"Tomorrow Father and Mother Ran will arrive, and your marriage will be carried out after they arrive." said aunt Yumna softly.
"But aunt, otoosan and okaasan said nothing to me" said Ran, looking very tense.
"Auntie has spoken to them. And you must fulfill aunt's request. Dear Ran, don't you love your aunt?" aunt Yumna's voice grew louder.
Regardless of what kind of situation this was, the four of them felt suffocated at Aunt Yumna's request. Saga showed a sour face, he was really not willing to marry Tahira let alone who would marry Tahira is Ran, Zara's lover and his own cousin. It's not fair, after all Ran doesn't love Tahira and neither should he.
"Te.. Of course I love aunty." Ran replied in a stammering tone. The feeling is starting to feel bad.
"Then you have to marry Tahira, baby. Aunty Please." pinta aunty Yumna.
Ran became excited, not knowing what to do. On the other hand he wanted to keep Zara's heart, because Zara was his responsibility and had become his lover. But aunt Yumna's request could not be denied, especially aunt Yumna had spoken to her parents.
Ran nodded slowly, implied aversion to his movements. Seeing the response of Ran who agreed to his mother's request, immediately made Saga clench her hand. This situation almost made him lose his sanity. He immediately left aunt Yumna's room without a word. Seeing that Zara also left the room with a cold and empty look.
"Mom, I can ask for anything but not this one. I don't love Ran's sister. Please understand." Tahira. Now his heart was suddenly agitated, especially after seeing Saga's reaction which really made him sad. He knew Saga was empty.
"You don't want to see mom happy?" aunt Yumna shed tears this time.
"No ma'am, no." Tahira shook his head and immediately got his mother.
"I'm sorry." said Ran after a long silence.
Saga left the house right then and there as a result of not being able to hold back her emotions and now her heart is so hurt. He feels Ran betrayed him because he has agreed to marry his sister and lover.
As for Zara, the girl had been sitting in the garden behind Aunt Yumna's residence. His gaze was empty and his heart was cooling. The shadow of his farewell with Ran flashed and made it look like he had been stabbed by a dagger so many times that his heart hardened. Wanting to cry but no strength, her tears suddenly dried as a result of the sudden incident today. How can fate change so quickly? Today Ran is his, and tomorrow will be Tahira's. Life felt like a joke in his mind.
"Zara's."
There was a voice calling from behind, Zara knew the voice. And tomorrow the owner of the voice will be the husband of the man.
Zara did not look until the man sat next to her. Ran hugged Zara's body which felt like a mannequin. Feeling Ran's embrace made Zara sober up and chose to pull herself up violently.
"Far away!" said Zara who began to rise from her seat.
"Zara's. I'm sorry." said Ran gently.
"no need. This is not your fault." said Zara coldly, he was about to step up Ran.
Deftly Ran stopped Zara's steps. He pulled the girl and brought her into the house. Precisely on the second floor of Ran's room. They entered and locked the door. Ran pulled Zara then with a quick movement he laid the girl on the sofa then overstretched her.
"I told you, stay away!" said Zara coldly.
Ran stared fixedly at the two eyeballs of Zara who was now feeling so cold. The tender, affectionate look that Ran often saw had vanished.
"Why did you suddenly change? This isn't you. Be aware!" said Ran softly.
"Moving!" the girl's voice was slow yet very slashing. Zara would never blatantly reject Ran's treatment of her but this time the girl completely changed.
There was no response from Zara and it made Ran feel a pain in his chest. Maybe right now Zara has lost faith in him. But to convince the girl Ran recklessly landed a kiss on Zara's lips. This time Zara did not remain silent, she tried to rebel. Ran released the link of their lips.
"Take me off! You don't deserve to treat me like this anymore. Remember that tomorrow you're getting married."
"Stop Zara! Stop this! Don't make me feel guilty about you. If you feel hurt, I'm the same. The four of us feel the same way. Do you think you're the only one feeling? They're sick to Zara too!" said Ran still in a slow tone.
"Lantas, should I pretend to be happy and accept all this? Hard sister. It's hard." Zara's tears started to drip.
Ran thought about Zara's words well. The man got up from Zara's body and sat down at the foot of the sofa. Zara got up and went out. But again Ran stopped him. Ran hugged the girl from behind as tightly as possible.
"Let go!" shout Zara.
"I'm sorry. If it wasn't for your aunt you would know this wouldn't have happened. If you were in my current position, you would have done the same" Ran said.
"You say that because your situation favors you, you'll get married and be happy later. As for me, I don't know who will take care of me after you get married?" Zara let go of Ran's stretching embrace and quickly opened the door and ran out to her room.
The atmosphere of the house was like it was shrouded in a thick, gloomy black fog. At midnight Saga had just returned from her escape. He walked through the house with the lights completely gone out. After arriving in front of Tahira's room, he immediately opened the door. Before returning home, he contacted Tahira not to lock his room because he wanted to talk.
"Are we really going to end it all?" tanya Saga, who is now sitting on the edge of Tahira's bed.
"Maybe this is how God separates us from the wrong relationships we have" Tahira replied. Actually his heart refused to approve his mother's request, but for the sake of the health of the mother he was willing to lose Saga.
"I know you said that to strengthen your heart. But whatever the reason, I still can't accept it. I love you so much Rara." Saga looked into Tahira's eyes fixedly. Tahira did not respond to Saga's remarks.
"We're all hurt. Don't consider yourself a single victim. Sis Ran and Zan must have felt some pain" Tahira said after a while.
Saga is getting upset. He got up and left Tahira's room. His feet stepped swiftly towards Ran's room. There is something he has to finish with that man.
"Why did you agree to my mother's request? Don't you love Zara?" ask Saga with a sharp look.
"I love my aunt and my parents, as my respect for them I will not argue. As for my love for Zara, you must know that we are both hurt. But can you change your destiny?" said Ran with emotions that try to be controlled. Actually since then he really wanted to run amok but that is not his style. He would rather suppress his emotions in silence than go on a rampage, even though he had almost vented it on Zara.
"Then what should I do? Tahira is my life and I have promised her that I will always be by her side forever. You must understand that, right Ran?" I don't know since when Saga shed tears. Saga is a man who is weak in matters of the heart.
"Let it all happen!" answer Ran.
"What's? Are you out of your mind?" Saga shouted at the man in front of him.
"If you don't want to disappoint your aunt, then you have to let everything happen. I will marry Tahira but I promise you not to touch her, and when the time comes I will hand her back to you. But you also have to take good care of Zara as I look after her, but remember! Don't ever fall in love with her because I'm going to give Tahira back to you."
Ran's speech sounded like the best way according to Saga. Without thinking for a long time he agreed to Ran's words. Although he regained Tahira in a state of widowhood. Because surely if Ran had returned Tahira to her it meant that Tahira had assumed the status of widow due to their marriage which would happen tomorrow. No problem, there is still a possibility that tomorrow will change even if it is nil.
"I agree. But remember! Never touch her let alone fall in love with her."
Ran nodded softly at the sign their agreement had been mutually agreed.
