Ch.44 Royal Army
Near the South Gate of Bargh Town, Ariel saw many cavalry rushing into the city.
Due to her position being a bit far away and being under the darkness of night, the troops did not see Ariel, whereas the girl herself could not see the faces of the troops.
Not long after, the troops reached near the north gate, seen among them, a brown-haired young man led the way of the army.
While speeding his horse, he tried to ask one of the men in the squad, "Are we close?" he said while racing his horse.
The person who was questioned by the young man only nodded slowly while showing a worried look, he knew the enemy this time would definitely not be easily opposed by General Darth though.
"Good, then prepare all of you! We'll be fighting in a minute!" he shouted while raising his weapon high.
Just as they were racing their horses, another young man was seen quickly passing them while carrying a little girl in his hands.
Feeling familiar with the person who had just passed him, the young man leading the army turned his head, trying to clearly see the face of the young man carrying the little girl.
While continuing to stare closely at the young man carrying the little girl, he spurred his horse forward to the location of the battle.
It didn't take long for him to lose track of the young man, because indeed the speed of the young man and his horse were both incredible and in a short time distanced their distance to be very far from what he could see.
"What's the matter, Mr Capricorn?" asked a Soldier who was there while feeling astonished when he saw the young man who led them turn his gaze back.
The young man called Capricorn just shook his head, he just felt the young man who had just passed by, somehow felt very similar to the one who saved his village, but on the other hand it is also the same person who destroyed it.
"Is Mr Capricorn really okay? You have just recovered from the wound you sustained in the village of Loa .." said the soldier before being cut off when he saw the Capricorn expression change.
"Here you go, I'm fine. Just speed up our steps and get ready to fight!" it was to restore the changed atmosphere.
A few moments later, they reached the northern gate of the city. There was not the slightest noise, only a few conversational sounds were heard from a distance.
"Damn! Are we late?" capricorn muttered while bowing his head
Not long after, they passed through the big gate in the city.
The atmosphere became silent, no sound could be heard other than the debate of the two men before them.
"Don't I tell you to finish them off quickly? If this one escaped earlier, we could get into big trouble!" A silvery-white-haired young man exclaimed loudly while pointing at the body beside him.
"But isn't that your fault? You chased him all the way to the front of the Gate, but instead let him when he came at me, did you tell me to chase him back like that?" reply a Man with a firm face and has narrow eyes there.
The white-haired young man snorted in annoyance and left while stomping his feet, just as the young man stomped his feet a great tremor was happening around them.
The royal troops who saw this could only smile awkwardly, with a terrifying sight before them, they realized that the battle was over and there was a possibility that the silver-haired young man had finished it.
