Ch.57 War III

Leo and the others had just finished delivering Ariel's letter to the Kingdom's delivery post, with beaming faces, Ariel continuously stared at Leo as if asking the young man for something.

Leo certainly felt a little uncomfortable with that gaze until he finally decided to ask her.

"Ariel? Are you all right? You're staring at me all the time I think there's something about you."

Leo's words succeeded in hitting Ariel in the right place, without taking long the girl's face flushed like a tomato.

He shook his head before replying nervously, "H-Hm, t-it's okay".

After that he immediately changed the expression on his face to become moody.

Leo who did not understand the intention of the girl then chose not to ask, 'It seems that this is related to her question a while ago, ' Leo's inner self while paying attention to the change in the attitude of the girl.

"Lily, can you sit here waiting first, I'll buy drinks for all of us."

Leo and Ariel who heard it were slightly moved. How not? Strawberry milk is a drink given by parents to their children while they are walking to the edge of the city and to the city itself, apart from the relatively cheap price, it is customary for parents to buy their children strawberry milk.

Ariel then forgets her problem with Leo for a moment while trying to comfort Lily wholeheartedly.

Quickly, hundreds of Guards toured the city on their gallant horses while shouting evacuation orders, in contrast to the city of Breatanea, which was, the residents here are easier to manage and a little better although still arguably not much better than the destroyed city.

While jostling in line to get out of the city, dozens of children and their parents separated unknowingly due to being dragged by the human wave that passed through them in panic.

Among these people, Leo and Ariel and Lily were confused when they saw a human wave that suddenly appeared and passed them while shouting to accelerate their steps.

Leo who immediately realized this situation immediately gave orders to Ariel.

"Ariel, go get Lily out of town! I'll help the guards." Leo picked up Lily and gave it to Ariel.

While Ariel who was still confused it could only lift Lily gently and reflexively follow Leo's direction.

After seeing Ariel come out and leave the City, Leo immediately equipped himself with the white sword that had been his friend for some time.

While quickly passing through the hundreds of humans, Leo finally jumped into a nearby building and began to walk through the walls of the building and towards the City Gate quickly.

While the followers of the King and the soldiers of the Alliance then cheered smoulderingly avenging the King's call. For them death in this war is not a problem, the dignity of the nation and their Kingdom has made them full of strength and courage so that they obediently obey the order of the King.

Among all the burning people were two who were still keeping their composure. They are Scorpio and Taurus. Both of them had their respective anxieties and thoughts, so they had no desire to waste energy before the battle.

Taurus himself shows the look of his anxious face while on the way, while thinking about the mission of Aries and Virgo. He prayed that the mission this time would run smoothly and be completed without obstacles.

'Aries, Virgo. I hope you can bring the 8 Guardians into this battle in time. And you take care of us from there, I've always loved you.' Taurus rounded up his resolve before then spurring his horse faster to immediately reach the battle area
