Everyone in the house called him Zura. Initially, she was born, grew and developed like any other normal babies.
But after Azzura was 4 years old, his body looked often limp and his face pale. Several times he was admitted to the Hospital and after a last blood check, Azzura was sentenced to suffer from Major Thalassemia.
The entire Dewangga family was shocked to hear the doctor's verdict. They began to imagine the second child of the Dewangga family had to have a blood transfusion every two weeks, in his lifetime.
It's been imagined how many syringes will stick in the small body. It has been imagined also the times when God will call him at any time, given the verdict of the doctor was handed down to the disease Thalassemia Major, a disease that until now could not be cured permanently.
Small time, Azzura skin is pure white, very beautiful like a Korean child artist. But with the disease he suffered, over time his skin turned black due to the buildup of iron in his body.
Not to mention when after the transfusion, at least for 1 week his body will be swollen, because there is a process of adjustment with the incoming blood. This is what makes the Dewangga family decide Azzura home schooling only, to be more flexible and safe for Azzura. Therefore, Azzura never met anyone else except the house and the doctors and nurses he met every two weeks at the Hospital.
Azzura is now 18 years old. She should have grown into the beautiful girl of all men. But because his body lacks red blood cells, he often feels restless, lost appetite, his whole body also looks pale because of low hemoglobin.
He often feels lethargic, often short of breath especially if his hemoglobin decreases. His body was not growing properly either. His body was very thin, small, while his stomach was bloated due to swelling of his heart and spleen. His face changed greatly as well. His face, cheeks and jaw became abnormal.
And now, in his body there has been a collection of iron in important organs such as the liver, heart, and endocrine glands that eventually cause damage to the function of these organs.
Azzura himself has looked very resigned, there is not even the spirit to be able to live longer. His joy is long gone. Hence when Rani can make him smile at their first meeting, both Ryan and his mother seem to find new energy for Azzura.

"Mas Ryan, why didn't Azzura just transplant spinal cord? That would make her life expectancy even greater" Rani asked as they drove home from Ryan's parents' home.
"We've been working on it, but our spinal cord doesn't match. Find donors from outside the family we have also been trying for a long time, even we dare to replace with a price that is not small. But until now we have not found," replied Ryan sadly.
"Sorry Rani doesn't know. Mas Ryan is patient, Mas," continued Rani.
Ryan just smiled as he stroked the top of his wife's head, as if to say a word of thanks. He feels very lucky to have a wife as perfect as Rani. She is now the perfect sister for her sister.

The day Azzura awaited arrived. Ryan and Rani pick up Azzura in their car, while Papa Prabu and Mama Titania follow them in another car.
They're headed for a building with the thalassemia center. There is a large picture of Rani with the doctors who brought the thalassemia community to life.
When entering the building, there are some spaces that are deliberately set in door and semi out door. The in door space is for parents who want to consult a doctor either independently or in groups according to the schedule, while the semi-out door room reads "picnic area", for thalassemia patients who join the community. Events arranged for them were diverse, usually held every two weeks, intermittent with their schedule must be transfused.
When Rani arrived, it happened that the children with thalassemia were doing activities there, so Azzura could immediately join in and see with his own eyes and head, that outside of him, that he was, many people were struggling to stay alive, just like Azzura. There are children with various ages, separated by age so that they can enjoy the event packaged according to their respective ages.
Azzura was seen enjoying a picnic version of the thalassemia center, seeing many children who have the same fate as him. He can also smile cheerfully and seems to have the spirit to live longer.
"Zura can come here often, sister?" azzura asked Rani.
"Of course I can. Brother will give you the schedule, will you?" rani answered, stroking the top of her sister-in-law's head.
Azzura hugged Rani tightly and excitedly.
The Papa and Mama who saw the scene to the point of tears, grateful a Rani was present in the midst of the House of Dewangga like an angel. Not only for Azzura, but also for Ryan who had no color in his life, turned into a man who lived a colorful life with the woman he loved.

From the Thalassemia Center, Azzura comes home with her mom and dad while Ryan takes Rani to the hospital to check the condition of her hands.
"How, doc?" ryan asked after the doctor finished examining Rani's hand.
"Maybe because yesterday the impact was too hard, so Bu Rani still feels pain until now. Let's take a look at the next three days, for a while the splints will remain attached. In the meantime I added more for the anti-pain medicine," replied the doctor kindly.
"Good, Doc. Thank you," said Ryan, before finally pulling Rani's hand and out.
"Until the next three days, you still have to rely on me, dear," whispered Ryan with a mischievous smile.
"Ihhhh, let's go home, '" said Rani as she took off Ryan's hand that was still holding her, and half ran towards the car park, to avoid Ryan's even worse jokes.
Ryan who noticed the change in face and attitude Rani just smiled won. The more he noticed, the more adorable his wife was. Especially if you are embarrassed like that.
Come to think of it natural his little wife to put on a face as red as that. How not to be ashamed? During these three days Rani can not do her own personal activities, so all done by her husband. In fact, for five days of marriage, they have never even performed worship as a couple.
But so far, their days are getting more beautiful. Very good development on the fifth day they got married.
