Stay With Me

Tonight I'm ready to go to dinner with Ganesh, after all this time we didn't. I prepared in a beautiful evening dress, meeting Ganesh after I had little reason to keep the man I loved made me feel happy again as I used to when I met Ganesha. I don't know what I did right or wrong.

But I don't care anymore. Just want to be with Ganesh and stick with Ganesh. No longer care what others say, if I am selfish. It's true, I'm selfish to still have Ganesh.

"Ra, it's under there's Ganesh" cried Mother behind the room door, without wanting to go inside Mother's room just knocking on the door.

"Yes Ma'am"

I immediately picked up the bag and put on my heels. Get out of the room and go downstairs immediately. There Ganesh was waiting while chatting with Father.

Ganesh looked at me with a smile, I returned his smile that "Just go, Ra"

I nodded, we said goodbye to Mom and Dad before leaving for dinner. My feelings are pretty good tonight, after finding out that Tyas has another man of dreams too. Then I will not leave Ganesh either, because I do not want Ganesh to be hurt with Tyas later.

Throughout the journey our hands were not separated from this warm grasp. Ganesh's hand held the wheel. I smiled and felt our happiness returning.

This is what I want forever, with Ganesh. Grasping each other and walking towards the future together.

"Where are we going to dinner?"

Ganesh glanced at me and smiled "In an ordinary place, no papa, right?"

I smiled as I raised our interlocking hands and kissed Ganesh's "Gak papa, where as long as Ganesh is the same"

"Emmm. Wilt her? What's wrong or what's wrong?" asked Ganesh with a sweet smile

I shook my head "Nothing, just feeling this way"

Ganesh smiled, a smile that always made me fall in love with him "Good, I'm glad you feel good tonight. No need to worry about anything anymore, because I'll stay with you Ra"

I will always be with Ganesh, no matter what. I'm the one he loves, so I can for a bit selfish about Ganesh.

"I'll stay with you too"

Hopefully, the promise we made was truly fulfilled. Ganesh and I will be together forever. There are too many obstacles between us.

Arriving at the restaurant we were heading to, Ganesh parked his car in front of the restaurant. Ganesh immediately got down and opened the car door for me, as usual. He stretched out his hand to me which I immediately grabbed and grasped gently.

We both walked into the restaurant hand in hand. I looked around, why so quiet. I don't even see any other visitors in this place. Walking towards the second floor of this restaurant, I was stunned by the atmosphere in this room.

The restaurant we visited had two floors. I and Ganesh used to prefer to eat upstairs because we could see the scene below more clearly. Especially if it's at night like this.

But this time the atmosphere was so different. If there are usually many tables and chairs in this room, now there is only one round table with two chairs facing each other. The table was right by the window. There was a lit candle that lined up neatly forming a large heart with inscriptions inside of it.

I smiled when I saw that, not like in fiction that if there was a surprise like this then the writing would be like 'I Love You' or Will you merry me. But Ganesh is different, he just wants me to stay with him. The word love no longer needs to be said, everything is clear if he really loves me. I was too.

"Let's eat dear" Ganesh took my hand to the round table by the window.

I saw food on the table. Everything is the food we order often when we come to this restaurant. Ganesh really pays attention to me, he knows what I like and what I don't like.

Ganesh pulled out a chair and let me sit there. He sat in the chair opposite me. We looked at each other with love.

Hands were still clinging to each other on the table, it felt like this kind of time did not want to pass quickly. I want to feel this happiness with Ganesh for a long time. The man I love so much.

"Never leave me, Ra" said Ganesh, looking at me with a loving look.

I nodded, Ganesh's thumb stroking the back of my hand "I'll be with you Nesh. Always"

Tonight everything really feels beautiful, I can enjoy this dinner with a happy feeling. We both ate quietly while we were accompanied by classical music that sounded beautiful in the ears.

After eating, I looked at the view behind the restaurant window. Vehicles passing by on the streets and roadside shops are still open and there are some people who come there. The night lights look beautiful from up here.

"Emmm. Ra, there's something I want to talk about" Ganesh said making me turn straight towards him.

"What do you want to say? Speak out"

I put both my hands on the table. Staring at Ganesh and waiting for the man to talk about the thing he wanted to talk about. Seems like a pretty serious thing.

"I beg you not to leave me Ra. Whatever I tell you now, you are still the one I love the most" Ganesh said suddenly

My feelings started to get bad, I started to feel if there was anything bad Ganesh would tell me. "What do you want to tell me?"

Ganesh sighed, sounding so heavy from his breath. He took something from inside his pocket. Put it on the table.

"This" Ganesh pushed the plan of the goods he brought before me.

I picked up the item and looked at it with teary eyes. One hand shuts my mouth because I was really surprised by this. Even though I tried to strengthen my heart. But still I'm not strong enough to see this.

"Marriage invitation?"
