METAPHOR OF YOUNG LEGISLATOR LOVE
Mitsaqan Ghalidza's

"Baarakallaahu laka, wa baaraka ‘alaika, wa jama’a bainakuma fii khaiir. May Allah grant you barakah and may He bestow barakah upon you, and may He gather you both in kindness,” said one of the elders, after the marriage of Arsen and Aghata.

Yes, they finally got married after a long negotiation process conducted by Daniel and Ryan. Such tenderness and affection for his two sons was what caused Aghata to melt. Especially considering that Daniel had never felt how to have a full family, making his heart more steady to unite with Arsen for the happiness of his son.

"Thank you, Mom. Mommy has granted my request. There's nothing happier for me than to see Mommy and Daddy reunited," Daniel immediately hugged Aghata after the wedding ceremony conducted at the Dewangga family residence was completed and the guest left the event venue.

"Your happiness is Mommy's happiness, dear," said Aghata.

"And Mommy's happiness is my happiness" Ryan joined in and hugged them both.

Arsen who saw his family was now completely intact, could not stem the tears that have now been remembered like a well. Even now he looked at the faces of those he loved so much with gazes that were difficult to express in words. They looked at their faces one by one. The faces of Aghata, Daniel, Mira as well as Nina were now completely soothing to his heart and soul.

The event which was only attended by the family was solemn and ended with a warm dinner. The marriage contract was deliberately done at night so that they had enough time to prepare. Yes, after last night Aghata expressed his agreement, the next night immediately brought a penghulu. All this Ryan and Daniel decide, not just that they are afraid that Aghata will change his mind. However, they do not want to waste much time.

"Faster is better" broke up Daniel, who was immediately agreed upon by everyone.

After dinner, everyone went back to their rooms.

Aghata who had entered the room first, chose to clean himself and went into his blanket. And as soon as Arsen entered, Aghata closed his eyes.

Arsen smiled to see his newly married wife and the woman he had been waiting for decades pretending to be asleep. Even Arsen only felt amused when he saw Aghata sleeping still complete with hijab that covers his head.

Actually, it was in the heart of Arsen wanted to prank his wife by approaching her. But because Arsen felt his mouth smelled a bit from the goat bolsters he had just eaten, making his choice fall to go to the bathroom first.

Ten minutes later, Arsen was out in his sleeping pajamas. He walked up to the bed and sat next to his wife.

"Aghata," Arsen whispered right in Aghata's ear.

Aghata did not flinch. She still pretended to sleep with her husband's back.

"Alright if you keep turning your back on me. You think I have no way?" said Arsen as he stepped over Aghata and moved to the other side of the bed, until the position of Aghata right opposite him. Even now there is no distance at all between them, considering that the remaining side of the bed is not so wide for him.

Arsen bent his right arm, making it a pillow. His body was tilted towards Aghata, and his left hand he circled to his wife's waist so that he would not fall backwards.

"Mommy, don't pretend to be asleep! Daddy knew Mommy wasn't asleep yet" whispered Arsen softly. He accidentally called Aghata Mommy and called himself Daddy because they were not young anymore.

There was no answer from Aghata's mouth. Just the sound of his heavy breathing alone when hesitantly Aghata opened his eyes and shifted his body back so that Arsen had enough place to lay his body.

Now their gazes meet. With a slight quiver, Arsen held onto Aghata's cheek, then kissed her forehead gently. His gaze did not at all switch from the beautiful face that he missed so much. Yes, Aghata still looks very beautiful at his age which is arguably no longer young. Her green eyes were so rare, moving following the gaze of the man who had once filled the empty space in her heart.

"Are you ready?" suddenly the question came out of Arsen's mouth. Now his heart is pounding irregularly. In the past, they did it very often. But that night, everything really felt very tense.

"Ready for what?" Aghata pretends not to understand Arsen.

Without blinking, Arsen's gaze dived further into Aghata's green eyes. Enjoying her slightly blushing cheeks, as well as her thin lips that tease up to make Arsen not only one swallow salivanya.

"Open up?" Arsen did not answer Aghata's question. He focused instead on the hijab that covered Aghata's head.

"Open what?" Aghata still pretended not to understand.

Without waiting for approval, Arsen's hand reached for the cloth from the T-shirt that covered Aghata's head, then gently rubbed it. Slowly, Arsen opened the hijab without any rejection.

Instantly, Aghata's hair beautifully unraveled. The smell of the shampoo that pampered just evaporated pierced Arsen's sense of smell, making his manly desires increasingly turbulent to dominate him.

"You haven't changed, honey. You're still as pretty as my Aghat decades ago" Arsen said, slipping Aghata's hair behind her ear.

Arsen drew his face closer. His fingers rubbed gently on Aghata's cheeks and lips. And the pounding on his chest tightened when Arsen kissed his wife slowly.

Aghata's face only bowed, hiding both cheeks that were already blushing red. Again, Arsen brought his face closer to the point that there was no distance between them.

"Dad, wait," pinta Aghata while holding Arsen's body with her palm pushed the chest of Arsen's field that was barely spaced with it.

"Why?" Arsen frowned, as if a wish was no longer there for him.

"Mommy's not ready to do it yet, Dad. Sorry, but the memories suddenly haunt Mommy back," said Aghata lirih.

Arsen just smiled, then grabbed his wife's fingers gently. Their eyes clashed, but not a single word was spoken from the two mouths.

"Daddy knows, this must be hard for you, honey. Now Daddy asked. Did Mommy forgive Daddy?" ask Arsen gently. Aghata just nodded his head.

"Alhamdulillah. Now Daddy asks one more thing. Is Mommy really married to Daddy?" Arsen asked again.

Once again, Aghata nodded his head.

"Then, is there anything still in Mommy's heart?" cecar Arsen, without removing the tenderness.

Aghata shook his head slowly.

"Look, Mom. In Islam, marriage is not just a covenant, but a great covenant, which in the language of the Qur'an is aligned with the mitsaqan ghalidza (great covenant) between Allah and the Apostles predicated on Ulul Azmi, namely Noah, the Apostle, Abraham Moses and Isa. Even in the Qur'an, it is said that in doing this covenant God raised Mount Thursina on the head of the Children of Israel. By referring to marriage as mitsaqan ghalidza, meaning marriage is not a covenant that can be toyed with," Arsen rubbed Aghata's head gently.

"Sorry Mommy, Dad. Not that Mommy messed with our wedding. Mommy is completely willing and has given everything" said Aghata.

"Then, is Mommy ready to do it again?" Arsen raised his naughty eyebrows.

"Mommy won't do it again, Dad. We used to commit sins" Aghata pursed his lips.

"Continue?" Arsen waited for his wife to continue.

"Now Mommy just wants to do it, on the basis of the intention to perfect worship to Him," Aghata developed his smile.

Arsen nodded his head, agreeing with all of Aghata's words. A second later, they began to chatter through the burning pulse. Thousands of prayer beads are now spoken, along with the love story they carved.
