The Guardian: Legend of Leo

The Guardian: Legend of Leo
Ch.74 New end and beginning

The grubuk!

Leo fell to his knees and made his sword his focus.

His breathing sounded very heavy and his eyes were already soft as if they could close at any moment.

Myrthe who was next to him had no better his right arm was severely injured and his breathing had already started to cut off.

In front of the two young men, three people were left with an old Grandpa in the middle of him holding back the pain from the open and clearly visible stab wound on his stomach, the other two were also not in a better state.

"Hey, Son." Myrthe called out to Leo with great difficulty. His intermittent breathing cut in between his words.

Leo only looked for a moment before returning to focus with the people before him.

the 10 people he had left before had managed to kill and left only 3 people who were currently a few meters in front of him.

"So soon finish them off while you can, I have a bad feeling about this. An aura with great pressure felt approaching from a distance—" Myrthe coughed and spat blood out of his mouth.

"Be quiet, your life is long. You look even younger than me, don't waste your life." Leo said weakly, his strength completely drained away and his aura was barely left.

The 3 people before him were just silently monitoring the situation, they were badly injured just like Leo and Myrthe only they had an advantage in numbers and strength. If they choose to move now is the right time, because if they let Leo and Myrthe regain their strength, only death awaits the future of the three.

The old man who led the group of fourteen people opened his mouth, "Look, you're not bad. Suppose we have no opposition I want to be your ally instead of your enemy" the old grandfather held back the blood that was about to gush out from his throat.

"Unfortunately we're the enemy now, and you showed up too soon. Too bad but this is your end, son, see you!" The grandfather disappeared along with the two people next to him. Their movements were too fast to be captured by Leo's blurry vision and were covered in the red color of his blood.

Leo smiled and pushed Myrthe with his remaining strength, he had predicted the direction of the three people's attack and used that very short time lag to save Myrthe.

Leo, who had run out of energy, became alert before realizing who had saved him.

A graceful little girl with her bright green irises. The dark shadows around her were incompatible with the innocent appearance of the little girl.

"Lily ...?" Leo tried to look better and clean the blood around his eyes. The outcome? The sight of Lily shrouded in dark shadows and strange green light in her eyes was becoming clearer.

The bewildered Leo finally chose to sit down and recover his energy and aura as quickly as possible. He did not realize that another matter was heading towards him at this moment.

***

Lily drifted closer towards Leo. However, his dark black shadow did not stop tying the three people who had tried to attack Leo before.

The little girl glanced at Leo and wiped the nearly dried blood on her eel.

"You've fought, let me help you this time, my hero." Lily smiled for a moment before finally returning to her originally flat and slightly monstrous appearance.

The dark shadow that adorned his body was turned into a pointed spear, it conjured up hundreds of other shadows before tapering and finally thrusting it into those who were bound by its shadow.

"It's over."
