Mother's Return

After the call was cut off I still felt strange about Veri's behavior getting my phone number suddenly even though the reason made sense but I thought this was too much of a coincidence going on in between me and Veri.

"Did he really get my phone number from the faculty committee, but wouldn't they give any data to anyone else, so how could they?" Gertutuku.

As I was thinking hard, my mother shouted from the outside and knocked on the door strong enough, I immediately rushed up to her and opened the door for her.

"Mom why are you home this late?, ma'am..Why not answer me what happened why do you look upset and moody like that?" I kept wondering, though,

My mother just let out a lethargic breath and she immediately sat down in front of the dining table in annoyance and put her bag on the table and immediately grumbled loudly, it made me very surprised and could only stare by raising both my eyebrows and feeling astonished when I saw him indistinctly angry.

"Aahhhkkk. Aaarkhhhhhh is so annoying! Brakk" grumbled my mother as she slammed the table with her hands,

"Gosh, what's wrong with you, Mom? You were angry for no apparent reason and hit the table as hard as before, making me surprised that I had a strong heart" I said, taking water and giving it to my mother to make her calmer.

Mother immediately grabbed a glass of water that I served her and she gulped it down at once until the water soaked the clothes she was wearing.

"Oh my goodness, no one will take that water from you,"

I was very confused how to react to what my mother said, she looked so emotional and was so upset her hands clenched with a quiver and her face was pretty creepy when she was angry like that, so it's hard for me to say a sentence or a word to him.

Being quite afraid of him and I did not want to disturb him for fear that he would get even more angry, I chose to slowly walk away from him, but when I was just about to get up from his chair about to turn my mother's body just shouted my name and told me to sit back in front of him.

"You grumble until your heart is satisfied and relieved, I have to go back to the room to study now" I said with a small smile and was about to leave,

"WAIT!" my mother shouted to surprise me again,

"Jeez, Mom, what's up?" I asked in wonder,

"Sit down and accompany me here, I want to talk to you and you have to listen to all my words" she said domineeringly.

I swallowed my hard-earned salivary and could only stare at it with my eyes wide open and my eyebrows raised as I felt more and more confused, I could not refuse her request anymore and could only sit back and allow my mother to continue her grumbling that seemed so upset and continued to insult and curse her new clan.

I just listened a little bit in shock when I found out what made my mom so emotional was something that was related to me, I opened my eyes wide and paused for a moment mother's story as it was necessary to confirm the sentence she had said earlier.

"And you know my mother immediately doused him with a drink that is currently served by the waiter of the restaurant, huh she really acts as if she is..." My mother was arrested, said,

I thought the person was like intentionally luring my mother into anger and emotion so that they wouldn't sign a cooperation agreement in business and somehow I felt like the person wanted me not to do the same business once, whether it was just my feelings or it was a truth that I certainly did not know well because I only listened to all the events of my mother's story, so I can't confirm everything exactly.

Mom just shook her head and she looks so sad and frustrated right now, I don't know and increasingly don't understand my own mother who looks so weird when she comes home from her business trip.

I got up from my seat and walked over to her, hugged her from the side, and I said a sweet word that I hadn't been able to say to her.

"Mom, don't worry, I'll take care of you even if I get married, because you know?, I love you more than anything in the world" I said, hugging her tightly.
