just say it." Hwan looked at Seokyung.

"All the messages I sent to Sora have been sent. I also sent another message about my delivery time." Speak in a low voice.

Hwan's eyebrows wrinkled. His face turned hard. The warmth from his body was now cold.

"I told you to just focus on your pregnancy, don't mind Sora." He said in an angry voice.

"But he deserves to know. This deal is halfway through."

"Stop! I don't want to hear this." Look at the angry eyes. Seokyung shuddered in horror.

"Hwan, your wife is Sora. This child that will be born will be your child. Don't be like this. You guys should think about it. About how it goes."

Hwan was silent, turning his face in any direction. His breathing sounds rough.

"After they were born the covenant will end and I must leave immediately. I just want this kid raised with the affection of both his parents."

"The mother is you Seokyung, not Sora." Hwan looked back at Seokyung. His eyes were dark red with burning anger.

"No. Sora is their mother." Seokyung regretted this remark. He immediately stroked his large stomach as it came back churning.

"Forget Sora. I don't care if he comes back or not. You are their mother, you will give birth to them so you are their mother. Who else would take care of it if not you?" Hwan's angry voice boomed.

"Your wife is Sora not me." Denied Seokyung. "I'm just someone else who could sell his son for money." Seokyung's head was down. Her tears threatened to come out.

"Enough! I don't want to talk about this anymore." Hwan. Anger overpowers it. He was afraid of the things Seokyung said. Everything is right nothing is wrong. But Hwan rejected that reality.

"Hwan don't go I beg you." Seokyung pulls Hwan's hand.

"I need to think clearly." Hwan takes Seokyung's hand off and leaves.

Seokyung's cry broke again as Hwan's back was nowhere to be seen again. He cried until night, waiting for Hwan to return but disappointed. Hwan did not come to his room. There's nothing in his study, Hwan's not home. Hwan leaves without telling Seokyung.

Until the next day, one of the staff at his home met Seokyung and said Hwan was reviewing a new hotel project in Paju, far from Seoul.

Feeling lost, of course. Hwan hasn't been back for weeks. He hasn't been home for five weeks. The first two weeks of Seokyung spent crying. He never called Hwan because he didn't have his number. But Seokyung always asked about Hwan's condition to the staff.

He went to the doctor delivered by the staff. The sex of the baby in the womb has been revealed. They're one pair, male and female. Seokyung didn't tell Hwan. But out of nowhere Hwan knew, he sent flowers and some gifts through the staff. Seokyung bitterly laughed at receiving it.

One morning Hwan came home but did not go up to Seokyung's room. Seokyung hears Hwan's return from the staff. They said Hwan flew to Jeju to attend a meeting with shareholders and review the new project. It might take a few months.

Hwan left with many gifts. Especially for their unborn baby. A few days after Hwan's return and departure again, three architects came to make a nursery. Decorate and fill everything with complete furniture. Seokyung looked at him expressionlessly. His heart is hard to explain.

According to Seokyung Hwan's actions were appropriate. Hwan didn't hurt her. Hwan's indifference to her he considers it an early goodbye. Farewell should be prepared. They will become strangers after the baby is born in their stomach.

Until the time of labor was approaching, Hwan never went home.
