Love of the Past

Love of the Past
Extra Part - I love you

POV Word

"I love you, baby," those words just slid from my lips.

Lintang raised his face, with perfectly rounded eyes.

"You ... You remember something, Man?" tanyanya expectantly.

"I-I ..," I can't answer.

Lintang let out a long sigh, the look on his face turned sad.

"That's it. I guess I expected too much." Lintang quickly plugged my das without speaking. Then, he tidied up his makeup that had tangled.

"Yeah, we're late." I pulled out my hand that was in his grasp.

"Lin" I held her hand.

"Yes?" He turned.

"I'm serious about what I said."

Latitude smile. "I know. You always loved me."

"No! That's not it!" I shouted in my heart.

The latitude continued to lead me to the study, a room large enough, with chairs lined around a long oval table. All seats are fully filled, except for the seat at the end of the table.

Everyone stood up as soon as we entered.

"Sir Word?" Almost everyone called my name in astonishment.

"Yes, Father and Mother, this is Mr. Word. He can't remember anything yet. However, today Mr. Firman will join the meeting, who knows can help him to remember," explained Lintang.

Everyone present immediately greeted me and gave me encouragement as well as consolation.

Someone added a chair for me. Without further ado, the meeting began. A woman, who doesn't know who started the show. Then they one by one gave a report. The latitude looked at it carefully. As for me, it was not the content of the report that interested me, but Lintang.

Yes, Latitude. Nothing attracts my heart more than her. Since the first day I set foot in this house, he has been making me curious. Its fragility when looking at my condition, it turned out to be inversely proportional to its true nature. His decisive attitude in making decisions kept me in this house. Her sweet and sometimes spoiled attitude made me feel needed. Unknowingly, I admired him even more. And now, the admiration grew when he saw him leading the meeting. He could completely master the circumstances, despite some unpleasant reports. Her condition that was pregnant was old, did not make her look weak at all.

My head hurts a little, I press my temples to reduce the pain.

"Are you all right, man?" ask Lintang when the meeting is over.

"I'm good, Lin."

"Is there anything you remember?" tanyakanya.

I'm shaking. "Their faces are familiar, but I don't remember who they are."

"It's okay, don't push yourself too hard."

"But I think I can help you with work."

"You mean?"

"Look this." I took a report and opened it. "Actually, to drill offshore, we're not the best. But ...," I explained the offshore drilling procedure as well. I gave you a solution to do. The star looked at me unblinking.

"Man, you've lost your memory, but you haven't lost your ability" he murmured.

"I don't know, but it seems so."

"Oh my goodness, honey. If so, you must be cured," he exclaimed gleefully.

"If I don't remember too, how about Lin?" manyu timid.

"Make me, it doesn't matter whether you're cured or not. We can make wonderful new memories. All I want is for you to love me again, to love the Eagle, to love our future baby. Yes, that's it. But what I fear, the new you will be difficult to do. Because I'm sure you don't have any feelings for us now. Even if that love grows, it can't be like 'The old Word' loves us."

Why shouldn't it be possible, Lin? Ilove you. I'm sure it is. Although I could not say or express it clearly, I was confident in my feelings. Same with the Eagle. I love him unconditionally. If I could say it, would that treat a little of your disappointment?

I'm still down.

"I'd better check first, Eagle's gone home, not yet" he said, standing up from his chair.

I also stood up.

Suddenly I heard a hissing sound coming out from the lips of Latitude.

"Why, Lin?" much worry.

"sickness, Man. I don't know if he's doing it in the dalem, but it hurts," he grimaced.

"It's been almost nine months, huh?" I was dragging a chair for him.

"I think today is nine months old" he replied, stroking his stomach behind his blazer.

"You shouldn't be doing hard work, Lin. A common man, seven months on leave," my scolding seemed to understand what he was feeling.

He just laughed. "I see you're attentive."

"It should be" I said as I continued to look at him who looked pale.

"It's not a contraction, is it, Lin?"

"I don't know, Man. I've never known a contraction," she replied, massaging her waist.

"When did the Eagle come into being?" ask weird.

"Elang was born prematurely, it was forced because I was in a coma and drained of blood."

"What?!"

Suddenly my head felt dizzy, like something was spinning in my head. It was as if there were faint shadows coming in turns. I hit my head many times.

"Don't, Man! You why?" The latitude held my hand.

"My head hurts, Lin," I complained.

I don't know why, I want to laugh when I hear it. The pain disappeared as well. Replaced with an anxious face Lintang, right in front of me.

"Looking?" tanyakanya.

I nodded. He immediately grabbed me in his arms. I closed my eyes soaking in the warm embrace. The smell of her body made me not want to take it off.

"Don't make me anxious, man," she shrieked in my ear.

...

It's past midnight, but I still can't be shut down. There are too many things running through my head.

I breathed a lot of air, as if my lungs were empty. I remember what happened today.

The photos in the room made me think hard. There's something in it. Like a love so deeply rooted. The words of love that just came out of my mouth confirmed that I loved her. His face was always in my eyes. Even when I closed my eyes, his face still looked real. And those lips .... Like a new High School boy feeling in love, my face and ears are heating up. Such a sweet and moving kiss. If I may ask, I will ask again and again. However, I am still a normal man. I would even like to do more, should Lintang allow it.

My mind has traveled too far. I'd better find some cold water to cool my heart and my head. I also stepped outside the room. I looked at the Eagle room next to my room. I approached his bed. The boy fell asleep. His calm, sinless face warmed my heart. I kissed her forehead a long time ago. I love him so much, my miniature.

I saw a wall clock showing one o'clock over a few minutes. I fixed the blankets, and I kissed him again.

I got out of the room, intending to go to the coffee corner near the living room. Across the room, I saw the lights in the workspace still on. Maybe Bi Sri forgot to turn it off. I opened the door to the room. How surprised I was to see Lintang who was already wearing a sleeping kimono face down on the table. I directly approached him.

"Lin," I held her shoulder.

A soft snoring sound from him. I'm glad he fell asleep here. I saw the projector still on, as well as the laptop screen. Files are strewn across the table. It seems that before falling asleep, Lintang was doing something.

I'll clear all the files immediately. Kusave the documents he was working on. I turned off the projector.

"Lin ..," I tried to shake his shoulder again.

"Hem." He raised his face with his eyes still closed.

"Where can you sleep here?" ask me while getting rid of the hair that partially covers his face.

He opened his eyes.

"Honey ..," she called.

My heart pounded every time he called me that call.

"I'm anther to the room, yuk. Later your waist hurts to sleep in that kayak chair," I helped Lintang to stand up.

He stood up with a stagger. His eyes are not open. I held her hand, and I hugged her waist so she wouldn't fall.

"I'm sleepy, Man," he said.

"Yes, that's why we sleep. Why do you also know it's malem-malem." I guided him to the front door. I opened the door to his room.

"Sleep," I'll help Lintang get on the bed.

"Thank you" he said as he pulled the knot of his sleeping kimono. The kimono was removed, revealing a short thin nightgown with spaghetti straps covering her body. The kimono was thrown carelessly.

I swallowed my saliva with great difficulty. My eyes could not be held back from exploring that smooth body. Each curve of his body, with his large belly printed clearly, made my mind wander everywhere.

Latitude lying cleavage. Find a comfortable position for her to sleep in. A large stomach makes it go awry in looking for position.

I pulled the bedcover to cover his body.

"No, man. Heat. My stomach is so sultry, he continued," he said, holding my hand that was about to envelop him.

"Yes, sleep, yes" I said.

"You don't want to kiss me first?" ask before I get out of bed.

I smiled a little.

"Can?" my many.

Latitude nodded. His forehead. I kissed her forehead a long time ago. No matter what vibration I felt, it felt like there was a lot of longing there.

"I love you, Lin," I said.

"Please keep saying, Man. I want to have a beautiful dream about you tonight" he said, closing his eyes.

"I say it not as myself in the past, but as I am today."

The cross opened his eyes. Our eyes are rubbing. His black bead looked clear, without the drowsiness that had been struggling.

"I love you as I am today, Lin," I said.

Eyes glazed. He lifted up his hands, and framed my face.

"I've always loved you, too, my husband. Since we got married, until this second, nothing has changed."

I immediately grabbed that body. I hid my face in his neck.

"Thank you, honey. I will try to be a good father to the Eagle and a perfect husband to you. With or without our past memories."

Latitude nodded. "That's what I want to hear from you."
