“Ughhhhhhh,” Nurul holding her stomach that hurt so much.
Nyai Ma'am patiently stroked her son's head and calmed him down. This is indeed nearing the time for the times predicted by doctors for the birth of Nurul's baby. Cynthia and Amel accompanied the two of them, while Pak Yai was nostalgic with his foster siblings.
“Bu Cynthia, as we once told patients. The physical condition does not allow for normal childbirth, so surgical operations must be performed for the birth process. So we have to prepare the facilities first,” replied a senior Doctor when asked by Cynthia why Nurul was not treated immediately.
“Sabar ya Dek,” whispered Amel while soothing Nurul who was lying on his bed.
Not ten minutes later, the doctor told me that the operating facility was ready. Nurul was actually scheduled for surgery in two days, but somehow she felt the symptoms of the opening earlier. Therefore, the hospital was a little busy to prepare the operation facilities impromptu.
“Mbak Amel wait for Mas Munding here. Let Mommy be with Ms. Cynthia who nemenin Nurul,” said Nurul with face to face pain in the abdomen.
“But..”.
“Nggak pa-pa Ma'am, soon Ma'am Amel will have a nephew,” replied Nurul while forcing himself to smile.
Amel was silent in his place while seeing Nurul brought to the operating room accompanied by Cynthia and Bu Nyai.
“Munding, wakeup!! Your son is soon born! You don't want to say adzan in his ear?” amel whispered softly in Munding's ear.
And just like hundreds or even thousands of times the same effort before, there was not the slightest reaction from Munding. Amel shed tears without realizing it. Only now Amel realized that love can be so demanding and shackling.
In the operating room.
A group of medical teams were busy preparing their tools. Cynthia watched from outside the operating room that was limited by glass, while Ms Nyai was in the operating room while wearing sterile clothes because she did not want her child alone at this time.
The doctors rejected her, but Cynthia asked them to make an exception.
After everyone was done with the preparations. The surgeon who is the leader of the operation this time looked at Cynthia and asked permission to start the operation. Cynthia nodded her head and the Doctor moved closer to Nurul.
“Sorry Mom, to make it more convenient for Mom, we will do a total anesthetic. When you wake up the operation is done,” said the Doctor to Nurul.
Bu Nyai looked anxiously at his daughter.
Nurul smiled at her mother to calm her down then she nodded her head at the Doctor who had just spoken to her. The doctor then gave a signal to one of the nurses who then came by carrying an injection to the side of the operating table.
The only thing Nurul saw after he felt an injection in his arm was the worried look of his mother who was wearing a mask and standing not far from him.

Nurul opened his eyes and felt something strange with his body. He feels so light. His surroundings were dark, but as he remembered, he was still in the operating room and preparing for the birth of his son.
And suddenly Nurul saw it.
A group of doctors frantically deliver a heart shock to the body of a woman lying on an operating table. And that body is Nurul's own body.
Nurul also saw Mother crying roaring and held by the Father. While Ms. Amel was sitting limp on the floor with tears streaming down her cheeks. He looked shocked and could not believe the reality in front of him.
Nurul crying.
Crying without a sound.
Nurul realized what had just happened.
I don't know what the reason is and how, but he died during the surgery.
Nurul was sad, but he couldn't do anything. Nurul then approached his loved ones one by one and kissed them. Even if he can't touch them, but he wants to say his goodbye. Because Nurul knows that this is the real farewell.
Nurul was still crying as she walked out of the operating room, many people she knew were there. The day that was supposed to be a happy day due to the birth of her child, now turned full of tears because of her death.
That was when Nurul saw her, a baby who was in the middle of the glass room alone. A shining baby and still closing his eyes. He seemed to be sound asleep and without sin.
Without Nurul noticing, she was already beside the tiny baby. His heart and Munding. Nurul held her cheek and smiled happily. He was willing to do anything as long as he could feel a day longer with his tiny baby.
Nurul shed tears when he kissed her but Nurul knew she had to go.
Nurul then stepped towards the last place he had aimed. The place where her husband had been lying unconscious. Nurul wanted to say his farewell to his beloved.
When Nurul got near her husband who was still lying weak. Suddenly her husband's body shook violently. It was as if someone who was having a nightmare and wanted to wake up soon but could not.
Nurul smiled sadly, she stroked her husband's head and kissed him on the forehead, as Nurul wanted to say her last farewell, suddenly her surroundings changed.
Nurul was in a very dark place.
Nurul can't feel anything and can't see anything. But she had a strong feeling that her husband was stuck here.
Nurul drifted towards where his instincts were carrying.
Nurul did not know how long he had been in this place because time did not feel at all. But he knew that he had drifted far, far away. He doesn't even remember how far and where he came from.
But Nurul doesn't care.
He just wants to meet his girlfriend. Wherever he is.
Nurul doesn't care if he can't come back. He chose to get lost both in this dark world as long as he was with Munding.
And finally, after a very long journey and somehow long, Nurul saw it. The black figure was formless and looked like a clumped black cloud and was unusually large in size.
But Nurul knew wholeheartedly that it was her husband.
Without fear, Nurul approached towards the thick glob of darkness and seemed to be beating like a heart.
“Mas Munding..” call her slowly.
