Chapter 4

"Then if it's not my money, what kind of help would you need from me?". Reynald asked, frowning.

The student raised his head to look at Reynald, his eyes staring as if expectantly.

Reynald would not want to observe the student's face carefully. Long black hair in the pigtails, a nose that is quite sharp, thin lips and has beautiful eyes decorated with lashes that are natural without extension seems Reynald guessed.

"May I ask you to help me become a mentor in the thesis revision I'm working on?". Finally the student made her point.

Reynald gawked at the student's request.

"What did you say? I'm your mentor? Just be right! You better ask me for money than I should be a mentor!". Reynald stared intently at the student.

"You don't think I'm a busy person?".Reynald.

The student looked down at the fingers of his fingers that were linked to each other.

"My description was rejected no matter how many times.. I every day have to sleep only 2-3 hours to work on it but the results are always like this. I don't have anyone I can ask for help with this.."

Reynald let out his breath. In his heart he felt a little pity. Already staying up every day but the effort is done only in doodles, who does not experience stress and despair.

But Reynald did not have much free time to become a mentor. What else he did not know the student in front of him now.

"Who's your name?". Ask Reynald.

"I'm Anggi, sir".

Reynald nodded.

"Sir Rey, I'm looking everywhere it turns out you're here".A voice interrupted both of them.

"Bu Renata had contacted me if you should immediately transfer to the Grand Star Hotel for the next meeting.Bu Renata was waiting there". Mr. Yudi, Reynald's personal driver.

Reynald also understood. He glanced at the student who just looked down. Reynald sighed slowly and opened the purse in his pants pocket and took out a business card inside.

"This is my business card. We'll talk more later. Come to my office tomorrow at 9 a.m. If you don't come, I assume this conversation never happened. And remember! You can't pass my number on to anyone!". Reynald.

The eyes of the student named Anggi sparkled. He was relieved to get the green light from Reynald.

"Good, Sir. Thank ye.. Thanku". Said Anggi while looking down many times.

Without answering, Reynald simply left the girl alone.

Grand Star Hotel

Reynald entered a meeting room that had been attended by business partners and several representatives of partner companies who would present the project to be done.

Reynald's company is holding a competition to choose the right partner and certainly the most qualified to be involved in a project of fantastic value.

"Okay, we'll just start right away". Reynald said without stale ado after sitting down.

One by one from the representatives of partner companies also presented each other. Reynald took a serious look at the projector screen.

2 Hours later Reynald observed the course of his presentation. The projector screen was turned off and replaced by a light lamp illuminating the room.

Reynald leaned his body against the back of the chair. His hand tapped the ballpoint pen onto the table making a tuk. tuk sound..

Every eye stared anxiously at Reynald. There was not a single person who spoke only the sound of a ballpoint pen that added to the aura of tension in the meeting room.

Reynald observed one by one the anxious faces who were waiting for his decision.

"Did you all not have the ability to prepare a presentation? You've all wasted 2 hours of my time and all I saw was trash!". Reynald's Beaver.

He was not satisfied with the performance of the company that participated in this presentation. The ideas that were raised were all so bad and even similar to each other!

"How can such a bad idea be expected to work with me?". Reynald asked, staring one by one at a time.

"You're so heartless, Rey! They've been preparing for a long time and you haven't thought at all about the hard work they put in them!". Omel Renata when they were both in the elevator.

"What do I care? That's a risk that must be borne. If you don't want to be hard, you don't need to work!". Reynald said relax.

Renata shook his head. "You're really outrageous".

Reynald just shrugged his shoulders indifferently.

Tomorrow Day

A young girl was standing in front of a towering office building. He took a deep breath eroding the nervousness that struck. He's approaching the security portal. Put his bag to move in the X-Ray machine and give his ID card to security to be exchanged with a visitor card of the building.

The girl walked towards the receptionist. "Morning.. Ma'am.." Say it slowly.

"Morning.. Can I help you?". Said one of the receptionists.

"Hm.. I want to meet Mr. Reynald, Ma'am".

The two receptionists frowned. "Where is Reynald, miss? Because there's some Reynald's name in this office".

"Reynald Zaynvankoch, CEO here mbak".

The eyes of the two receptionists stared in disbelief but quickly changed their expressions to the usual.

"To meet the CEO, you need to make an appointment first".

"But I made an appointment at 9 to come to his office. Could you please call his assistant or secretary?". Said the Girl.

The receptionist looked at each other and finally one of them tried to call a special line.

"Hello Bu Renata, there's a girl looking for Mr. Reynald. This lady said she made an appointment at 9 this morning". Said a receptionist over the phone.

"Who's your name?".Ask the receptionist.

"People. I am Anggi from Tribusiness University". Say the Girl.

"His name is Anggi, ma'am. The University of Tribusiness". Receptionist by phone again.

After calling upstairs. The girl was also in the camp waiting in the sofa area located in the lobby.

On the 56th floor is the top floor of the Reynald office building. Renata just walked in without knocking on the door first.

"Rey, there's a girl who wants to see you downstairs". Renata.

"Who?".Ask Reynald.

"The Receptionist mentioned his name Anggi from the University of Tribusiness. Isn't that where you were at the seminar yesterday?".

Reynald paused for a moment as if remembering something.

"Oh that pathetic girl!".

Renata frowned not understanding. "Dear girl? You mean what?".

"Have the receptionist take her to my room, Ren".

"You sure? Since when do you want to take a foreign guest into your room, Rey? Moreover, she is a student!". Renata.

"You're so chatty early in the morning! I told you that girl was pathetic. You can see for yourself later".
