"This week is her fertile days, her best times."
Hwan and Seokyung listen to doker's explanation. Seokyung read the signboard attached to her white coat, Arthur Alexander. In addition to his name which is the same as the name of the hospital, his face also shifted Seokyung's gaze. His eyes followed every lip gesture of Dr. Arthur. He was already used to seeing Hwan's good looks at home, seeing another one outside the house refreshed Seokyung's eyes.
"Sora." Call doctor Arthur.
Seokyung's body stiffened. His wild imagination was forcibly drawn by reality.
"Yes." Yeah." Answer stutters. Being called instead of his name makes Seokyung strange. He became not himself.
"You're a big boy now. Give my regards to Ahn Sohan."
"Ah yes, the doctor knows my sister?"
"This little baby is already big apparently." Arthur rattled Seokyung's hair. "Yes we're friends, me, Sohan and Hwan." Further.
"Sorry I may have forgotten. I'll tell you." Seokyung replied with a smile.
"Happy fighting. Let me know immediately if there's any good news. This week is your best week. May the baby be in your midst." Arthur explained.
The day Seokyung fell. His chest was tight to hear it. This week is her fertile time. If they do not do so immediately this week, they will have to wait another month for the next month to come. Mind fucked. One side wants and one side does not. Seokyung looked at Hwan beside her. Hwan's face was as tense as her.
Disappointed by Hwan's expression that he thought was more mature, Seokyung forced her smile. On the way home, they remained silent.
Hwan locked himself in the study. The goal is to take Seokyung to the doctor to take the next step. The right steps to make the deal work. But hearing the doctor's explanation made him uneasy. The thought of doing it with Seokyung drove him crazy.
"Sora my wife, where are you?" Rintih Hwan stared at his phone. He had tried many times to contact Sora but could not. He worries he's confused.
Until a few days passed, either Hwan or Seokyung were silent to each other.
"Tomorrow I'm going to Jeju to attend the opening of the new hotel there, would you like to come?" Take Hwan suddenly.
"Jeju?" Seokyung's interest is growing. He was a child raised in poverty. The lack of single parents made Seokyung never involved in school field trips. Seokyung also did not go to college. He was busy working during the night. Whatever work he makes money will do. His life is in Busan.
"Yes, it might take a few days if you come along. We can go on vacation."
"It doesn't matter if I come?"
Hwan nodded. "Of course not. You have the right to come. You are the wife of the hotel owner." Further.
'Not me but Sora.' Seokyung said in his heart.
"All right, I'm coming."
Kangin Group's private plane lands in Jeju. During Seokyung's journey there was no ceaseless admiration. The facilities he had just enjoyed were extremely luxurious. He was treated special. From here and there she called her Madam. There is also a sense of joy and sadness. Glad to enjoy things that he would never have in his life, sad because they were not his, he was a fake.
"The inauguration ceremony is tomorrow, today want to go for a walk first?"
Seokyung who still admired the luxury was surprised.
"Walk?" Ask Seokyung plain.
"Yes, you can buy whatever you need or just look at the crowd." Hwan.
Seokyung is more interested in traveling around Jeju than buying things. There's nothing he wants. The luxury he enjoyed was more than enough in his opinion.
"okay." A big smile on Seokyung's lips.
Two cars were waiting for them. One car to bring goods to the hotel and another car will be driven directly by Hwan. Two cars separated outside the airport. Hwan drove his car into the middle of Jeju city. It was almost afternoon when they arrived at Bon Jeju Mall.
Seokyung's eyes sparkled. Very crowded. There seems to be a festival because at the end of the street a lot of people gather.
"All our needs have been prepared by the staff, maybe there is something you want?" Ask Hwan who saw Seokyung's enthusiasm.
"No." Seokyung shook his head quickly. "What if we go there? There seems to be a festival." Seokyung pointed at the crowd.
It turned out that a group of young people were doing an art show. Dance, sing to drama. People who watch are also not less.
Seokyung was fascinated to see the show until she was unaware of the surroundings. Once he regained consciousness, Hwan was not around. Seokyung was sure that Hwan was next to her earlier. But Hwan disappeared into a sea of people. It was getting dark and Seokyung could not find Hwan in the crowd. Seokyung panic. His head was busy looking for Hwan to the right and left.
"God!" Finally Seokyung saw the figure of Hwan outside the crowd. Only his back with a cell phone stuck in his ear. "God!" Shouted Seokyung. His voice swallowed the loudness of the music.
Seokyung exits the crowd then approaches Hwan. But Hwan didn't hear it. He followed Hwan who was away.
"Hwans! Wait for me!" Seokyung chases after Hwan who doesn't seem to hear him.
Steps wide. He was engrossed in his cell phone. Seokyung runs to equalize her pace with Hwan.
"Hwans! Wait me. Where are you going?" Seokyung finally manages to pull Hwan's hand to stop him. The body stopped and then looked.
Not Hwan. Seokyung was wrong.
"Sorry who?" Ask the guy.
"I'm sorry I got the wrong guy." Seokyung bowed a few times until the man left.
Seokyung's body stiffened. He realized he was following the wrong people. Seokyung looked around. Slender. He arrived at a deserted alley. Different from the crowd that was. Seokyung immediately turned around, down the road she had been on. But failed. Seokyung doesn't know the direction. Even if he tries, he always fails. While following a person like Hwan earlier he did not notice his steps. Where he had to find Hwan, Seokyung didn't even have Hwan's phone number. No one to contact.
Seokyung fell into a feeling of fear. He doesn't know anyone. Not having money. He doesn't know where to go. Seokyung's body was trembling. She almost cried. Seokyung was sitting limp under the tree. Reshuffled. Organize his mind. She's confused.
"Seokyoung!" Voice's familiar. Seokyung immediately stood up and looked for the sound to come from.
"God!" From a distance Hwan's figure is seen. Seokyung blinked her eyes. Make sure he doesn't get the wrong guy anymore. "God!" When his eyes confirmed Hwan who was running over, Seokyung rushed towards Hwan.
Seokyung's crying broke. Relief permeates his body. "God!" Seokyung. His head was set in Hwan's chest.
"I've been looking for you everywhere. Where have you been?" Hwan stroked Seokyung's back.
Seokyung did not answer. She cried like a child who had just been separated from her mother. He finally found warmth after searching here. His hands were tightly coiled around Hwan's body.
"Let's go back to the hotel." Hwan.
Seokyung was still crying and did not answer. His feelings are mixed. Complicated at once.
"Relax..." Seeing Seokyung who kept crying Hwan was confused. He kissed the top of Seokyung's head then raised his body. Carrying Seokyung in his arms.
Seokyung's hand moved from her waist to Hwan's neck. Their gazes had met but Seokyung again buried her crying face into Hwan's shoulder.
During the trip to the hotel, Seokyung was still crying inside her lap. Hwan calls the driver to pick them up and take his car back to the hotel.
"Calm down." Hwan is still trying to calm down.
The trembling in Seokyung's body subsided. Seokyung's body also calmed down. His sobs turned into a smooth snoring. In the warmth of Hwan's embrace, Seokyung falls asleep with wet eyes and cheeks.
