Chapter 16: Surya

Ran looked at the pale face before him for a long time, while waiting for the owner of the soul he took a moment to make a voice call to his aunt. Ran came out of the room while pressing the phone button. At that time Zara began to open her eyes a little, but because she still felt very heavy, she finally returned closed but with a conscious state.

"Auntie, Zara just got transferred to the hospital room. And the doctor said he's better."

"Thank God, but auntie also has to say this to you. Actually Aunt can't come home today, you know Aunt is on medication. But don't worry, Auntie will be home as soon as the treatment is over. You take good care of Zara." Said Zara's mother in a sad tone.

"Are you conscious?" Tanya Ran hesitated a little.

"Ah, yes. L'm.. Already aware.. But I can't open my eyes, it's hard." Zara answered with her eyes still closed.

"Well, I'll call the nurse." Then Ran went to call the nurse, before long he came with two nurses who immediately examined Zara.

"So soon his sight will recover. It was one of the effects of the headaches he felt. He just needs to rest a lot and drink water as well as the medicine prescribed by the doctor." The nurse then passed.

"Zara, can you open your eyes?" Ran asked after the nurse left.

"It doesn't seem like it yet but I'll try." Zara replied in a voice that sounded very weak.

"Then rest first." Ran gave advice.

Then Ran took the bowl of porridge that was on the nightstand about to give it to the girl, slowly he began to open his eyes. But when he saw the girl opened her eyes and was still very weak, Ran took the initiative to bribe her.

"Come, you eat first."

"But I can't hold it, my hand still hurts a lot." Zara showed the bandage on her left hand to Ran.

"I.. I'll bribe you." Ran said nervously.

"Did you mind?" Ask Zara to make sure.

"Not at all."

Finally Ran started to feed the girl. Slowly Zara took a bribe after a bribe from Ran until a few minutes passed and finally she spent half of it. Because he felt full, he asked Ran to stop bribing him.

"Drink." Said Ran while giving a glass of mineral water to Zara.

But again Zara could not hold it and finally Ran helped him to drink the water. Then Zara put her body back on the bed, while Ran kept back the rest of Zara's meal.

"Sister, have you eaten yet?" Asked Zara in a weak tone.

"Not yet." An Ran replied smiling.

"Eat first, then brother will be sick later if not eat." Zara said as if worried.

Ran was stunned, only this time he felt that someone was watching him. Without removing the smile on his handsome face, Ran bribed himself with half a bowl of porridge eaten by Zara earlier, seeing it made Zara's heart a little calm.

"Did you know I was here?" Ask Zara later.

"Well, Auntie knows." Answered Ran while he was stunned.

"Is he going to come here?"

"It doesn't seem to." An Ran replied

"Why not? What is it that Mom did there? Does he not care about me anymore?" Zara asked in a row with a tone of voice that sounded annoyed.

Ran keeps the bowl of porridge back on the nightstand and drinks a few sips while starting to explain to Zara about Tamara who did not have time to go home to see her condition.

"No.. Not like that! Auntie's having trouble coming home to see you, not because she doesn't care about you anymore." Speak Ran softly.

"Why didn't you pick her up?" Zara lowered her head while playing her finger.

"Who will take care of you if I go pick up Auntie?" Ran asked back, he could not think with the way Zara thought.

'Yes, yes too. Stupid dasa!' Zara cursed herself in her heart.

Long time they did not continue the conversation until a while, Zara felt there was something she had forgotten. Then he looked in all directions while continuing to see what he had forgotten. Then he quickly looked at Ran's face with a surprised expression.

"Good brother, it looks like I'm translucent." Zara said as she rounded her eyes.

"My menstrual blood, translucent!" Zara said a second time.

Ran immediately stood up from feeling surprised while taking a step back. He looked at Zara's face that looked panicked right now.

"Where's the break?" Ran asked while staring from top to bottom Zara's body covered in a blanket.

Because the color of the sheets and blankets are white makes the blood quickly appear to the surface. Zara is getting hysterical, because she does not know what to do Ran also hysterical.

"Sister, don't go hysterical. Go get me a pad!" Zara's orders with a tone that can't be controlled anymore.

"What, again?" said Ran lirih.

For the second time Ran brought a package containing a bandage, somehow it made him feel unable. In addition to the shame of carrying such tentengan, he also thought why should buy such a thing. But his negative thoughts were dismissed when he recalled that it was Zara's need.

While staring at Zara's bed looking for a way to get out of the problem. The first way through was to call the sisters in to replace her, but the problem was that she was too embarrassed to do so. Then he thought of another way to ask Ran to buy a new one.

"Will you buy a new one?" asked Zara with a slightly doubtful tone.

Hearing this makes Ran unable to think long, he said, he immediately contacted his assistant named Surya to buy a blanket and bed sheets for Zara to wear and did not forget he also told Surya to buy a change of clothes.

"You wait a few minutes, my assistant will come with what you want." Ran speech flat.

About 40 minutes more Surya-assistant Ran- comes with everything Ran ordered to buy her. Ran stood up while taking what was in Surya's hand and putting it on the bed.

Zara looked at the man who she thought was no stranger, long she thought. The same is felt by Surya, but Surya can quickly remember if the girl who looked at him is Zara, the son of his Boss who is gone.

"Hi Zara, how are you?" Surya greeted Zara as if he knew her well.

Zara immediately remembered the person as soon as she greeted him. Then Zara smiled at Surya and returned her greeting. "Hi Surya, I'm not well right now. How's yours?" Replied Zara who was impressed was close to the figure.

Seeing that Ran instantly opened his voice. "Eh, do you know each other?"

Zara and Surya spontaneously turned their eyes to Ran, they just realized there was Ran there. Somehow meeting with Surya makes Zara feel the presence of her father again. Because after all Surya was his father's personal assistant, and Surya once filled the days where the girl was a teenager, long before Ran was present.
