Our honeymoon went really well without a hitch. Although we spent more time in the hotel than to enjoy the view of the place we visited.
Not only Greek, Word also accompanied me to France and Japan. Of course to realize his own promise to accompany me to my favorite places.
We spent quality time together. Until two weeks just pass.
Today is our last day in Japan. We were waiting for the plane when I saw that he was so serious about looking at his smartphone.
"Why the hell, honey? You're seriously looking at the phone," I asked.
"It's okay, really," she replied with a smile.
"Don't boong. Here is the phone," I asked as I raised my hand asking for the flat object he was holding.
With a heavy heart, handed over his gawai.
I looked at what was grabbing his attention.
"What's this?" I was surprised to see the report sent via email to my husband.
"I don't know yet" the Word just shook its head.
I saw one by one the reports.
"Can't you get a gini? Isn't it usually stable?"
Suddenly a name came into my head. Setiadi. He was the CEO of the Prime Universe before, of course he knew all the ins and outs of my husband's company. It is not impossible if he does something to the company for the benefit of his personal or new company.
"Not to think about it, Lin. That's my business. Let me finish," he said trying to calm me down.
"How can you do that, anyway?"
"So I have to do something? Call me here and there for an explanation? Getting angry?"
I'm speechless. Yes, silence and thinking is the best way.
"The fund is one head, isn't it?"
"Every type of business is held by one CEO and a board of directors. So his head is different," explained the Word.
"So the empty ones are just the Prime Universe, right? Tomorrow I'm there to replace Adi," I said loudly.
"Hey, don't talk about work. Don't make our honeymoon go to waste. That's all my business. You can't stress, who knows if there's already our baby candidate here" he said, rubbing my stomach.
"Where am I not thinking, man. We're having fun, but you're keeping the load of your own mind."
"Tomorrow I take care of. Don't worry," he peed at my cheek.
He always has been. Since the incident I met Adi and ended with a collision that made me miscarry, Word never again talked or complained about work.
...
After a direct flight from Tokyo to Jakarta that took seven hours more, we finally arrived at the apartment safely without anything less.
Bi Sumi, the old ART Firman opened the apartment door for us.
"Bi Sumi, how are you?" my broom to the middle-aged woman.
"Well, Madam Latang. Mbak Lintang itself how are you?" he brought us two glasses of warm tea.
"Well, Bi," I smiled.
"Auntie heard about the accident. Hopefully quickly given in return yes, Ma'am," he said sincerely.
"Thank you, Bi. This is also another effort," between the Word.
I glared at him.
Bi Sumi only smiled a little.
"If so, I'll take a break first. Aunty already made food for dinner," said Bi Sumi.
"Thank you, Bi," I said.
Me and the Word went into that 'tragedy' room. It was still the Word lying down and I who entered hysterically. A bad memory.
We clean ourselves up immediately. Wasting our fatigue and refreshing our bodies.
"Darling," the voice of the Word surprised me, "so dreamy?"
I didn't hear the bathroom door open. The word that had just come out of the bathroom was already standing behind me with water still dripping from her hair.
I just smiled a little. I gave her the clothes I had prepared on the bed. Done dressed, covered her wet hair.
"You're thinking, huh?" ask the Word while pulling me to sit on his lap.
"Little."
"I told you, that's my business."
"You're still saying that. We share the burden, Man."
"Remember if you still have your own business?" he appointed a laptop and two phones of mine that were kept on his desk.
"That's a burden to you. Especially if I'm more of my business."
"But somebody helped you, didn't they?" tanyaku seriously.
"Yes there is. Those in strategic positions also do not want to lose their jobs. They must have been as strong as I could to help me."
"We should never go on a honeymoon again."
"Lin, what the hell are you talking about? If you say that, it means that you do not appreciate my efforts to make you happy. So you're not happy?"
"I'm happy, Man. Very happy, "I put both my hands around her neck. "Thank you, yeah."
Tightly kiss her soft lips.
"Make me your happiness is a priority, Lin. There's nothing more important than that. I told you before, I can lose anything, but I can't if I have to lose you."
"You know, honey, because of my honeymoon yesterday, I love you even more" I said, showing off my teeth.
"Yes?"
"Yes, that was so," I liken it to raising my little finger, "now so this way," I replace it with a thumb.
"That much nambah? Both are small."
"More dong, Man. The pinky is thin, the thumb is fat."
"A little dear to you to me" he protested.
"Yes, yeah. My love is as big as the world, as vast as this universe, to you," I sing as Agnez Mo, Love of the Dead.
"I didn't expect that much" he said with a smile.
"Your husband is simple, Man," I chuckled.
I pushed her body until she lay on her back under me.
"I love you, Mas Firman," I sighed over his face.
"I love you, too, My ...," not until Word's lips touched my lips, I immediately jumped down from the bed.
"City ...." I stick my tongue out at him.
"Review you, yes," Word got up and chased me out of the room.
...
We should have gone back to Bandung today, but Firman had to go to his office to make things right.
We entered the eleven-storey building which became the central building of PT. Prime Universe. The employees nodded respectfully as we passed by.
We took the elevator to get to the highest floor, the floor where the CEO's room is located.
"Good morning, Mr. Firman," a woman with glasses stood as soon as we got to the door I had guessed as Setiadi's former room.
"Again" answered the short Word.
Word was already holding the doorknob, when he turned around and called the woman again.
"Please call Bu Melisa and Pak Jaya here" he said.
"Good, Sir. But inside ...," the unfinished woman said, a man came out of the room.
"Adi's? Why are you here?" The Word immediately asked in an unsightly tone.
Adi also looked surprised. Instead of answering, he looked at me intensely.
"Well, are you here? Don't you have no business here anymore?" rewrite Word.
"I just took some of my things that were left behind" he replied.
"After three months?" ask the Word full search.
"I just got here again" he replied lightly.
"Are you well, Lin?" he even greeted me.
"As you can see, Di. I'm healthy" I said with a small smile.
"It's good to see you healthy again" she glanced at Firman with the tip of her eye. "It looks like the Word takes very good care of you."
Word immediately pulled my hand and hid me behind his back.
"If you're done, go out" said the Word.
Setiadi smiled, "Then I say goodbye."
Adi passed by us. I feel the hand grip of the Word getting tight. He brought me into the room where Adi came out earlier.
"Sir Word," a young man in a black suit immediately stood up from his seat.
"Lintang Bu," he nodded at me.
I smiled and nodded at him. Reno, Setiadi's deputy who now occupies the chair of CEO of Semesta Perdana replaces Adi.
"Why did you come here?" ask Word.
"Sir Adi took the goods he had not taken, sir," replied Reno.
"Oo ..," that's all that comes out of the mouth of the Word.
The sound of the door being knocked. Ms. Melisa and Mr. Jaya came into the room.
"You all know what brought me here" said the Word without saying.
Looked Miss Melisa, chief financial officer, down. Same with the other two men.
I feel uncomfortable seeing it. The word looks so different when it comes to dealing with work. I who had been so confident volunteering to serve as CEO immediately shrunk.
The Word that saw me restless immediately approached me.
"Honey, if you are not comfortable, you can wait outside or can ask Mr. Anto to anter you to the cafe or mall," he whispered.
I agreed and immediately passed from the room.
"Mom, if my husband asks, say I'm out. Call me, "my message to the glasses lady who's writing something on her desk.
"Yes, Mom," she answered quickly.
I'm heading for the elevator that just happened to be open. I exhaled my breath rough. Just this time I went to Semesta Perdana headquarters, usually I only visited its branch in Bandung, and was greeted with a less pleasant situation.
As it descended two floors below, two female employees entered the elevator.
"So I saw Mr. Adi, you know," said one of them.
"Masa? I miss Mr. Adi. It's a shame he came out. Pak Adi's wife is strange, try to like the boss's wife. We are not here beautiful what? Sampe had to grab someone's wife" his friend spoke without a point and a coma.
Get somebody's wife?
"What the hell, Mr. Firman's wife, until Mr. Adi dared to marry his own superior?"
What's?!
Luckily, they came out a few floors later.
"Oh my goodness, I'm grilled. I was wondering, what are people out there saying about us?" my monologue.
As soon as the floor number showed number one, I immediately got out of the elevator. I walked towards the exit.
Soon I came across a mini market next to the building, looking for something that would cool my head. I picked up a bottle of strawberry flavored yogurt and a bar of chocolate.
I opened my bag to get my wallet, but ...
"You have this same mother, Ma'am," a man handed me a piece of blue money to pay for my groceries and a bottle of cold coffee.
"Adi! No need, let me pay for it myself," I said while taking out a piece of red money.
"Not that, Lin. Just a drink. Not necessarily every day I make you," he said with a smile.
"Thank you, yeah. Next time I'll pick you up."
"Yes, and I want a lot of snacks, let your money be sweet," always with a laugh.
Finally we decided to sit in a chair provided by the mini market while drinking our drinks.
"Lin, I want to talk to you about something" said Adi.
"By the way," I picked up the thick, cold yogurt.
"It's about the accident that befell you back then and the plummeting statistics of the Prime Universe."
I choked and immediately grabbed the tissue from inside my bag.
"Are you okay?" tanyanya's worried.
"It's okay. Do it, Di," I asked.
"Cross!" a familiar voice in my ear, heard calling my name.
I looked up and saw the Word coming in haste and a reddened face.
