Love of the Past

Love of the Past
Extra Part - Impossible!

"I am from the Prime Universe Banjarmasin branch, Mom. I would like to inform you that .. the car carrying Mr. Firman and Mr. Reno had a single accident."

"What?!" My body feels weak.

"You're kidding me, right?" I was half screaming.

"Sorry, Miss Latang. That is the truth. At this time Mr. Firman and Mr. Reno have been taken to the nearest hospital" said the person across the street.

My ears were suddenly deaf, I couldn't hear anything anymore. The phone fell out of my hand. It feels like everything is dark. Before my body touched the floor, I heard the cry of the Eagle calling my name.

...

I opened my eyes many times. The light of the lamp in this whitewashed room dazzled the eyes.

"City ...." The beautiful face of my mother I first saw.

"Ma, Word, Ma ... Word ...," I cried with tears in my eyes.

"Sirman, it's okay, Lin. Word is fine. He was just a small wound, " said Mama.

"Mama lied, right? The office guy says the car's upside down" I insist.

"Yes, his car hit the road barrier until it was overturned, but thank God Word is okay. Just a minor injury, Reno, whose left hand was broken" Mama explained.

"Alhamdulillah ..," I am unceasingly grateful.

"Papa and your father-in-law immediately flew there. Maybe in a minute, your mother-in-law will be here."

"What's the story, Ma?" manyworry. I remember, before I fainted I heard her screams.

"Lang is kasian, Lin. Said Bi Sri, she got hysterical seeing you faint. Last time Mama got to your house, she was still crying while hugging you."

I feel so sorry to hear that. It was my fault for not hearing the news until it was over.

"Why am I brought here, Ma?" I asked while looking at the entire room, which I believed to be a hospital room.

"You're unconscious, Lin. Mama's afraid there's nothing with you and your son. So Mama called an ambulance and brought you here" Mama replied.

"Good thanks, Ma."

"Yes, you're healthy, Lin. Let you take your ass home. Word must feel so guilty if he knows you're in the hospital."

"Yes, Ma. The latitude is okay, really. The latitude was just shocked," my stomach felt stiffened. "Sorry Mama, yes dear. You're shocked too, yeah in the dalem there."

"Yes, Lin. You must now be strong, not for your own sake, but for your children."

"Yes, Ma. The latitude of promise."

...

I was hospitalized for only one day. The next day, the doctor let me go home. The eagle greeted me with cheeks full of tears, making me feel even more guilty. Ms. Ratna, my in-laws, until before I got out of the hospital and took care of the Eagle.

It's been two days since I got out of the hospital, but Firman hasn't come home yet. The Father and Father that I can contact, just say that the Word still has to do further examination. Whereas previously he said that the Word is only a light wound. I feel like there's something they're covering for me.

Finally, after the fifth day, Papa informed him that they were all going home. How beautiful my heart is. I can't wait for the Word to come home. Since Papa arrived in Banjarmasin, Papa has never once allowed me to chat with the Word. So too with Father.

I kept walking back and forth in the living room. Uneasily, Papa had called to inform him that they had all arrived at Husain Sastranegara Airport.

"Sir, try to calm down. Later your legs cramp if you go back and forth like that," exclaimed Mother who was worried to see me.

"Yes, Ma. The baby's ass if Mama's like it keeps." The eagle is making a sound.

"Mama's not calm if your Papa hasn't made it home safely, honey. Mama feels something is not right," I said still pacing back and forth.

Mom and Mom looked at each other meaningfully. However, no one made a sound.

The sound of the wooden gate opening was heard by me. I opened the door immediately. I saw six cars coming in one by one into the courtyard.

Sure enough, a few minutes later a greeting came from outside the door. Papa, Father, Firman, some office staff and four bodyguards came into the living room.

Without waiting, I immediately mixed into the embrace of the Word. I hugged his sturdy body very tightly, as if I would never let go again.

"I'm worried, Man. I'm afraid you're okay" I cried.

The Word does not answer. He held both of my shoulders and kept me away from his body.

I was shocked amazing. I've missed him so much, worried about him, but why ...

"Sorry, who are you?" The question is like a godam hitting my chest hard. Stuffy.

I took a few steps back by holding my chest. I looked at everyone who had just arrived one by one.

"Ma ... Mr. .. what is this? Why is the Word like this?" I asked with a choked voice.

"Firman .. memory loss, dear," replied Papa.

"What?! It's not funny, Pa!"

"Your father is honest, Lin. Your husband's amnesiac, "this time you're talking. He did not dare look directly at my face. He can only bow.

"No way!" I stared at my husband's face. Nothing changed, just a little piece of plaster on his forehead.

I looked around. Looked at the faces of everyone in this room who was looking down on me.

"Don't tell Mama you know this too." I took a few more steps back.

Mom and I could only go down.

"We don't want you to worry, Lin. Remember your content. Keep him in mind if you get stressed, "Mama tried to persuade me.

I closed my eyes and tried to get as much oxygen. It feels like a dream. I looked at my husband's face. The face was flat, there was no smile there. I shook my head, trying to get rid of all the bad shadows that were in front of my eyes.

"Why, Ma ... ? Why does this always happen at the same latitude? Is it not enough that has happened the same latitude? Lintang lost her first baby. Latitude almost died when pregnant Eagle. And now ... look! Even Lintang's own husband doesn't know Lintang! What latitude is wrong, Ma?" my yelling. It's destroyed all my defenses. I sat on the floor, stunned. I don't care if I'm a spectacle.

"Istigfar, Son. Don't do this. Kasian your baby," Mama immediately pulled me into her arms.

"Yes, everyone's the same as this baby, but it's not the same latitude!" I hit my belly.

"Don't!" everyone was screaming at the same time.

Mom was crying hysterically in my arms. Mama and Papa held both my hands together so as not to hit my own stomach.

What if the Eagle knew his father no longer knew him? What's he gonna do? My heart cries remembering my proud son.

"Ma ...." I immediately looked at the direction the voice came from. I saw the Eagle walking sideways as he rubbed his eyes. It seemed like his nap was interrupted due to this commotion.

The eagle looked around. He looks confused. Suddenly his smile broke.

"Father!" he shouted while running towards the Word.

I could not afford to be in the room, I turned around and ran to the room. I locked door. I can't see the eagle disappointed.

I heard a knock on the door.

"Lin, not the door, Lin. The Word is only temporary amnesia. We can treat him." Papa banged on the door I was waiting for.

"Pa, how is this, Pa? What if Lintang why? She's pregnant again." This time, my mother's voice sounded loud.

"Don't panic, Ma. Your child will not be short-minded. Papa's sure he just needs time."

My body shook at the words of my parents. My crying was unstoppable again. I shed all my pain in these tears.
