"Munding," called Umar with a strange look.
Munding understood Umar's intentions. The old man had his hands itching to duel with him. An Initiation-stage Wolf Fighter always seemed to have trouble finding comparable opponents, and today Munding came as per information from Amel a few weeks ago.
Amel, Asma, and Nurul go shopping to the mall. Rarely did they make their way to the big city that they are today. They certainly don't want to miss this opportunity.
Munding did not come and was left at home. For Munding, there was nothing more torturous than accompanying the women shopping.
Currently, there are 3 people besides the two of them, Broto, Laras, and a girl named Afza Ramadhani in this place. Munding felt the same aura as himself and Umar from the girl named Afza. He was an Initiation-stage Wolf Fighter as well as himself.
Broto looks enthusiastic, he's got another mission this time. When his daughter said that Munding wanted to visit Semarang, he immediately contacted Afza to come here.
Afza was the best soldier of the Army. He was the youngest fighter to reach the Initiation stage of many elite soldiers educated by the Army. At the age of just 24, he has already managed to do so.
Female warrior genius from Makassar, Sulawesi and one of the candidates who will be recommended by Broto to enter the joint team that will be assigned to hunt Chaos.
The long-haired and tied beautiful girl also looked very interested in Munding. From the beginning, he was very curious about the civilians that Broto always praised. Therefore, he was very excited when Broto told him that Munding had come to visit and that he could meet the man.
"Old Man, you know I'm retired. For many years I was just a farmer who grew rice in the rice fields with his beautiful wife" said Munding, but his words did not match Munding's eye gaze which was also very itchy after a long time did not feel adrenaline flowing in his body.
Afza was surprised to hear the way Munding spoke to Umar. Umar is a legend in the Army, after he entered retirement age, Umar chose to stay by Broto's side but he still occasionally educated fighters from the military.
Almost all the Army fighters knew the legend, and they all had great respect for Umar. Afza was a little furious with Munding's attitude as if he had no respect at all for Umar.
"Afza, don't look at Munding like that. A few years ago, when Munding was still in High School, he drew with Umar, so I admired him a lot. How far were you when you were in High School?" broto said with a smile.
Afza.
The five of them then walked to the field on the side of Broto's house adjacent to the Swimming Pool. Umar and Munding occasionally chatted but the five of them knew that as the footsteps of the two of them, the momentum of the two of them grew more and more pronounced.
Momentum that feels like when an archer slowly pulls his bowstring backwards, which in time will be released and make the arrow nest into its target.
Laras, as a private student of Umar's upbringing, was certainly very enthusiastic about this duel. He wanted to see what a Wolf Fighter fight was like in the Initiation stage.
Suddenly.
Wussss.
Munding and Umar both disappeared. They both seemed to have made a pact to enter combat mode at the same time.
Of the three remaining people, only Afza could clearly capture the movements of the two people. Broto and Laras only saw two shadows clashing against each other several times at incredible speed.
Buakkk.
Munding was thrown backwards. A little blood came out of his lips. His chest felt tight due to hit Umar.
Umar is still in a position to take a straight hit. Both of them were out of combat mode and both took a breath.
"Hmmmmm. It's true you said. You're just a farmer now. You are not as strong as you used to be" Umar said with a mocking smile.

"Father, when I live in peace and become an ordinary farmer, will the strength of my Wolf Bear disappear by itself?" tanya Munding to Pak Yai, teacher, mentor, adoptive father, as well as his Father-in-law who has been considered as Mr. Kandung himself.
Pak Yai laughed.
"Do you think so? If that's the case, have you ever seen me train physically, practice my technique or any practice all this time? And do you think I'm weaker now than I was in my youth? When I was holding the title 'Izrail' on the battlefield?" Mr. Yai asked Munding back.
Munding fell silent and digested Mr. Yai's words. And he realized that his mind path was wrong.
"When a man becomes a Wolf Fighter, psychically he is like a caterpillar that has become a butterfly. Ever seen a butterfly turn back into a caterpillar?" said Mr. Yai.
"Especially at the initiation stage like us. To reach the next stage, the physical is no longer meaningful. Manifestation is more toward the psychic condition than the physical. One needs a moment of enlightenment or accumulation of understanding of his identity to reach there. It has nothing to do with the physical condition he has" continued Mr. Yai.

Munding smile.
"I am a farmer, but I am also a Wolf Fighter" Munding said softly as he looked towards Umar.
"When we become Wolf Fighters forever we will remain Wolf Fighters. That's what my teacher taught me" Munding continued.
The intent radiating from Munding's body strengthened along with the rise of the fighting spirit he had.
Umar smiled, "This is what I love about you, the militant fighters, never discouraged and never gave up."
Munding took his favorite horses and Umar was the same, they both smiled and a moment later the figure of the two of them disappeared again.
The second round begins.

"Mas, how could such injuries be? Must be fighting again huh?" sulk Nurul after shopping with his adopted brothers while watching carefully some bruises on Munding's face.
Umar coughed in place while glancing towards the two of them. The wounds on his face and body were more severe than Munding but no one noticed him like Nurul was watching Munding. Back then, he was a little envious of the man he had always considered a boy.
"Pakdhe why? Is it the same as Munding? Humphs. Salah himself, every time he met, only a duel that was in the head of Pakdhe," said Amel.
Afza smiled wryly. What she saw today made the girl change the image she had in her head about Umar, a living legend for Army-educated fighters like her.
Afza also occasionally glanced at Munding, the man who now looks like a boy who was being cheered on by his mother after being caught fighting at his school.
A scene that was in stark contrast to the one he witnessed just a few hours ago, when Munding dueled with Umar. Back then, Munding was a true fighter, fighting with an unyielding and valiant spirit.
Munding was very different from his fellow fighters from the military. They are elite fighters who always keep their wi-bawawa and behave like an elite soldier.
Not like Munding who now lowered his head while listening to the babble of the veiled girl next to him while nodding his head many times like a boy who got scorned and regretted his misdeeds.
