Munding - Legend of the Wolf Fighter

Munding - Legend of the Wolf Fighter
Chapter 46 - Home

Two hours later Munding who was limping and with blood that filled his whole body up to the bridge connecting the village. And there Munding saw two well-built men who stood holding cigarettes in his hands.

Looking at Munding who was walking slowly approaching towards them, the two soldiers did not react at all. They were still engrossed in enjoying his cigarette and looking towards Munding who was covered in wounds.

“We've been waiting for you over 4 hours here. What took you so long?” said one of the soldiers.

Munding simply fell silent while staring at them. Munding had actually resigned, he no longer had enough energy to fight with anyone.

Especially against the two trained soldiers in front of him. Not to think of them equipped with firearms. Just one final result.

Munding died without a fight.

Seeing that Munding did not give any reaction to his question, the soldier who asked earlier then threw the cigarette he held towards his feet and used his feet to stomp and turn off the embers from the cigarette butts.

“Karto?” ask the soldier again.

Munding just waved the envelope in his hand and the soldier understood his point.

“We are not here to arrest you or stop you. Please pass,” said the Soldier who from earlier asked Munding.

“We can confirm that this case will not be handled by the police but will be handled by the military. But we cannot promise anything for the actions our superiors will take. Get ready!” said the other soldier who had just been silent.

The two soldiers then walked past Munding towards the direction of Sukorejo village. Sometimes they joke and laugh.

Munding fell silent in place and took a deep breath. He's resigned to his fate, but maybe fate says something else. Munding knew from the beginning of his instinct that the two soldiers had not given any animosity to him.

Munding then walked back across the bridge. The Sumber Rejo village. Go home to his house.

But when he reached the end of the bridge, Munding's footsteps suddenly stopped. He looked back at the village of Sukorejo, his birthplace.

Munding smiled, because now there was nothing that made him attached to this village. And Munding doesn't know when he's gonna cross this bridge again.

A red tinge began to be seen in the eastern horizon. Munding knew that dawn was about to break. There's only one on his mind right now, who was the morning prayer at the prayer hall this morning?

Munding looked at the predominantly white room around him. He knows where this is, Sukolilo Regional General Hospital, or people often call it RSUD Sukolilo. Munding's entire body was wrapped in bandages. The itching and pain also filled all parts of his body. Especially in the abdomen, chest and back.

Nurul fell asleep while sitting next to Munding's bed. After looking around for a while, Munding did not find Pak Yai and Bu Nyai in this room. Munding's hands stroked Nurul's head that was covered in a headscarf slowly.

Nurul awakens when he senses someone holding his head, “Mas? Mas Munding is conscious?”

“Kan Nurul has seen for himself that Mas has realized, why still use it anyway?” munding replied with a smile.

“Same father Which mother?” Munding.

“They are taking care of the administration of RS briefly down,” replied Nurul, “Nurul grabin drink huh?” nurul said as he stood up and took the mineral water on the table.

“Mas how many days unconscious?” ask Munding.

“This is the third day, said the doctor anyway other than the external wound due to sharp weapons, no problem anything. The doctor just said it was tired. It took more time to rest,” Nurul replied after receiving back a bottle of mineral water from Munding's hands.

Nurul then suddenly stood up and kissed Munding's lips. They kissed affectionately then after a few minutes Nurul released his kiss with a reddened face.

“Mas it has made Nurul very worried. There are many wounds on the body. What the hell is that gonna do? The swords? Fortunately not pa-pa,” cerocos Nurul who greeted Munding with a smile.

Loud, melodious and soothing.

“Mas ndengerin no hell?” nurul asked with a slightly irritated face, perhaps realizing that his chatter was not heard by Munding.

“Ndengerin. Where the orange was, you seemed to peel the orange earlier,” replied Munding diverted the conversation.

And Munding also spent the next few days treated at RSUD Sukolilo accompanied by Nurul, Pak Yai and Bu Nyai.

Half a month later.

Munding has been allowed to return home and continue outpatient care for his scars. The actual scar does not require intensive care anymore. Munding also knew that the wound on his body was only the final stage for the replacement of the new skin cells.

Arriving at home, Munding and Pak Yai's family had lunch in their living room. Although there was a television in this room, but Munding had never seen Pak Yai's family turn it on. There are also no sofas or other expensive furniture. There was only a thick carpet on the floor.

So if they eat together of course all the cooking and rice will be put on the floor. After two weeks of lying down and hospitalized. Munding began to miss the atmosphere of family-style dining Pak Yai.

As usual Munding and Pak Yai sat down while waiting for Bu Nyai and Nurul to prepare their food. Usually Munding helped lift things that were a bit heavy, but because he had just come out of the hospital, Munding was only told to sit next to Mr. Yai.

They prayed together and took the food in front of them. Usually during this time, Bu Nyai will take Pak Yai, Munding and Nurul will take their own food.

But this time, Nurul confidently took food for Munding and served Munding. Munding, who was first served by Nurul in front of Pak Yai and Bu Nyai, of course, was embarrassed and lowered his head.

Nurul himself did not feel at all guilty about what he was doing.

“Munding.” call Mr. Yai slowly.

“Ya Pak Yai?” answer Munding.

“You're the same Nurul married. Tomorrow I will find Penghulu,” said Pak Yai short.

Munding who heard Pak Yai's words was shocked. He loves Nurul, but they are still children. Munding Class 1 High School, Nurul is still class 3 Junior High School.

Be married? Munding cannot be ignored.

Seeing the look on Munding's face that seemed to be in disbelief, Mr. Yai frowned, “why?”

“Munding is still a child Mr. Yai, let alone Dek Nurul,” replied Munding.

“You two are already in puberty,” cut Pak Yai.

“But according to the law, the minimum marriage age for women is 18 years Mr. Yai,” Munding is still protesting.

“You are now married according to religion first. Later if your age has met the Law, then register in KUA. I don't want you guys to get straight. Want to be flogged 100x kept in exile a year?” snapped Pak Yai.

“Iya, Mr. Yai.” replied Munding while nodding his head, resigned.

Nurul who heard the conversation Father and his lover finally cried happily after hearing Munding's last words. He then hugged his mother.

“But, try not to get Nurul pregnant first. If you can later if you have graduated from SMA or wait to register at KUA,” continued Pak Yai.

And finally after that the four of them continued their lunch inside the living room of Mr. Yai's house in joy.
