First Meeting With Azzura

" Zura is also pretty," Rani replied with a sweet smile. At least Rani saw the actual Azzura facial lines still look beautiful. But like other Thalassemia sufferers, Azzura skin does look black because of iron buildup. His body was so thin that his eyes were sunken and looked somewhat enlarged.

"Zura is weird, right? Unlike the other girls," suddenly Azzura's face changed.

"Who said?" rani replied while stroking Azzura's back affectionately.

"Maybe there's nothing out there like Zura huh, sister? Even Zura never had friends because since childhood home schooling," Zura said sadly.

" Who said? There are so many sick children out there like Zura," answered Rani reassuringly.

"Sister Rani lied. Surely Big Brother said that he only wanted to nyenengin Zura aja," Azzura refuted while glazed.

Rani and Mama Titania who heard Ryan's words looked at each other. Even the Mother looked very worried. While Rani just looked at Ryan with a questionable look.

"Yes, tomorrow Kak Rani meet other friends who are sick like Zura would not? Now I want to talk to my mom first. Tomorrow is ready at 9, Brother pick up. Okay?" said Rani later, which makes the in-laws more confused.

Azzura nodded happily, then hugged Rani tightly.

"How is it?" Mama Titania immediately broke out of Azzura's room and sat in the living room.

Rani just smiled as she looked at Ryan demanding an answer.

"Rani was a pioneer of the Thalassemia community in the city of X, Ma. So it's easy for Rani to bring Zura together with a fellow thalassemia sufferer," Ryan replied as if to show the Mother that he understood all about his wife.

" Mas Ryan really knows all about me," Rani's inner heart. And I don't know why it makes Rani happy.

Rani just smiled, then told the beginning of why she finally dabbled in the Thalassemia community and was very excited to bring the community to life.

Three years ago, Rani's close friend died of Major Thalassemia in the 10th year since she was sentenced to the doctor's office.

Rani knew, this disease does not have a cure, and the average life span of patients with this disease is only between 10 to 18 years.

Initially, Rani thought that cases of thalassemia were rare. But when Rani became a member of the Council and found many cases of Thalassemia in the city of X, the soul always wanted to encourage Rani to start guerrilla in every hospital, he met the children of thalassemia while they were having blood transfusions.

After introducing himself, Rani finally along with the parents of Thalassemia sufferers agreed to hold a meeting as a place of mutual support and friendship among the Thalassemia family.

Until finally, Rani gathered volunteers from doctors in the city of X and in that year also formed a society of parents with Thalassemia.
