Sabotage

That morning, Arya sat quietly on a long sofa located in front of Ryan's desk with a slightly grim face. His right leg was seen moving irregularly, as if reflecting the turmoil of his heart which was a lot of burden. At a glance, he glanced at the watch in his hand which showed it at eight.

"Why hasn't Ryan arrived yet?" he murmured in the heart.

His courage is not without reason. There are things that morning Arya must also say, because there is something that needs to be decided immediately.

"Are you waiting for me?" suddenly, Ryan's voice came from the door, then immediately approached Arya and sat beside her.

"The next targets are Nina and also Lena" Arya said with a very serious face.

There was no exaggerated expression from Ryan's face hearing the information Arya gave it. Of course because Ryan had expected it in the first place, even long before Digo was killed with an alibi of sudden cardiac arrest due to a food allergy.

"Are your men the ones you asked to look after them really reliable?" ryan asked while looking at Arya intently.

"Over time their work has been satisfactory" replied Arya mantab.

"Are you sure you're giving it all up just for them this time?" ask Ryan later.

Arya did not answer. Actually in his heart was a little doubt if his men were able to finish all without his presence, because he himself did not know in detail the things that would be done by Charles' side to thwart Nina's testimony.

"When is Charles' trial?" ryan asked calmly, as if understanding all the things that were now raging in Aryan's heart.

"Tomorrow morning. Their target, Nina did not come at the trial and did not testify," Arya replied still with a very serious expression.

"alright. This time you have to clean it up. Tomorrow night, I want Nina to be at my house, no matter what," Ryan ordered as he moved away from his seat and switched to sitting at his desk.

Next day

Since last night, Nina's body felt trembling at the thought of her life path filled with black shadows. His dark story continues to merge in silence, leaving a story that is so painful to remember.

Actually that morning Nina was very scared. He keeps remembering the fate of Digo who had to die before serving his sentence. Nina really knew that Charles' network would not give up so easily to free her from behind bars. And the only witness who would incriminate him was Nina. If a Digo alone could easily be crushed, let alone a Nina who was a nobody.

"Is it my turn now?" he murmured in the heart.

"Come on Nina, we don't have time anymore," suddenly Lena's voice broke Nina's daydream. Lena pulled her hand away, grabbed her car keys and immediately drove her car through the streets of the capital that were already full of vehicles trapped by traffic jams.

"We have to get to the trial site immediately if we don't want to die in vain" Lena said, looking at the rearview mirror of her car many times. Apparently Lena was well aware that behind them were already a few cars following her.

Hearing Lena's words, instantly the black fog smirked in Nina's mind. Fear now enveloped his entire heart without leaving even the slightest gap. Now he continues to squeeze his hand, praying that a miracle will come and save them.

"Nina, handle!" exclaim Lena loudly. He continued to step on his gas pedal until the car drove fast. His car swerved to the right and to the left to precede the vehicle in front of him.

"Yeah!" suddenly Nina screamed as their car shook violently. A car accidentally hit them from behind, while two other cars squeezed them on the right and left sides, when the road was starting to go quiet.

Now, two other cars also hit Lena's car from the right and left at once, until Lena began to get frustrated. The only thing he could do was balance the steering wheel so that the car would not run.

However, Lena always brought her car, still less clever when compared to the three cars that followed her. Lena finally gave up, shortly after one car on her left slipped and pitched her car in front of Lena's car.

It was as if the world had ended, when dozens of burly men in formal clothes got out of their cars and asked Nina and Lena to get out of her car then pulled them into a foreign car that was going to take them somewhere.

The trial of Charles David has begun. After the agenda listens to the indictment and there is no exception, the next agenda is to listen to the testimony of the accused and also the witnesses.

Charles was quite satisfied with the performance of Johan and his men, when Nina who was scheduled to testify as the main witness at the trial did not arrive. He breathed a sigh of relief, for so good news regarding his case would soon be obtained.

Time and again the Chief Justice invited the Public Prosecutor (JPU) to present a key witness from his side, but the JPU repeatedly also allowed witnesses from the mitigating parties to testify first.

Until the last witness from Charles's side finished giving testimony, Nina was not present so for the last time the Chief Justice asked the JPU's readiness to present his witness.

There are disappointed and regrettable grievances that cannot be hidden, but inevitably the JPU must ask for a postponed trial to bring Nina to the next hearing.

But before the JPU could say it, suddenly from the door Nina and Lena entered, which made all eyes fixed on them.

Nina walked with a spell without feeling uncomfortable with the murderous gaze of Charles and his men who were in the room. After a long sigh, he sat before the judge and was ready to testify, after taking the oath which the clergy guided in the trial.

"How is that possible?" charles Mumbles. In fact, Johan had met him before the trial began and signaled that everything had gone according to plan.

"Did something happen?" charles in his heart.

Now his face has changed. The shadow living in iron bars immediately danced in his mind. He began to think hard, looking for other ways to get out of the legal sanctions that would definitely ensnare him.

"There must be something wrong," his mind again, clenching his hand held in anger.

No one knew about what had happened to Nina and Lena after they got in that foreign car, except for the two of them.
