The peaceful atmosphere of the morning greeted Zara who had just opened her eyes. The light of the sun was already seen entering on the sidelines of the girl's room window. Even the day is almost noon. It seems like last night's events were so happy that it led him to a sense of comfort in sleep. Believe me, Zara felt so happy when Ran expressed feelings for her.
I don't know when I fell in love. But this feeling seems stronger than when I fell in love with Surya.
Because of the pleasure that continued to envelop her heart, the girl decided to do an activity, and the first thing that came to her mind was cooking.
Zara stepped into the kitchen. The girl had planned to cook a special dish. When she finally reached the kitchen, a woman was seen standing in front of the refrigerator. Zara was surprised and immediately rubbed her eyes while making sure the figure in front of her was not a subtle creature. He hesitantly called the woman. "Mother."
Tamara turned her head and immediately threw a smile when she saw Zara standing at the entrance of the kitchen. While the girl looked at Tamara with nanar. A longing is instantaneous between the two. Zara ran and hugged the mother who had left her for a few days.
"I miss my mother very much. When's mom coming back?" zara asked with tears starting to drip.
"Mother misses you too. I came back around 7" replied Tamara.
Zara let go of her embrace, once again the girl revealed a happy smile. The return of the mother was the thing he had been waiting for the most since a few days ago and finally the woman was in front of his eyes. What a happy day for the girl.
"Then let's cook together" Zara asked her mother.
"All right," Tamara agreed.
Both of them began to take some kitchen ingredients in the refrigerator and then execute it. A few moments later all the condiments were ready, Zara decided to raise her hand.
"Today I'm craving mother's cooking" said the girl with the pot.
Hearing this made Tamara smile. Eventually, the woman took over the kitchen. An hour or so they struggled in the kitchen with Zara sitting watching from the dining table. The food was finally finished and served.
Ran got down from the second floor towards the kitchen in a casual dress, today is Saturday so Ran did not go to the office. The man approached the dining table.
Before sitting down Tamara greeted the man. "Ran, don't you work, son?"
"No aunt, it's the weekend." An Ran replied, the man then pulled out a chair and sat down at the dining table.
Shortly thereafter, Zara joined in. The girl seemed to be flipping the plate for Ran. Continued by taking a spoonful of rice and side dishes to put on Ran's plate.
"Sister, eat." said the girl with a smile.
Ran was amazed to see the attitude of Zara who looked like a wife. For that Ran threw a sweet smile at the girl. "Thank you." His words immediately turned to look at Zara with love. Zara blushed in embarrassment.
...
After finishing breakfast, Zara switched to washing dishes while Tamara had passed leaving the kitchen to the room. While finishing his last mouthful, Ran looked at the little girl who was washing the dishes. The man could not stop thinking if last night he had done something silly that eventually made them lovers. Ran smiled thinly then got up from his seat then walked over to the girl.
"Hey." Sapa Ran when he was standing next to Zara.
"Eh sister." the girl turned her head.
Ran began with a faint smile on his lips, "About last night. I'm sorry, but you should know that my feelings for you are true."
Zara just nodded because she couldn't talk about her feelings. Actually, the girl also likes Ran and does not know if things will become like this. Ran understood and decided to shift the topic.
"Alright, after this let's go get Aunt back to port." he asked spontaneously.
"What's to the port?" Zara asked with her hands working on washing one dish at a sink.
"Come, Auntie didn't tell me." An Ran replied clumsyly, there is something he is hiding.
"Hmm, like that."
Zara became sullen, again her spirit was lost because she had just felt happy and excited because her mother had returned. But that happiness won't last long. The girl thought that if her mother left, she would go back together with Ran. Remembering Ran's actions to him last night made Zara immediately creeped.
'Back alone with her, my goodness.' her inner.
...
"Mom, is it true that you're going to port today?" Zara asked as she visited Tamara's room.
Tamara looked over, "Yes dear. I'm sorry if you can't always be by your side. But don't worry there's an Ran."
"But why do you have to go there, where are you going?" Zara demanded an explanation.
"But ma'am." Zara looks snatched.
"That's Zara, don't be like that!" suddenly Ran appeared and tried to interrupt the girl's words.
"It's been.. It's been.. Y'all ready. We'll be leaving soon." Tamara also ended.
Zara moves to the room followed by Ran from behind. When it reached the front of the room the girl turned around while throwing a strange look. "Sir, Aunt Yumna's house is going to cross the island, are we going to take you to the harbor?" Ask Zara.
"Well, we'll just take him to the harbor." Answered Ran.
"Then why would you go home if you wanted to go again?" Ask Zara later.
"Maybe aunt misses you, but she can't stay here long." Answered Ran accordingly.
Zara's curiosity hasn't disappeared. Why is his mother only for a little while and will leave again. He couldn't accept the answer just because he missed himself.
"Did you lie?" Zara stared with a probing look.
"A, Zara. No. gabe.. No. gabe.. I'm not lying." Answered Ran nervously.
"I can't believe it. If you don't tell me the truth, we'll break up." Zara threatened.
"Hey Zara." Ran grabbed the girl's hand quickly. "Don't be like that. Okay fine I'll tell you the reason why aunt did that. But later, after we get home."
"True yeah, don't lie to me anymore!" Zara.
"Well, I'll keep my promise!" Said Ran confidently.
They had reached the harbor about fifteen minutes ago, and now it was time for the ship that Tamara would be riding on to set sail. Zara looked at her mother's face with sadness. Again he had to let his favorite woman go and did not know when to return.
Zara began to grow mad, her heart felt like it had lost a piece of gold that was so precious. The girl hugged her mother with tears that began to pour out. About five minutes the mother and child hugged. Soon they finally released their body link after an announcement from the ship that will sail soon
"If mom's business is done, I promise I'll come back to see you, baby." Tamara said then headed for the ship.
"Mother.." Zara said softly as she shed her tears.
Tamara's feelings were so sad, she couldn't bear to see her daughter cry. The woman felt she had to leave immediately. Tamara looked at me. He remembers never telling Zara why she left. Zara only knew she was helping Aunt Yumna in the village. Because Tamara did not want to make the girl feel sad and burdened.
The ship has sailed off the land. Zara did not stop looking at the ship that kept away with tears that continued to flow. Ran approached while holding the girl's shoulder.
"Zara, let's go home!" Pinta Ran's.
Zara regained her senses and wiped her tears. But because he could not stand it anymore he hurriedly grabbed Ran's hand and quickly pulled him into the car. As they entered the taft, Zara invited the man to sit in the back seat.
"Hey, why are you here?" Ran asked who was immediately surprised.
Zara did not answer. When they had sat perfectly the girl just buried her body in Ran. The man was surprised but finally understood that Zara was sad and wanted to be embraced. The only person who could hug the girl right now was Ran.
Ran then tightened his embrace to make Zara feel calmer. But instead of calm, Zara even more sobbing.
"Calm Zara. L'm.. I'll take care of you." Ran said a little stifled.
The man stroked slowly Zara's hair while giving her warmth with affection. Slowly the crying of the girl subsided but not with her embrace.
"Are you better?" Ran ensures.
Zara nodded. "Let me hold you for a long time. Need you! Stay by my side!" Zara said with a trembling voice.
