Munding - Legend of the Wolf Fighter

Munding - Legend of the Wolf Fighter
Chapter 50 - The Devil

An Isuzu Panther Grand Touring car in army green drove on a rather deserted highway. The car uses a green military license plate. Anyone knows that it's an Army officer's car.

There were only three people sitting in the car. A driver dressed in full field service. Ambar sat to the left of the driver and Munding sat alone in the back seat. A small backpack is seen placed next to Munding.

Ambar occasionally glanced towards the middle rearview and noticed Munding's movements. Munding looks to enjoy the scenery along their journey. His eyes did not stop moving from one object to another. Smiles also sometimes run high on the boy's lips as he finds objects that might interest him.

Ambar still has a hard time believing that the boy sitting behind him is a brutal monster who can easily become a vicious killing machine in a matter of seconds. He remembered Serda Bambang's story earlier when Ambar intended to scold him.

“I give you half an hour to clean up your stuff. Later someone will pick you up here and take you to the office,” said Ambar ended his visit to the isolation cell occupied by Munding.

All the way back to this military prison office room, Ambar held back the resentment in his heart. Against Bambang's attitude, Munding's attitude and everything. How much he wanted at this moment also he rebuked Bambang who was walking next to him.

Ambar and Bambang enter the military prison office. Bambang immediately cleaned the seat that was behind the table and should have been his seat for Ambar. He himself walked towards the closet next to the room and looked for something there.

“As a soldier, you should not behave like that towards a prisoner. Even if he is an elite fighter,” hardik Ambar once his body touches the comfortable seat that is behind the table.

“Your behavior really shames the unity,” continued Ambar with a cooler tone, “I will report everything to my boss.”

Bambang quickly approached Ambar by bringing a folder that is still closed, “maaf Bu, before you do that, please first look at this document, please,” said Bambang while giving the folder he held towards Ambar.

Ambar received the document while still putting up a sneering and dismissive face. Bambang just fell silent while standing in his place.

Ambar then opened the documents he had in his hand. The folder contains a collection of photographs. And when Ambar saw the photo, something felt like coming out of his stomach and pressing up his throat.

Ambar quickly ran to the toilet at the back of the office and vomited there. A few minutes later, Ambar returned to the office after wiping his lips and sweat with a tissue.

“3 months ago, I was assigned to be the supervisor of Munding. I only received the summary biodata like you got from the command center. And I think the same with Ambar. What can a 15-year-old do?” Bambang.

“My first task is to carry out the transfer of Munding from ordinary prison to a military facility. Before here, Munding is indeed entrusted to the general LP. Supposedly, based on Munding's age, he should be placed in a juvenile prison. But the Command Center thinks it is the same as throwing a wolf into a chicken coop,” Bambang said with a smile.

“Because of that, Munding was finally entrusted to the LP for the public. Bu Ambar can imagine the fate of a 15-year-old boy surrounded by years of relapsed recidivists in prison?” ask Bambang.

Bambang laughed at Ambar's reaction.

“I know what Miss Ambar imagined. But that's if what's put into a public LP is an ordinary boy. Miss Ambar didn't forget that Munding was a fighting wolf?” Bambang sighed and continued again, “please see the photos in the folder I gave you earlier. Photos to 8 and beyond.”

Ambar reopened the folder and tried to hold back the nausea that kept trying to get out of his stomach. When he got to the photo that Bambang meant, Ambar saw a photo that showed a place that looks like a public bath with many faucets and rooms used for bathing.

A man is seen sitting while leaning his back against the wall. His head looked up with his eyes closed. His hands lay weakly beside his body and his feet slid forward.

The entire body of the man was covered in blood. And the most terrifying thing was that there was an elongated scar on his chest that ran from the upper right to the lower left. In the abdomen there is also a stab scar that also looks scary. In addition to the two easily recognizable wounds, there are many scars from the rubbing of something all over his body.

Ambar suddenly felt his stomach rebelling again as he looked around the man, bodies drenched in blood all around him. Some of them had severe injuries to their heads, strange positions of hands and feet and blood all over the place.

Ambar with all his might held the turmoil from inside his stomach. He immediately returned the folder to Bambang and ran back to the toilet behind the prison office. A few minutes later Ambar returned with a pale face.

“Who was the man with the body full of wounds earlier? He's the one who causes everyone around him like that?” asked Ambar with a trembling voice.

“The man was Munding and he was indeed the one who caused everyone around him like earlier,” Bambang replied with a smile.

A look of shock and disbelief was seen on Ambar's face. That snot kid he met in solitary confinement earlier could do something like that? The snot boy who keeps his cell always neat and looks like a devout child practicing religion?

“Bu Ambar may not believe it, but the photo you saw earlier, I took the picture. Because the prison officers absolutely no one dared to approach him after the incident and they did not even dare to help the victim. Until I come,” continued Bambang.

“Why?” ask Ambar.

“On the second day Munding went to the toilet. One of the gang leaders in the garage was immediately interested in ‘enjoying’ Munding. He and 17 members of his gang managed to trap Munding in a public bathroom in a toilet. Miss Ambar can see the rest in the photo. Of the 17 people who gang-raped him, 2 people entered the ICU because it was critical, 5 people were permanently disabled, 6 people had minor injuries,” Bambang replied.

Ambar was seen counting for a while, before long, he asked, “which is the remaining 4?"

“They are the most unfortunate,” replied Bambang, “fourth-fourth now at RS Jiwa. They were diagnosed with mental breakdown due to the trauma they received. When asked by Lapas and RS, they only scream ‘Iblis’, they are always afraid if alone and do not want to be in a dark place.”

Ambar was at a loss for words for a moment. He could not imagine what kind of trauma the relapsing recidivists would savagely commit crimes without a second thought. And that trauma can make them experience mental disorders.
